In my dream which was actually on Friday night, I spent the weekend with the blond woman I’ve met on a few other occasions. Camping out of a white Westfalia camper van, and we had a red elaborately-decorated rug on the ground in front of the van. The rug never got dirty, and we had most of our meals sitting on the rug, with pillows to prop us up… We were at a conference and she was a co-worker. Then I woke up on Monday morning, at the campsite, and started freaking out because I was supposed to go to work, and I totally slept in… But the odd thing was, I was at the conference, so presumably I didn’t actually have to be at work! But, maybe she was going to the conference, and I was along for the ride…

I saw several /5,6 or 7/ small/about 1cm/ and round polished white star sapphires…I first saw them set in a row one by one …. they were white I half awaked from a sharp pain in my breast, I asked ALGIZ what is this stone and I was told – white star sapphire , the pain lasted a few seconds …I fell asleep and I was again in that school and I was late for the class, I remember a case with books and maps on the first floor and some people were with me in the room with books and I saw my crystal ALGIZ standing on a shelf near me, I had to rush up to the upper floors for the lesson…..I saw the stairs and I started going up
You know what’s funny Tauno? Yesterday when Lucas and I were at the mall, I walked past a jewelry store which had a sign: “loose gems available”… I stopped and looked at sign for a moment, wondering why I was drawn to it… The store was closed… 😉

I had two dreams but I only remember one. I wish I could remember the first dream because I feel it was important. Here’s my dream, not much.
I was in a house with other people but I didn’t recognize anyone.I looked out the windor and realized the house was floating on water. The water was calm but we needed to get out of the house. Next, the house was on land and evereyone began to depart. I saw my ex-husband from my first marriage and we talked for a minute. I left the house and was in a neighborhood and I decided to go to my father’s house but I couldn’t figure out how to get there. I was also concerned about running late for work, end of dream.

I don’t remember my trip, but my dog remembers his! My dog is very smart and my husband communicates with him telepathically all the time. My husband and I told our dog that we were going to visit the lightships that night, specifically Tulya. We told him how to do it and we went to sleep. This morning I knew I myself had been on a ship, but could only remember being back from it and nothing before! My husband was upset he didn’t go. We asked our dog Dexter, and he said ya, he went to the spaceship. He flew up to one and it went by our house. He said there was lots of lights on the ship. The beings were short and skinny with big black eyes and long skinny fingers, 3 or 4 of them. They wore shorts. He said there were kids there too, but they just watched him. He said the kids were twice as big as him (he’s a Bug, a pug/Boston Terrier cross and only 17 lbs). Dexter said he played with people on the ship and they liked him! He had brought his stuffed sea turtle with him and people played fetch with him. He remembers a being named Brucie. He sat in his lap and Brucie petted him while they flew past the moon. I asked Dexter if the ETs had a message for us, and he said “They’re coming!” Dexter said he told the beings he was a Bug, and they said they had never seen a bug like him before. He told the beings he has many brothers and sisters at home, and that one of them is called Bro-Da, and he has to wear diapers. (Bro-Da is the name we use for Dexter’s genetic father, Bugsy. We call him Bro-Da because he is like a brother to Dexter, but also a Dad! Dexter refers to my husband as his Daddy and me as Mommy.) I asked Dexter what color the beings’ skin was but he said he didn’t know. I asked him if they were grey? Don’t know. I asked him if they were Zetas. He said that sounds familiar. He eventually left the ship and came home because he had to poop and he didn’t see any grass and was too shy to ask. My husband woke up and took the dogs outside to do their business. Dexter said he could go visit the ships whenever he wants.

And the message that he got through, that they are coming, rings so totaly with me. This weekend I had a weird feeling, I was always looking at the door expecting them to come through it. Sounds weird he? 😀 😀
Yes! Me too, Lisa! A few weeks ago, my housemate, who is quite intuitive, came downstairs and said, “I don’t know what this means, but I just got a message that I should come down and tell you that someone is coming…” 😉
I forgot to add that Dexter got a kiss from Brucie. Dexter said that Brucie took his finger and touched him on the nose. He said his finger was glowing, and that that was a kiss! Also, Dexter is usually scared around humans and animals because he was attacked by a Shepherd when he was a puppy. We asked Dexter if he was scared when on the ship and he said that No, they were very nice, and they were full of love and liked him and they would never hurt him. That tells me a lot right there, when my little guy isn’t scared. We have no reason to fear. Family is coming for a visit!
I remembered part of my dream.
I was riding my bicycle with my brother and somebody else. We passed a group of people one was a girl I recognized. Then somehow they participated in the cycling and the girl challenged us to riding up a hill. For some reason I had a handful of bottle caps which I decided to throw in a ditch.
I don’t remenber any thing else, not sure what it means.

I hope you had all a good dream flight? The ones between brackets and in Italic or explanatory notes. Here I am just going to post my dream flight; the dream from the 14th is on my page Lisa.
I stated my intention, especially to go to the ships GLS Tulya and GLS Blaze and of course also the other ships. And I got following dream(s).
The funny thing is with this dream it seems I know what they represent, like the meaning was also given through me, it was very strange. I got also a very strange feeling last night.
The dream began with an invitation to the dream flight; it looked like a huge calendar and was standing up. In front of that calendar was a big pool with pink water and it was also a portal were different times exists. (meaning: don’t be afraid that you going to miss out, the pool of love is big enough for everyone. Also the time difference, don’t worry about the either everything is coming together). We (STC family) are going on a trip and we are looking for our transport. Now we are sitting in the front of the Locomotive and there is little space for us to sit, but we are still sitting. (meaning: even though it feels there is not enough space on our travels together, it will get better). We arrive at our destination. We sit in the dessert and it is dark. We see the starry sky. I have my camera with me and I see a bit further a big city castle build on a rock and it was lighted with pink light. So I set my settings on my camera so that I can take that picture. But when I want to take the picture the light was off and it was dark. In the front of me appear buildings with a lot of bright light and people talking to each other. (meaning: even when are goal is in darkness, and we are confused by the bright lights in front of us, we just have to find the right frequency to find our goal again.) We are now in a big place; it looks like camp rooms with lot of beds. I was lucky to establish a connection to call my parents without a phone. I used my transmission abilities in my head. (We have a direct connection to talk with our star brothers and sisters).
I am standing in a street and I look up to a lot of roofs, it looks like the buildings were built against a mountain. It rises very high and at the top is a church. I see something flying by and I want to investigate. So I start to climb all those roofs to the top. Someone of my family is following me and I told her to go down because it was dangerous. When I am on the top a have a beautiful view on a green landscape with lot of trees and it looks like they are pregnant with energy. I feel like jumping, so I jump down, it is a long way down. But I have a big newspaper that I am folding into those glider shape aeroplanes. And I land very softly onto the ground. (Note: when is was drawing the glider it reminded me of the shape of Blaze, so it is possible I visited Blaze and I was practising creating new Earth) (meaning: we don’t have to be scared to take the leap now because the media will give us a soft landing. Also don’t worry about the people, who follow you, they will land safely on their feet).
We now on our way to make a trip and we are taking the aeroplane. We all have our passports with us. Then two Morgan Grimes (note: this actor plays Morgan Grimes in the series Chuck. The last episode I saw was that he got the intersect in his head, but it was infected with a Trojan horse) want to board our plane but we saw they falsified their passports. (meaning: the Cabal wants to try to infiltrate us with a Trojan horse but they won’t succeed). Then I woke because my oldest girl had a nightmare.
Then I fell asleep again with my daughter beside me. The dream: I am sitting in a small and kind of dark room and next to me on a chair sits a young girl asking a question to Wes. I don’t know what the question was but Wes answers that he lives close by the sea and he loves the sea. I tell him that I have to drive four hours to get to the sea. Now I am in our living room standing behind my husband who sits behind the table and we are watching a reporter questioning Wes. Then the dream gets a bit too much of images but I got the following meaning out of them. (meaning: They will try to discredit Wes but they won’t succeed at all because people are waking up to the truth.) And this was the end of a very long dream.

Goodmorning everyone! Yesterday, the people here celebrated the Ressurection of Jesus. Yesterday in the morning, I was with Jesus in my dream but I don’t remember much. Today, I had two interesting dreams.
1) Bob Dean (Ex Command Sergeant Major and contactee) came to my house and me & family had a wonderful conversation with him in the living room. (I also remember that in March, I had dinner and a wonderful discussion with Neal Donald Walsch, a known spiritual writer, at his home). Then, he came with me in my room, he saw my books about ETs and Spirituality and other related stuff and I continued my conversation with him there. Later, he said to us goodbye and left for his home(maybe a hotel).
2) Kind of funny the second one. It was about two cartoon like ETs. They were hairy green and slim creatures, with one eye, blue iris, had a big smile with little sharp teeth and their hands after the wrist were bigger with 3 claws on each one. They also had two antennas on their heads. The one (male) made a marriage proposal to the other (female) by giving her a gold ring. They were happy and they seemed like they wanted to invite me and participate in their happiness.
These were my dreams.Now that I’m thinking of it, Iltheos was right when he said that I’ll start having more dream interactiuons with Ets or anything related with that. Since April 1st I’m full of that, and I don’t regret it. I am a little busy these days, not only because of University, but also by explaining to my parents things about ETs, Ascension, Spirituality. My father is now aware of all these. My mother comes to me like a child who wish to learn more. Generaly, seems that my parents, grandmother, brother and sister are open minded. They are all receptive but most receptive are my grandmother, brother and father. But generaly things go well (-_-). Thank you all for your posts on Salusa, Astral travels and for the new posts on the main board.

That’s from my meditation this morning: the stair I went down had walls of dark rough stone with brilliant sparkles in it… Iltheos met me there, and then you joined us, and we walked down a slope to a large, long agora, where we sat and “talked”. I don’t recall “words”, but I came to understand that a part of us can stay in our meditations an dreams when we arise from them, and continue our healings and education.

Yes, although my “vision” was quite fuzzy, I realized by the energy who you and Iltheos were… 🙂 He has amazingly gentle energy, very soft and kind and wise and comforting. Does that sound right to you? And yes, I could also recognize him by the skin color, head shape, and robe/collar, and the shape of his nose from your drawing. It was quite a surprise for me, because I was once again following the meditation instructions I was given last night, and once I started down the steps into the earth, everything just unfolded…
When I was on SpaceWave, I didn’t recognize it at first because of the color (red). I think she may change color based on the type of healing needed… Does that resonate for you?

I was dreaming a lot last night
First I remember a small shop , the seller was a woman of middle age, she looked like the ticket seller/gatekeeper of Aeterna/ from my first dream connected with Aeterna/. She was selling plants to be planted , flowers , seeds…I wanted to buy some little flowers but she said “Take some seeds, there are seeds for this sort of flowers and they grow rather quickly”, I touched the soil and I was sorting some of them and finally I needed to wash my hands. There was a room behind the seller and she invited me there to wash my hands……Then remember visiting the shop again and the same room and I was washing my hands when a young girl came in and she had to study there for an exam…I was a bit embarrassed and got out
Next dream – I was with my sister at home but I had to go out and that is why had to dress myself, I remember that I had to change my handbag, to leave mine there and to use my mum`s, the shoes were mine – black or brown but the bag – beige 🙂
This is what I received in my dream The medicine has two parts or two layers – White (connected with Down-wards) and Coloured(connected with Up-wards). The White part of the medicine has a connection with Lemuria/ns and the the Coloured has a connection with Super Seven. This impression went throughout the whole dream.
Next part – I was walking down the street and I saw a part of this street that I must clean, I started cleaning the street and throwing the rubbish out.
The last part – I was going to the mountains with a group of people, mainly children and they were walking too fast and I was far behind them 🙂 with a woman with me that was calm and nice and she gave me good advice

I’m in a blouse and long skirt on a sunny spring day. I’m walking around a small circular pond or pool… As I reach the far side, two things happen. First, I notice there is some sort of ripple in space, that runs through the middle of the pond… It’s like a huge two-way mirror that extends all the way across the pond and into the sky.
Second, I find, floating at the edge of the pond, in the grasses and reeds, a large saucer-shaped metal disk. It’s like a very shallow, thin bowl floating on the water. The metal is a dull grayish-silver. There are clumps of moss and grass and vines laid on the saucer, as if to represent continents on a planet.
I know that I’m supposed to step onto the saucer/raft and sit down, and allow it to drift about in the pond… As I step into the dish, it rocks a little in the water, and I notice, across the pond, on the other side of the transparent mirror, another woman who looks a bit like me, in a dress, on another “disk”, which is also slightly different…
At the same time, I hear a conversation between two disembodied voices, whom I understand to be Tulya Crew members, who are working on my respiratory system.
It’s as if I’m dreaming while on an operating table.
They are inserting a small round pillow-shaped capsule with a valve, that’s filled with crystals/tablets for controlled release… They’re also discussing 23-strand DNA, and that this DNA has it’s own Central Channel…
The 23 strands are like wires in a cable – connecting etherically to make more dimensions and universes and worlds and timelines accessible. I believe the voices were Umbro and Sasha…
I would lov 2 go i think iv ben on a few of these type journeys b4.if my old friends ar taking part i would like 2 b on thier ship thank all.what ever ship 4 the highest good.maybe my vivid lucid dream las nite was geting me ready th crystal cities n magic college n breathing under water gr8 fun.hopefully c u soon!migos.

But hey that’s interesting, I guess that dream would explain the cold weather we’ve been having… remember, I had another dream about snow in August… well that sounds promising!
….brrr!…hehe…and with John’s “Just Now” Galactic Press Post, these Current EarthQuakes have Moved/Adjusted the Earth’s Axis by 2 Degrees…my Guess is that the Northern Hemisphere has been Pointed Away from Sun…making Way for Mini-Ice Age to UnFold…May as Well Keep my Winter Clothes handy!!… 😮

I’m sitting here with tears in my eyes and a lump in my throat… You WILL believe (and still be amazed by) the synchronicities… But first, I don’t even know how to thank you all… from the fullness of my heart. Namaste, Namaste, Namaste.
First of all, I finally heard about the biopsies today – something to watch, but nothing needed besides a follow-up in 6 months!
I want to find the time to go through every post in detail and compare it to my journal entries, but for now I’ll just share this:
Over the weekend before going into the hospital, when I was visiting my parents, I got a message from my Guides: “Lose your pride”, and it really confused me… but I knew SOMEthing “big” was coming and I needed to brace myself…
On Tuesday I went to a mental health clinic for an assessment (because I saw some danger signs), but I didn’t realize I’d be there a week (and no electronics were allowed… 😦 In short, I learned that for almost all my life I’ve been dealing with some chemical imbalances while thinking that they were things that I just needed to learn to “deal with”… So:
-hospital/hotel/school = the hospital is like a retreat center; the campus is on a wooded hilltop with wonderful helpful staff whose main wish really was to help everyone there. (I didn’t realize I had such good insurance!) It has many classrooms for patient education, and there is a constant rather chaotic, flow of packages with papers and belongings and medications. it also has a chapel with a tall tower with long vertical windows. There is a cafeteria in the middle of the campus, and everyone has to earn the privilege to go there, otherwise you eat a packaged (but good) meal…
-dirty socks = It seems that most of my issues (and the physical) clearly spring from the chemical imbalances due to trauma, from the very old to the very recent, and also, I was not prepared with enough clothes, so for the first few days I had to wear dirty socks!
-tubes = definitely related to tests, waiting on biopsy results, and karmic clearing going on! “Mud” was a puzzling GR word I got this morning… The first 3 days there, I felt I was stumbling around in a trance. They couldn’t figure out the cause. I had very low blood pressure and body temperature, and was quite cold and tired. I had a strange sense that “something” was going on… And I certainly felt all of your presences constantly. The feeling I got was that I could just relax and let others take care of everything, because all would be well. Then one morning after an excellent night’s sleep, I just woke up feeling so much better! I think it was Friday, but I’ll check my notes…
I need to go for now, but check out NasaJim108’s video about the gray in the guy’s head… It’s very creepy, but I have a feeling there’s a connection. I’m not as afraid of pharmacists as I used to be…
More to come… for now I simply hope you can all feel the love and light and gratitude I’m sending you… 🙂
Leslee, thank you so much for this.. what is interesting is that I felt the same way as what you described on Saturday. I was not sick, but I felt very much like a zombie. Just completely out of it. I spent the day resting and was better the next day. A very strange experience… I’m glad you’re feeling better!

I was in a mall with my family, dominant colors were white walls with gold accents, and yellow / warm white lights, gray marble floors, white marble walls, with columns in the wall every so often. The decor was not greek or roman, but modern-feeling, art deco reminiscent of the 20’s and 30’s. The mall was an “upscale” mall, with a fancy jazz restaurant near the center… spiral staircase leading up to the second floor, inside the restaurant, seating near the stage and on the second floor balcony. The restaurant and mall had an open feeling to it, skylights in the ceiling. In the hallway behind the restaurant, Gunner was giving dance lessons to homeless people with another woman. There was a door there that lead outside, and a couple went into the mall through that doorway as I was walking past.
Me and my family were walking around the mall, initially having a tour to see what was there. I don’t remember much except for the restaurant and the hallways, and the stairs. I remember some straight stairs that run at 90 degrees to a landing in the middle, with a wooden oak rail running from top to bottom on both sides. White tile stairs. During our tour my wife and I separate, and both of us assume that our boys are with the other. When we meet again, the boys are not with us, so we spend most of the rest of our time searching for our boys.

The other synchronicity is that you dream SECOND FLOOR , me too! I am on the second floor all week and more, do you remember that babajij and Les were climbing something and they also reached the second level…
When I started dreaming I was outside first, in a boat, then in front of the building, then on the first floor in hospital, up with the elevator and now I am on the second floor
Moreover this spiral stairs in your dream – this definitely means evolution, we are making progress!
The golden light in your dream and the butterfly in Lisa`s dream – also a strong message of evolution!

Got your emails for cleaning the chakras. I havn’t been able to do them yet, because of being tired and having pains as well having the kids. I have really no time for me at all, only when I come home, a half hour to an hour, because the kids will be playing outside with the other kids.
But if everything is going to be alright, I should do my first one today.

Good morning or is it good afternoon:
After stating intent I got following dream(s)
The first one is only impressions that I got, not really
A dream story: mountains, water, boat, golden rocks and White light and presents.
The second one: They were two guys stealing my red car, to find it back I have to look for clues. I am now a detective and I seem to appear in a kind of old detective movie study, with books and an old oak desk and leather chair. There are papers pinned down on the walls that are having clues. Then suddenly I open a door and I throw smoke canisters at the people that are in there and closing the door. Then when closing the door I find the actor Simon Baker from the series Mentalist on the floor and asking why I threw this canisters.
I am now in the kitchen and I am standing next to my personal cook and telling him what to cook and how to cook. I see he has all the right ingredients in a kind of compartment box, in one of them was wine , but it was written in Italian VINO.
Now I am in sort of a classroom writing something down in a book. Then suddenly the post is being picked up by Tauno, and she has a packet from my dad, with a R1000 in it. Then Catherine (my HR manager at work) comes by and says that it was not possible to get my package yet because it first has to be approved by the direction of the school. I get mad about this policy and that my dad would get very upset when I would come home and don’t have my package with me.
I am sitting on the floor waiting in a long queue in front of me. In front of me there are large tables and people from the school are standing behind it and there are lots of packages on the table. Some of the people behind it look familiar, like some of my family, aunts in Belgium. They are calling the barcode numbers of the packages. I am sitting next to Linda (old friend) and Astrid (old schoolmate) and I go: I forgot to look at the barcode numbers, I don’t remember. Then Astrid says that I don’t need to worry because she wrote it down for me. I write it with a pen on my finger: the code was : HO2 VLINDER (english translation for Vlinder is Butterfly)
Then my dreams end because my daughter needs me.
When I was contemplating my dream before I got up to see my daughter , suddenly a picture came to my mind about the butterfly:
Lisa, I am amazed from the school dream when I met you, it turns out that You were there, we …the three of us were working at this large room with the books! I was upset from the director too because he was giving us too small payment….this is an amazing synchronicity, both of us were feeling a kind of loss and lack of justice, then I remember sitting in the room with a large table and I was holding my payment 2 * 5 = 10 instead of 30 😦
I do not remember the butterfly but your butterfly is a good sign…..Angelic sign for progress and evolution 🙂

I can remember only a small part of my dream
I was at the same building / I am there constantly this week in dreamtime ?/ This time I was counting and dealing with numbers and I was angry and upset. I remember many books, three of my colleagues including me in this number 3 were doing some job in a large room and then we realized that for the job we won`t be paid enough. Instead of three salaries the boss is going to give us one and we must share it 🙂 I remember that finally I received 5 * 2 =10
I had a feeling that something is missing but it was there ….I could not find it but it was definitely there!

Yes, that mud is connected with issues from the past , negative karma and things of the lower energies, it is a good sign that in my dream the cleansing has started…I was thinking all day about the meaning and the guidance of this dream, I had a sign, a confirmation, I met the servant today in “real” life, she was cleaning the floor and said to me ” Oh, dear, you are going to have good luck” In my country when you walk on cleaned with water path you will have a success….the signs are all around, we should develop senses to read them

Hi, everyone, after the prayer and the intent to send more Light to Les via travelling with GLS ALGIZ I had this dream. I remember two parts of it and it was quite meaningful and connected with previous ones
I was at the same building like last night when i talked with Catia, this time I was looking out from the window down there, there were some tubes situated one next to other….I had the feeling that everything is on place (diagnose and details are known already)
Next part….one of the servants, a woman, has to take out the tubes and to clean them because there is mud in them and they cannot convey something properly, they must be cleaned from inside and this is a hard work, she complains but the boss ordered that the tubes must be cleaned, the cleansing has begun, two of them are ready and cleaned
End of the dream
I think Les is about to experience some kind of cleaning, chakra cleaning perhaps, because I connect tubes with chakras and providing the energy flow……
Last night I was being frantic. My youngest daughter Nolwazi (1year 3 months) was running towards us, stumbled and fell, right with her head on the point of the table leaving her with a bleeding hole in her head. My first thought was running with her to the hospital (translate: over reacting mother 🙂 ) but after cleaning it and put a sticker on it and giving her some painkiller for kids. After half an hour she was up and running again , like nothing had happened. I am still a little bit concerned (moms he 😀 ). Anyway when I looked this morning, I saw her sleeping like a baby (hahaha) So everything is alright. (see picture of my daughters on Leslee’s dream)
After that very eventful evening , when I went to sleep , I stated my intent to be in the NOW and got following dream:
I am on a tour-bus going up a winding road, the scenery looks like English to me.It is a very bright sunny day, with blue sky and the trees and bushes were spring crisp green. I took my camera out to take pictures, especially the building on the end of the road. I am trying to get the whole building in it, but it takes me several pictures to get it right. It looks like the “Tower of Babel”.
I am inside now and I am in a bookstore and they are selling old books, I see books of Karl May, the Winnetou novels, but they are very old. They are selling them for R30 and I could not resist to buy them. (When I was a kid, I loved Karl May’s Winnetou stories)
The dream jumps and now I am in the ocean , there is a huge stone egg covered with some kind of roots, floating in the sea,there is much activity from people trying to find the entrance. I find the entrance, it is in the water at the bottom of the egg. Me and my daughters are invited with the seahorse people (half human, half seahorse). We could all breath under water. Then I woke up.
Nice dream, dear Lisa, yes, I can see a connection with Leslee by taking pictures, the whole dream resonates with me and the last part – it seems you have traveled to Agartha

I got out of that hospital …but the hospital looked like hotel/hospital, I was wearing socks ?/ in previous hospital dream I saw socks/ there was no feeling of loss, I was out….Oh, my friends and my sister were with me 🙂 Troy, do you remember anything?
I woke up tired as if I had done some work…..
Hi Tauno, I was snoozing on the couch last night and seemed to get hit by a lot of little light beams and symbols. But everything actually feels pretty good today, I was reassured that everything is not only fine, but that they have been taken care of, and are on track. Whatever is happening is necessary for the greater outcome, and need to happen at this time. “Love” is the desired response to bring in the “Light” that will transform old patterns. Those patterns can be seen as either dots or beats in a larger light wave pattern, and that pattern will eventually synchronize.
What I also heard during this meditation was a really strange thing, it was the sound of being inside an airplane, like when the air gets switched on inside the pressurized cabin. I opened my eyes briefly to see if our air conditioning had switched on but I realized the sound was coming from “inside” my head, like tinnitus. The a/c was off.

Hi, Everyone, this seems to be the best place to post my dream from April 4, the first night I really got some sleep in the hospital…
There’s a cool synchronicity here with the dream I remembered from my dream from the first night I was in the hospital…
It began with my being half-aware that two people were working on my left fore-arm… The skin and flesh were open, and they were clearing and filling tiny clear channels that looked like glass pipettes like a chemist would use… They were being cleaned and the filled with more pure substances. I could hear voices around me, and it felt as if I was on one of the ships… The doctors were wearing white, and the colors gold orange & red (very earthy) were present, almost like auras around the part if my body they were working on…
That part if the dream faded, and i became aware that I was in a large house… I think it was an older house, two stories or more, wood siding, maybe Victorian style? But more minimalist. There were many people there, as if it was a party or celebration of a special occasion… It was all friends: you all, plus many more! It was a very diverse group of people, from all cultures and backgrounds and age groups, and it was very colorful!
I was aware that my purpose for being there was for healing and learning, but it was one big, gentle healing/learning party!
There were several kitchens, and SEVERAL large, very well-equipped refrigerators and freezers, all filled with gloriously delicious-looking food… I think Stick and I were trying to make some queso dip… We had found the cheese and peppers, and were looking for some tomato salsa to add…
Down in the basement, there were racks of festive clothing, and many people were there, laughing and playing dress-up, as if getting ready to go to Carnivale… 😀

My dream experience from last Saturday: went to bed, stated the intent to be aboard Algiz but I think I might have said Tulya. Fell asleep, woke up with hot flashes (no, not menopause, I’m 31!), fell asleep, woke up feeling cold, fell asleep, woke up coughing, got up to get a drink of water and look outside for kitties on the terrace, fell asleep, woke up with hot flashes, fell asleep, woke up feeling cold, fell asleep, woke up coughing, etc etc etc… Don’t remember any dreams 😦

The first night that i expressed my intent to travel on ALGIZ I felt cold, my feet were like ice and I had a pain in my throat…it was about -20 degrees outside but now I can see a synchronicity, but do not worry, next time everything will be alright, you will be getting used with the climate 🙂

well, here it’s not really cold any more and I’ve been having some cough that gets a lot worse at night… at first I thought it might have been caused by dust because we had some pretty dry weather, but it’s been raining for a few days now so I don’t think that’s related and yes, I felt a ‘lump’ on my throat as well. Hmmmm…

Sun, do you think you are going through some cleansing, I was in the same condition …this cough …I know how it is, like having a dust in your throat and having a difficulty in breathing…it is a symptom of cleansing perhaps
Suntria, you as a healer may already have tried these things, but I’ll jot them down anyways, because this may help my own progress in understanding.
-humidifier? (make sure you change the filter regularly if you use one) If you don’t want to spend the money but have a fan, you can put a wet towel over the back of a chair and direct a fan towards it, see if that helps. (this targets the symptom not the cause)
-chest / throat chakra (the throat is an area that I have struggled with, it can be a bit of a “bottleneck” both literally and figuratively speaking!). You just have to visualize relaxing in this area… many of us build up stress here without realizing it. I feel this manifests as tension in shoulders + heart, and thyroid + headaches/migraines on the other side.
-These chakras are “gasping” for air. (Pranic breathing with a focus in these areas?)
My observation is that you can form an intent before you go to sleep that you may learn why you have a chronic night cough.
Troy, I will share my experience…I often use Hathor`s medicine of Light and the other thing that I do is a “conversation” with my pain, illness and pain are the scream of our inner child that has been feeling separated from the Source, just be with this inner child and Be the Golden Angel of Light who looks after this child / my thoughts inspired by Jeshua through Pamela Kribe/

Very good ideas, Troy! It would be normal to assume that, given the fact that I give Reiki to several people, I would also do it on myself… right? Wrong! When I feel some kind of dis-ease I usually think ‘ah, this is nothing, it’ll go away in a few days, I won’t bother with this’ – sometimes it does go away in a few days, without me doing anything, sometimes it doesn’t and it gets worse. And I keep doing it over and over again! Silly me… 😦
However, I do seem to have a problem with my throat chakra as well, because I’m very prone to sore throats (which sometimes last only 24h or less…) and mild cough. A friend of mine once said that he always felt like I don’t say all that I’m thinking, which could cause some kind of blockage there… Anyway, Reiki it is (I did sleep better last night, though). I want to avoid conventional medicine as much as possible, even if that means people asking me if I’m a Jehovah witness
PS: now that I think of it I had some cough during my 2nd attunement to Reiki I – maybe a nudge from someone ‘up above’ to take care of my throat chakra? Hmmm…

I’m pretty much the same way with regards to self-healing, I have to remind myself to “give” and “accept” healing for myself. For me it’s attachments to my English grandparents… stiff upper lip, and all that, wot? 😉 Meaning, basically, that our aches and pains can be ignored because they’re character-building… except we forget these things can, little by little, build and build until they become a real problem.
Well please do yourself a favor for me and pamper yourself a little. For me this means buying a white chocolate latte from starbucks (I’ve made it a personal tradition that I honor every birthday). I feel doing something like this will help clear those blockages quickly! ♥
Thanks for the precious advice, Troy! 😀 In my case I’m always busy (even if sometimes I could take the short route for some things I almost always choose not to) and my body easily reacts in stressful situations when something builds up inside for a while… and then it translates into sore throats, sinus, cough or something worse 😐 and yes, it has a lot to do with with accepting healing for myself! I’m a bit like that knight on the ‘The quest for the Holy Grail’: ‘Tis but a flesh wound!

Troy, Sun, I feel we must learn how to heal ourselves, it is important….our galactic Family told us that our bodies will become self healing, at this stage we are transforming our body carbon cells into crystalline ones. This is the next challenge for us perhaps and we have to learn how to do it, I use words and inner talking along with some other ways….medicine of Light, drugs, fruit and vegetable , herbs , mint 🙂

I once used Hooponopono (had to google the name, I admit) in that way, talking with a body part that wasn’t doing so well 😀 it worked very well! And I’ve also used it with people. Actually I think it’s a great tool, particularly when you’re in a situation in which we’d like to say ‘I’m sorry. Forgive me. Thank you. I love you’ to someone but you know the other person would think you’re a loony… 😉

That is very interesting, do you have a photo about yourself, maybe it was you that I saw. My oldest daughter Sarah loves to dance and also does some ballet moves. She does it really well and I am surprised how good she can do it.
I also posted a picture of all my stones and a few crystals on my page.
She is a middle aged woman, long skirt, I think it was colorful, but it was dark. Dark tint of skin and dark/black long hair. Can’t really remember any features of the face, but she was a warm person. And very powerful but soft eyes. That is all I can re-member now.
I woke up after my first dream having serious cramps that lasted throughout the night, throughout my dreams.
The first one I don’t remember because my youngest baby girl woke me up, I only remember that I was trying to match up some explanations about something and I wanted to be placed in that particular order.
The second dream: I think I am sitting in a boat, even though I don’t see the boat, but I feel I am not walking but sliding forward. So I am sitting in a boat cruising down the streets of San Francisco (In the distance I see down the hill, a cable car coming by and in the very distance I can see Alcatraz. I notice because I went on holiday in SF.) But the city looked really weird, like the 1 tree and 1 house were cut out, out of a paper and then copied and paste all over. It got the same tree over and over again and gave that weird feeling. Now I am in a sort of tunnel that is covered by a fabric that is made for umbrella’s and the color is black. It is raining really hard and it is actually pitch dark in that umbrella fabric tunnel. So I was thinking how to make light in here. Then I found a skeleton of an umbrella and stick the metal point through the fabric to attract the lightening. As soon as it was through the lightening struck on it and lighted the tunnel up in a sort of blue-white light. I could feel/see the energy going through the tunnel.
Now I am visiting someone in a house that looks like a very colorful shack. I see a woman in the corner, sitting in the dark, I can’t see her face. On the left side of me is a friend of mine sitting there. He says I should look first at the painting, maybe I recognize here because she is really famous. I pick up the paintings of dogs and unicorns, but don’t recognize it. When she came out into the light I still didn’t recognize her.
I am now back in my bedroom (still dreaming/or alternate reality) and I am sleeping next to my husband. And outside there is a light that is hanging on the wall of a house across the yard and swimming pool. (I’ll post a picture about that soon, what we see from our bedroom) And my husband startles and asked me what that is. I said that it is just a broken light (when I woke up I just saw that that light was still perfect and not broken) and he went back to sleep. Then suddenly my view changes and I look out over a futuristic city, with a very vibrant deep dark blue sky with a lot of stars. It was really beautiful to see.
The dream changes again and I am driving in my Ford Ka (When I still lived in Belgium I was driving a Ford Ka) and I wanted to turn into a dirt road but at the left of me was a truck stationed. As I was driving to drive into the sand road, suddenly the truck backs up and I land under the truck. But the truck was really huge; it didn’t even touch my car. I look up and see the driver hanging out of his window. I am really scared and to get him to pay attention I am trying to hoot, so that he could hear me. But the hooter is not working at all; it doesn’t produce a sound at all. And the trucker is still backing up.
Now it seems I am in a kind of office/living room with very vibrant colors and there a lot of people. It seems they all there to talk about what happened with the truck driver and why I failed to alert him. I am sitting next to a young girl and just before me here dad was sitting. He wanted to sit next to his daughter so we switched seats. I saw a woman sitting in a red couch. End of dream and waking up again with terrible cramps.

I was standing in front of my fridge, a modern thing, black, freezer door on the left, with an ice & water dispenser in the freezer door. Cool food on the right.
The freezer door was open. At the top of the freezer, I was working on a stainless-steel spice rack I had repurposed to be something like an ancestor altar, with pictures of all of us here at spirittrainchronicles. Along the top I remember Leslee, Babajij, John. In the slot where the spice would go, I could place offerings of food or drink. Rice and fruit in one slot, I had just placed a fruit cocktail in Leslee’s spot (margerita?). In the top right was my own gravatar photo, the Raven. There was a small sampler bottle of beer in this slot.
i felt that perhaps the slots somehow translated to our location in healing pods on a Galactic Light Ship (not sure which one).

Good morning, Everyone! Tauno, what beautiful dreams! I had a few but can only recall this part of one:
I’m in a place with Babajij, although we are both in different bodies. We are quite young, and his hair is quite short and his face more narrow than now…
He’s teaching me to climb walls. We’re climbing out of something that I can’t really see clearly, but I understand that it us a compartment or room, small & tight, like a crib or a coffin or a rejuvenation chamber… Teo’Na and Umbro are telling me that it’s Tulya, in her compact “golden clog” form.
(Teo’Na wants me to share here, that they – the Tulya crew – refer to themselves as “Luminu”…)
Anyway, Babajij and I climb out, and begin scaling/climbing a wall. it’s very tall, I cannot see the top, and it’s made out of what looks like concrete block that’s been painted a very wonderful lilac-periwinkle color. It’s very opaque, but not very dense… Like pumice. It’s an artificial wall, not a natural cliff.
At first, it’s very easy to scale, with many footholds and notches. It’s also very long, stretching as far as I can see. We climb up probably a hundred feet or so, and at that point we’re at the top of the wall for the most part. But there’s nothing on the other side, just space. Where we are standing, there’s another part of the wall, that continues up. Our goal is, not to get to what’s on the other side, but to continue climbing. This part of the wall is narrower, and it’s also smoother. So the only way to climb it seems to be with magic!
No problem for Babajij… He climbs up ahead, gets to a notch, and reaches down to give me a hand up, smiling and encouraging. As I take his hand and start climbing again, I drop or knock an object off of the wall… I think it’s a phone or camera that belongs to one of us. I’m concerned, as I watch it tumble down, but he smiles and says, “We don’t need that anymore”. We continue climbing. It’s not impossible to do, you just have to keep going. I still cannot see the top, but that’s our destination. Then that part of the dream fades.

Here is my dream experience from last Saturday night
When I closed my eyes I got a vision….faces, shamanic faces…the eye/ an eye of a wolf, yellow in the dark/….one of the faces was half painted with the Native American shamanic colours, feathers and other shamanic items i saw…and the bird…owl…I think that OcaTawa made a contact with me
Then I expressed my intent to meet my friends in dream time the same night…
I can remember only pieces of dreams and i will try to type them here
First part- I was in the same building that I was before with Les when she was taking pictures of the snow covered trees outside. This time I was on the second floor of this building and was taking part in the preparations for a dance show. There were many children there and teens also, everybody was excited…I remember looking out of the window after the dance exercises, the spring was coming outside….
I saw a little girl/about 5 years old dressed as a ballerina and ready to dance, she was so cute little being 🙂 with blonde curly hair/
Second part – the show….it was in my hall, at home, the hall was almost dark …the teens were performing their dance….
Third part – I was in a beautiful house, on the second floor. The light was bright and beautiful, the Sun was shining through the windows and I saw a young beautiful woman with black hair coming upstairs….she was the mother of a new born baby, she was carrying the baby to its room and the baby was sleeping….Later I saw it again the baby was sleeping..I saw a young man with black hair , he was also there.

Spirit Train Chronicles 
In my dream which was actually on Friday night, I spent the weekend with the blond woman I’ve met on a few other occasions. Camping out of a white Westfalia camper van, and we had a red elaborately-decorated rug on the ground in front of the van. The rug never got dirty, and we had most of our meals sitting on the rug, with pillows to prop us up… We were at a conference and she was a co-worker. Then I woke up on Monday morning, at the campsite, and started freaking out because I was supposed to go to work, and I totally slept in… But the odd thing was, I was at the conference, so presumably I didn’t actually have to be at work! But, maybe she was going to the conference, and I was along for the ride…
A basic clearing dream, I guess.

I remember this
I saw several /5,6 or 7/ small/about 1cm/ and round polished white star sapphires…I first saw them set in a row one by one …. they were white I half awaked from a sharp pain in my breast, I asked ALGIZ what is this stone and I was told – white star sapphire , the pain lasted a few seconds …I fell asleep and I was again in that school and I was late for the class, I remember a case with books and maps on the first floor and some people were with me in the room with books and I saw my crystal ALGIZ standing on a shelf near me, I had to rush up to the upper floors for the lesson…..I saw the stairs and I started going up

I had two dreams but I only remember one. I wish I could remember the first dream because I feel it was important. Here’s my dream, not much.
I was in a house with other people but I didn’t recognize anyone.I looked out the windor and realized the house was floating on water. The water was calm but we needed to get out of the house. Next, the house was on land and evereyone began to depart. I saw my ex-husband from my first marriage and we talked for a minute. I left the house and was in a neighborhood and I decided to go to my father’s house but I couldn’t figure out how to get there. I was also concerned about running late for work, end of dream.
Now I am going to go and read everyone’s post.

I don’t remember my trip, but my dog remembers his! My dog is very smart and my husband communicates with him telepathically all the time. My husband and I told our dog that we were going to visit the lightships that night, specifically Tulya. We told him how to do it and we went to sleep. This morning I knew I myself had been on a ship, but could only remember being back from it and nothing before! My husband was upset he didn’t go. We asked our dog Dexter, and he said ya, he went to the spaceship. He flew up to one and it went by our house. He said there was lots of lights on the ship. The beings were short and skinny with big black eyes and long skinny fingers, 3 or 4 of them. They wore shorts. He said there were kids there too, but they just watched him. He said the kids were twice as big as him (he’s a Bug, a pug/Boston Terrier cross and only 17 lbs). Dexter said he played with people on the ship and they liked him! He had brought his stuffed sea turtle with him and people played fetch with him. He remembers a being named Brucie. He sat in his lap and Brucie petted him while they flew past the moon. I asked Dexter if the ETs had a message for us, and he said “They’re coming!” Dexter said he told the beings he was a Bug, and they said they had never seen a bug like him before. He told the beings he has many brothers and sisters at home, and that one of them is called Bro-Da, and he has to wear diapers. (Bro-Da is the name we use for Dexter’s genetic father, Bugsy. We call him Bro-Da because he is like a brother to Dexter, but also a Dad! Dexter refers to my husband as his Daddy and me as Mommy.) I asked Dexter what color the beings’ skin was but he said he didn’t know. I asked him if they were grey? Don’t know. I asked him if they were Zetas. He said that sounds familiar. He eventually left the ship and came home because he had to poop and he didn’t see any grass and was too shy to ask. My husband woke up and took the dogs outside to do their business. Dexter said he could go visit the ships whenever he wants.

Yes! Me too, Lisa! A few weeks ago, my housemate, who is quite intuitive, came downstairs and said, “I don’t know what this means, but I just got a message that I should come down and tell you that someone is coming…” 😉
Awesome! It will happen eventually, but we will open the door for them and invite them in!
I forgot to add that Dexter got a kiss from Brucie. Dexter said that Brucie took his finger and touched him on the nose. He said his finger was glowing, and that that was a kiss! Also, Dexter is usually scared around humans and animals because he was attacked by a Shepherd when he was a puppy. We asked Dexter if he was scared when on the ship and he said that No, they were very nice, and they were full of love and liked him and they would never hurt him. That tells me a lot right there, when my little guy isn’t scared. We have no reason to fear. Family is coming for a visit!

I remembered part of my dream.
I was riding my bicycle with my brother and somebody else. We passed a group of people one was a girl I recognized. Then somehow they participated in the cycling and the girl challenged us to riding up a hill. For some reason I had a handful of bottle caps which I decided to throw in a ditch.
I don’t remenber any thing else, not sure what it means.

I hope you had all a good dream flight? The ones between brackets and in Italic or explanatory notes. Here I am just going to post my dream flight; the dream from the 14th is on my page Lisa.
I stated my intention, especially to go to the ships GLS Tulya and GLS Blaze and of course also the other ships. And I got following dream(s).
The funny thing is with this dream it seems I know what they represent, like the meaning was also given through me, it was very strange. I got also a very strange feeling last night.
The dream began with an invitation to the dream flight; it looked like a huge calendar and was standing up. In front of that calendar was a big pool with pink water and it was also a portal were different times exists. (meaning: don’t be afraid that you going to miss out, the pool of love is big enough for everyone. Also the time difference, don’t worry about the either everything is coming together). We (STC family) are going on a trip and we are looking for our transport. Now we are sitting in the front of the Locomotive and there is little space for us to sit, but we are still sitting. (meaning: even though it feels there is not enough space on our travels together, it will get better). We arrive at our destination. We sit in the dessert and it is dark. We see the starry sky. I have my camera with me and I see a bit further a big city castle build on a rock and it was lighted with pink light. So I set my settings on my camera so that I can take that picture. But when I want to take the picture the light was off and it was dark. In the front of me appear buildings with a lot of bright light and people talking to each other. (meaning: even when are goal is in darkness, and we are confused by the bright lights in front of us, we just have to find the right frequency to find our goal again.) We are now in a big place; it looks like camp rooms with lot of beds. I was lucky to establish a connection to call my parents without a phone. I used my transmission abilities in my head. (We have a direct connection to talk with our star brothers and sisters).
I am standing in a street and I look up to a lot of roofs, it looks like the buildings were built against a mountain. It rises very high and at the top is a church. I see something flying by and I want to investigate. So I start to climb all those roofs to the top. Someone of my family is following me and I told her to go down because it was dangerous. When I am on the top a have a beautiful view on a green landscape with lot of trees and it looks like they are pregnant with energy. I feel like jumping, so I jump down, it is a long way down. But I have a big newspaper that I am folding into those glider shape aeroplanes. And I land very softly onto the ground. (Note: when is was drawing the glider it reminded me of the shape of Blaze, so it is possible I visited Blaze and I was practising creating new Earth) (meaning: we don’t have to be scared to take the leap now because the media will give us a soft landing. Also don’t worry about the people, who follow you, they will land safely on their feet).
We now on our way to make a trip and we are taking the aeroplane. We all have our passports with us. Then two Morgan Grimes (note: this actor plays Morgan Grimes in the series Chuck. The last episode I saw was that he got the intersect in his head, but it was infected with a Trojan horse) want to board our plane but we saw they falsified their passports. (meaning: the Cabal wants to try to infiltrate us with a Trojan horse but they won’t succeed). Then I woke because my oldest girl had a nightmare.
Then I fell asleep again with my daughter beside me. The dream: I am sitting in a small and kind of dark room and next to me on a chair sits a young girl asking a question to Wes. I don’t know what the question was but Wes answers that he lives close by the sea and he loves the sea. I tell him that I have to drive four hours to get to the sea. Now I am in our living room standing behind my husband who sits behind the table and we are watching a reporter questioning Wes. Then the dream gets a bit too much of images but I got the following meaning out of them. (meaning: They will try to discredit Wes but they won’t succeed at all because people are waking up to the truth.) And this was the end of a very long dream.

Goodmorning everyone! Yesterday, the people here celebrated the Ressurection of Jesus. Yesterday in the morning, I was with Jesus in my dream but I don’t remember much. Today, I had two interesting dreams.
1) Bob Dean (Ex Command Sergeant Major and contactee) came to my house and me & family had a wonderful conversation with him in the living room. (I also remember that in March, I had dinner and a wonderful discussion with Neal Donald Walsch, a known spiritual writer, at his home). Then, he came with me in my room, he saw my books about ETs and Spirituality and other related stuff and I continued my conversation with him there. Later, he said to us goodbye and left for his home(maybe a hotel).
2) Kind of funny the second one. It was about two cartoon like ETs. They were hairy green and slim creatures, with one eye, blue iris, had a big smile with little sharp teeth and their hands after the wrist were bigger with 3 claws on each one. They also had two antennas on their heads. The one (male) made a marriage proposal to the other (female) by giving her a gold ring. They were happy and they seemed like they wanted to invite me and participate in their happiness.
These were my dreams.Now that I’m thinking of it, Iltheos was right when he said that I’ll start having more dream interactiuons with Ets or anything related with that. Since April 1st I’m full of that, and I don’t regret it. I am a little busy these days, not only because of University, but also by explaining to my parents things about ETs, Ascension, Spirituality. My father is now aware of all these. My mother comes to me like a child who wish to learn more. Generaly, seems that my parents, grandmother, brother and sister are open minded. They are all receptive but most receptive are my grandmother, brother and father. But generaly things go well (-_-). Thank you all for your posts on Salusa, Astral travels and for the new posts on the main board.

That’s from my meditation this morning: the stair I went down had walls of dark rough stone with brilliant sparkles in it… Iltheos met me there, and then you joined us, and we walked down a slope to a large, long agora, where we sat and “talked”. I don’t recall “words”, but I came to understand that a part of us can stay in our meditations an dreams when we arise from them, and continue our healings and education.

Yes, although my “vision” was quite fuzzy, I realized by the energy who you and Iltheos were… 🙂 He has amazingly gentle energy, very soft and kind and wise and comforting. Does that sound right to you? And yes, I could also recognize him by the skin color, head shape, and robe/collar, and the shape of his nose from your drawing. It was quite a surprise for me, because I was once again following the meditation instructions I was given last night, and once I started down the steps into the earth, everything just unfolded…
When I was on SpaceWave, I didn’t recognize it at first because of the color (red). I think she may change color based on the type of healing needed… Does that resonate for you?

I was dreaming a lot last night
First I remember a small shop , the seller was a woman of middle age, she looked like the ticket seller/gatekeeper of Aeterna/ from my first dream connected with Aeterna/. She was selling plants to be planted , flowers , seeds…I wanted to buy some little flowers but she said “Take some seeds, there are seeds for this sort of flowers and they grow rather quickly”, I touched the soil and I was sorting some of them and finally I needed to wash my hands. There was a room behind the seller and she invited me there to wash my hands……Then remember visiting the shop again and the same room and I was washing my hands when a young girl came in and she had to study there for an exam…I was a bit embarrassed and got out
Next dream – I was with my sister at home but I had to go out and that is why had to dress myself, I remember that I had to change my handbag, to leave mine there and to use my mum`s, the shoes were mine – black or brown but the bag – beige 🙂
This is what I received in my dream
The medicine has two parts or two layers – White (connected with Down-wards) and Coloured(connected with Up-wards). The White part of the medicine has a connection with Lemuria/ns and the the Coloured has a connection with Super Seven. This impression went throughout the whole dream.
Next part – I was walking down the street and I saw a part of this street that I must clean, I started cleaning the street and throwing the rubbish out.
The last part – I was going to the mountains with a group of people, mainly children and they were walking too fast and I was far behind them 🙂 with a woman with me that was calm and nice and she gave me good advice

Here’s my dream from this morning:

I’m in a blouse and long skirt on a sunny spring day. I’m walking around a small circular pond or pool… As I reach the far side, two things happen. First, I notice there is some sort of ripple in space, that runs through the middle of the pond… It’s like a huge two-way mirror that extends all the way across the pond and into the sky.
Second, I find, floating at the edge of the pond, in the grasses and reeds, a large saucer-shaped metal disk. It’s like a very shallow, thin bowl floating on the water. The metal is a dull grayish-silver. There are clumps of moss and grass and vines laid on the saucer, as if to represent continents on a planet.
I know that I’m supposed to step onto the saucer/raft and sit down, and allow it to drift about in the pond… As I step into the dish, it rocks a little in the water, and I notice, across the pond, on the other side of the transparent mirror, another woman who looks a bit like me, in a dress, on another “disk”, which is also slightly different…
At the same time, I hear a conversation between two disembodied voices, whom I understand to be Tulya Crew members, who are working on my respiratory system.
It’s as if I’m dreaming while on an operating table.
They are inserting a small round pillow-shaped capsule with a valve, that’s filled with crystals/tablets for controlled release… They’re also discussing 23-strand DNA, and that this DNA has it’s own Central Channel…
The 23 strands are like wires in a cable – connecting etherically to make more dimensions and universes and worlds and timelines accessible. I believe the voices were Umbro and Sasha…
The same disk that appeared in my dream when you were in hospital, it is connected with the healer!!!!

I’m sitting here with tears in my eyes and a lump in my throat… You WILL believe (and still be amazed by) the synchronicities… But first, I don’t even know how to thank you all… from the fullness of my heart. Namaste, Namaste, Namaste.
First of all, I finally heard about the biopsies today – something to watch, but nothing needed besides a follow-up in 6 months!
I want to find the time to go through every post in detail and compare it to my journal entries, but for now I’ll just share this:
Over the weekend before going into the hospital, when I was visiting my parents, I got a message from my Guides: “Lose your pride”, and it really confused me… but I knew SOMEthing “big” was coming and I needed to brace myself…
On Tuesday I went to a mental health clinic for an assessment (because I saw some danger signs), but I didn’t realize I’d be there a week (and no electronics were allowed… 😦 In short, I learned that for almost all my life I’ve been dealing with some chemical imbalances while thinking that they were things that I just needed to learn to “deal with”… So:
-hospital/hotel/school = the hospital is like a retreat center; the campus is on a wooded hilltop with wonderful helpful staff whose main wish really was to help everyone there. (I didn’t realize I had such good insurance!) It has many classrooms for patient education, and there is a constant rather chaotic, flow of packages with papers and belongings and medications. it also has a chapel with a tall tower with long vertical windows. There is a cafeteria in the middle of the campus, and everyone has to earn the privilege to go there, otherwise you eat a packaged (but good) meal…
-dirty socks = It seems that most of my issues (and the physical) clearly spring from the chemical imbalances due to trauma, from the very old to the very recent, and also, I was not prepared with enough clothes, so for the first few days I had to wear dirty socks!
-tubes = definitely related to tests, waiting on biopsy results, and karmic clearing going on! “Mud” was a puzzling GR word I got this morning… The first 3 days there, I felt I was stumbling around in a trance. They couldn’t figure out the cause. I had very low blood pressure and body temperature, and was quite cold and tired. I had a strange sense that “something” was going on… And I certainly felt all of your presences constantly. The feeling I got was that I could just relax and let others take care of everything, because all would be well. Then one morning after an excellent night’s sleep, I just woke up feeling so much better! I think it was Friday, but I’ll check my notes…

Dreamflight for April 7/8…
I was in a mall with my family, dominant colors were white walls with gold accents, and yellow / warm white lights, gray marble floors, white marble walls, with columns in the wall every so often. The decor was not greek or roman, but modern-feeling, art deco reminiscent of the 20’s and 30’s. The mall was an “upscale” mall, with a fancy jazz restaurant near the center… spiral staircase leading up to the second floor, inside the restaurant, seating near the stage and on the second floor balcony. The restaurant and mall had an open feeling to it, skylights in the ceiling. In the hallway behind the restaurant, Gunner was giving dance lessons to homeless people with another woman. There was a door there that lead outside, and a couple went into the mall through that doorway as I was walking past.
Me and my family were walking around the mall, initially having a tour to see what was there. I don’t remember much except for the restaurant and the hallways, and the stairs. I remember some straight stairs that run at 90 degrees to a landing in the middle, with a wooden oak rail running from top to bottom on both sides. White tile stairs. During our tour my wife and I separate, and both of us assume that our boys are with the other. When we meet again, the boys are not with us, so we spend most of the rest of our time searching for our boys.

After stating intent I got following dream(s)
The first one is only impressions that I got, not really
A dream story: mountains, water, boat, golden rocks and White light and presents.
The second one: They were two guys stealing my red car, to find it back I have to look for clues. I am now a detective and I seem to appear in a kind of old detective movie study, with books and an old oak desk and leather chair. There are papers pinned down on the walls that are having clues. Then suddenly I open a door and I throw smoke canisters at the people that are in there and closing the door. Then when closing the door I find the actor Simon Baker from the series Mentalist on the floor and asking why I threw this canisters.
I am now in the kitchen and I am standing next to my personal cook and telling him what to cook and how to cook. I see he has all the right ingredients in a kind of compartment box, in one of them was wine , but it was written in Italian VINO.
Now I am in sort of a classroom writing something down in a book. Then suddenly the post is being picked up by Tauno, and she has a packet from my dad, with a R1000 in it. Then Catherine (my HR manager at work) comes by and says that it was not possible to get my package yet because it first has to be approved by the direction of the school. I get mad about this policy and that my dad would get very upset when I would come home and don’t have my package with me.
I am sitting on the floor waiting in a long queue in front of me. In front of me there are large tables and people from the school are standing behind it and there are lots of packages on the table. Some of the people behind it look familiar, like some of my family, aunts in Belgium. They are calling the barcode numbers of the packages. I am sitting next to Linda (old friend) and Astrid (old schoolmate) and I go: I forgot to look at the barcode numbers, I don’t remember. Then Astrid says that I don’t need to worry because she wrote it down for me. I write it with a pen on my finger: the code was : HO2 VLINDER (english translation for Vlinder is Butterfly)
Then my dreams end because my daughter needs me.
When I was contemplating my dream before I got up to see my daughter , suddenly a picture came to my mind about the butterfly:

Lisa, I am amazed from the school dream when I met you, it turns out that You were there, we …the three of us were working at this large room with the books! I was upset from the director too because he was giving us too small payment….this is an amazing synchronicity, both of us were feeling a kind of loss and lack of justice, then I remember sitting in the room with a large table and I was holding my payment 2 * 5 = 10 instead of 30 😦
I do not remember the butterfly but your butterfly is a good sign…..Angelic sign for progress and evolution 🙂

I was at the same building / I am there constantly this week in dreamtime ?/ This time I was counting and dealing with numbers and I was angry and upset. I remember many books, three of my colleagues including me in this number 3 were doing some job in a large room and then we realized that for the job we won`t be paid enough. Instead of three salaries the boss is going to give us one and we must share it 🙂 I remember that finally I received 5 * 2 =10
I had a feeling that something is missing but it was there ….I could not find it but it was definitely there!

Yes, that mud is connected with issues from the past , negative karma and things of the lower energies, it is a good sign that in my dream the cleansing has started…I was thinking all day about the meaning and the guidance of this dream, I had a sign, a confirmation, I met the servant today in “real” life, she was cleaning the floor and said to me ” Oh, dear, you are going to have good luck” In my country when you walk on cleaned with water path you will have a success….the signs are all around, we should develop senses to read them

Hi, everyone, after the prayer and the intent to send more Light to Les via travelling with GLS ALGIZ I had this dream. I remember two parts of it and it was quite meaningful and connected with previous ones
I was at the same building like last night when i talked with Catia, this time I was looking out from the window down there, there were some tubes situated one next to other….I had the feeling that everything is on place (diagnose and details are known already)
Next part….one of the servants, a woman, has to take out the tubes and to clean them because there is mud in them and they cannot convey something properly, they must be cleaned from inside and this is a hard work, she complains but the boss ordered that the tubes must be cleaned, the cleansing has begun, two of them are ready and cleaned
End of the dream
I think Les is about to experience some kind of cleaning, chakra cleaning perhaps, because I connect tubes with chakras and providing the energy flow……

Hi All,
Last night I was being frantic. My youngest daughter Nolwazi (1year 3 months) was running towards us, stumbled and fell, right with her head on the point of the table leaving her with a bleeding hole in her head. My first thought was running with her to the hospital (translate: over reacting mother 🙂 ) but after cleaning it and put a sticker on it and giving her some painkiller for kids. After half an hour she was up and running again , like nothing had happened. I am still a little bit concerned (moms he 😀 ). Anyway when I looked this morning, I saw her sleeping like a baby (hahaha) So everything is alright. (see picture of my daughters on Leslee’s dream)
After that very eventful evening , when I went to sleep , I stated my intent to be in the NOW and got following dream:
I am on a tour-bus going up a winding road, the scenery looks like English to me.It is a very bright sunny day, with blue sky and the trees and bushes were spring crisp green. I took my camera out to take pictures, especially the building on the end of the road. I am trying to get the whole building in it, but it takes me several pictures to get it right. It looks like the “Tower of Babel”.
I am inside now and I am in a bookstore and they are selling old books, I see books of Karl May, the Winnetou novels, but they are very old. They are selling them for R30 and I could not resist to buy them. (When I was a kid, I loved Karl May’s Winnetou stories)
The dream jumps and now I am in the ocean , there is a huge stone egg covered with some kind of roots, floating in the sea,there is much activity from people trying to find the entrance. I find the entrance, it is in the water at the bottom of the egg. Me and my daughters are invited with the seahorse people (half human, half seahorse). We could all breath under water. Then I woke up.

I got out of that hospital …but the hospital looked like hotel/hospital, I was wearing socks ?/ in previous hospital dream I saw socks/ there was no feeling of loss, I was out….Oh, my friends and my sister were with me 🙂 Troy, do you remember anything?

Hi Tauno, I was snoozing on the couch last night and seemed to get hit by a lot of little light beams and symbols. But everything actually feels pretty good today, I was reassured that everything is not only fine, but that they have been taken care of, and are on track. Whatever is happening is necessary for the greater outcome, and need to happen at this time. “Love” is the desired response to bring in the “Light” that will transform old patterns. Those patterns can be seen as either dots or beats in a larger light wave pattern, and that pattern will eventually synchronize.
What I also heard during this meditation was a really strange thing, it was the sound of being inside an airplane, like when the air gets switched on inside the pressurized cabin. I opened my eyes briefly to see if our air conditioning had switched on but I realized the sound was coming from “inside” my head, like tinnitus. The a/c was off.

Hi, Everyone, this seems to be the best place to post my dream from April 4, the first night I really got some sleep in the hospital…
There’s a cool synchronicity here with the dream I remembered from my dream from the first night I was in the hospital…
It began with my being half-aware that two people were working on my left fore-arm… The skin and flesh were open, and they were clearing and filling tiny clear channels that looked like glass pipettes like a chemist would use… They were being cleaned and the filled with more pure substances. I could hear voices around me, and it felt as if I was on one of the ships… The doctors were wearing white, and the colors gold orange & red (very earthy) were present, almost like auras around the part if my body they were working on…
That part if the dream faded, and i became aware that I was in a large house… I think it was an older house, two stories or more, wood siding, maybe Victorian style? But more minimalist. There were many people there, as if it was a party or celebration of a special occasion… It was all friends: you all, plus many more! It was a very diverse group of people, from all cultures and backgrounds and age groups, and it was very colorful!
I was aware that my purpose for being there was for healing and learning, but it was one big, gentle healing/learning party!
There were several kitchens, and SEVERAL large, very well-equipped refrigerators and freezers, all filled with gloriously delicious-looking food… I think Stick and I were trying to make some queso dip… We had found the cheese and peppers, and were looking for some tomato salsa to add…
Down in the basement, there were racks of festive clothing, and many people were there, laughing and playing dress-up, as if getting ready to go to Carnivale… 😀

My dream experience from last Saturday: went to bed, stated the intent to be aboard Algiz but I think I might have said Tulya. Fell asleep, woke up with hot flashes (no, not menopause, I’m 31!), fell asleep, woke up feeling cold, fell asleep, woke up coughing, got up to get a drink of water and look outside for kitties on the terrace, fell asleep, woke up with hot flashes, fell asleep, woke up feeling cold, fell asleep, woke up coughing, etc etc etc… Don’t remember any dreams 😦

well, here it’s not really cold any more and I’ve been having some cough that gets a lot worse at night… at first I thought it might have been caused by dust because we had some pretty dry weather, but it’s been raining for a few days now so I don’t think that’s related

Sun, do you think you are going through some cleansing, I was in the same condition …this cough …I know how it is, like having a dust in your throat and having a difficulty in breathing…it is a symptom of cleansing perhaps

Suntria, you as a healer may already have tried these things, but I’ll jot them down anyways, because this may help my own progress in understanding.
-humidifier? (make sure you change the filter regularly if you use one) If you don’t want to spend the money but have a fan, you can put a wet towel over the back of a chair and direct a fan towards it, see if that helps. (this targets the symptom not the cause)
-chest / throat chakra (the throat is an area that I have struggled with, it can be a bit of a “bottleneck” both literally and figuratively speaking!). You just have to visualize relaxing in this area… many of us build up stress here without realizing it. I feel this manifests as tension in shoulders + heart, and thyroid + headaches/migraines on the other side.
-These chakras are “gasping” for air. (Pranic breathing with a focus in these areas?)
My observation is that you can form an intent before you go to sleep that you may learn why you have a chronic night cough.
Troy, I will share my experience…I often use Hathor`s medicine of Light and the other thing that I do is a “conversation” with my pain, illness and pain are the scream of our inner child that has been feeling separated from the Source, just be with this inner child and Be the Golden Angel of Light who looks after this child / my thoughts inspired by Jeshua through Pamela Kribe/

Very good ideas, Troy! It would be normal to assume that, given the fact that I give Reiki to several people, I would also do it on myself… right? Wrong! When I feel some kind of dis-ease I usually think ‘ah, this is nothing, it’ll go away in a few days, I won’t bother with this’ – sometimes it does go away in a few days, without me doing anything, sometimes it doesn’t and it gets worse. And I keep doing it over and over again! Silly me… 😦
However, I do seem to have a problem with my throat chakra as well, because I’m very prone to sore throats (which sometimes last only 24h or less…) and mild cough. A friend of mine once said that he always felt like I don’t say all that I’m thinking, which could cause some kind of blockage there… Anyway, Reiki it is (I did sleep better last night, though). I want to avoid conventional medicine as much as possible, even if that means people asking me if I’m a Jehovah witness
PS: now that I think of it I had some cough during my 2nd attunement to Reiki I – maybe a nudge from someone ‘up above’ to take care of my throat chakra? Hmmm…

I’m pretty much the same way with regards to self-healing, I have to remind myself to “give” and “accept” healing for myself. For me it’s attachments to my English grandparents… stiff upper lip, and all that, wot? 😉 Meaning, basically, that our aches and pains can be ignored because they’re character-building… except we forget these things can, little by little, build and build until they become a real problem.
Well please do yourself a favor for me and pamper yourself a little. For me this means buying a white chocolate latte from starbucks (I’ve made it a personal tradition that I honor every birthday). I feel doing something like this will help clear those blockages quickly! ♥
Thanks for the precious advice, Troy! 😀 In my case I’m always busy (even if sometimes I could take the short route for some things I almost always choose not to) and my body easily reacts in stressful situations when something builds up inside for a while… and then it translates into sore throats, sinus, cough or something worse 😐 and yes, it has a lot to do with with accepting healing for myself! I’m a bit like that knight on the ‘The quest for the Holy Grail’: ‘Tis but a flesh wound!

That is very interesting, do you have a photo about yourself, maybe it was you that I saw. My oldest daughter Sarah loves to dance and also does some ballet moves. She does it really well and I am surprised how good she can do it.

Hi Tauno,
She is a middle aged woman, long skirt, I think it was colorful, but it was dark. Dark tint of skin and dark/black long hair. Can’t really remember any features of the face, but she was a warm person. And very powerful but soft eyes. That is all I can re-member now.

Hi all, I hope you all had a good weekend,
After stating my intent I got following dream(s).
I woke up after my first dream having serious cramps that lasted throughout the night, throughout my dreams.
The first one I don’t remember because my youngest baby girl woke me up, I only remember that I was trying to match up some explanations about something and I wanted to be placed in that particular order.
The second dream: I think I am sitting in a boat, even though I don’t see the boat, but I feel I am not walking but sliding forward. So I am sitting in a boat cruising down the streets of San Francisco (In the distance I see down the hill, a cable car coming by and in the very distance I can see Alcatraz. I notice because I went on holiday in SF.) But the city looked really weird, like the 1 tree and 1 house were cut out, out of a paper and then copied and paste all over. It got the same tree over and over again and gave that weird feeling. Now I am in a sort of tunnel that is covered by a fabric that is made for umbrella’s and the color is black. It is raining really hard and it is actually pitch dark in that umbrella fabric tunnel. So I was thinking how to make light in here. Then I found a skeleton of an umbrella and stick the metal point through the fabric to attract the lightening. As soon as it was through the lightening struck on it and lighted the tunnel up in a sort of blue-white light. I could feel/see the energy going through the tunnel.
Now I am visiting someone in a house that looks like a very colorful shack. I see a woman in the corner, sitting in the dark, I can’t see her face. On the left side of me is a friend of mine sitting there. He says I should look first at the painting, maybe I recognize here because she is really famous. I pick up the paintings of dogs and unicorns, but don’t recognize it. When she came out into the light I still didn’t recognize her.
I am now back in my bedroom (still dreaming/or alternate reality) and I am sleeping next to my husband. And outside there is a light that is hanging on the wall of a house across the yard and swimming pool. (I’ll post a picture about that soon, what we see from our bedroom) And my husband startles and asked me what that is. I said that it is just a broken light (when I woke up I just saw that that light was still perfect and not broken) and he went back to sleep. Then suddenly my view changes and I look out over a futuristic city, with a very vibrant deep dark blue sky with a lot of stars. It was really beautiful to see.
The dream changes again and I am driving in my Ford Ka (When I still lived in Belgium I was driving a Ford Ka) and I wanted to turn into a dirt road but at the left of me was a truck stationed. As I was driving to drive into the sand road, suddenly the truck backs up and I land under the truck. But the truck was really huge; it didn’t even touch my car. I look up and see the driver hanging out of his window. I am really scared and to get him to pay attention I am trying to hoot, so that he could hear me. But the hooter is not working at all; it doesn’t produce a sound at all. And the trucker is still backing up.
Now it seems I am in a kind of office/living room with very vibrant colors and there a lot of people. It seems they all there to talk about what happened with the truck driver and why I failed to alert him. I am sitting next to a young girl and just before me here dad was sitting. He wanted to sit next to his daughter so we switched seats. I saw a woman sitting in a red couch. End of dream and waking up again with terrible cramps.

I hear the Marketing-types had to rename it “Climate change” because they were getting so much bad press from the phrase “Global Warming”… of course you know it’s a phrase that, behind the scenes, better relays the idea that they really haven’t a clue… LOL 😉

I was standing in front of my fridge, a modern thing, black, freezer door on the left, with an ice & water dispenser in the freezer door. Cool food on the right.
The freezer door was open. At the top of the freezer, I was working on a stainless-steel spice rack I had repurposed to be something like an ancestor altar, with pictures of all of us here at spirittrainchronicles. Along the top I remember Leslee, Babajij, John. In the slot where the spice would go, I could place offerings of food or drink. Rice and fruit in one slot, I had just placed a fruit cocktail in Leslee’s spot (margerita?). In the top right was my own gravatar photo, the Raven. There was a small sampler bottle of beer in this slot.
i felt that perhaps the slots somehow translated to our location in healing pods on a Galactic Light Ship (not sure which one).

Dear Les, your dream reminds me of my previous dream when I was climbing the stone monument and I had no way back, but up, also going up is a good sign, it means success, I can see a synchronicity with my being on the second floor in last night`s dream

Good morning, Everyone! Tauno, what beautiful dreams! I had a few but can only recall this part of one:
I’m in a place with Babajij, although we are both in different bodies. We are quite young, and his hair is quite short and his face more narrow than now…
He’s teaching me to climb walls. We’re climbing out of something that I can’t really see clearly, but I understand that it us a compartment or room, small & tight, like a crib or a coffin or a rejuvenation chamber… Teo’Na and Umbro are telling me that it’s Tulya, in her compact “golden clog” form.
(Teo’Na wants me to share here, that they – the Tulya crew – refer to themselves as “Luminu”…)
Anyway, Babajij and I climb out, and begin scaling/climbing a wall. it’s very tall, I cannot see the top, and it’s made out of what looks like concrete block that’s been painted a very wonderful lilac-periwinkle color. It’s very opaque, but not very dense… Like pumice. It’s an artificial wall, not a natural cliff.
At first, it’s very easy to scale, with many footholds and notches. It’s also very long, stretching as far as I can see. We climb up probably a hundred feet or so, and at that point we’re at the top of the wall for the most part. But there’s nothing on the other side, just space. Where we are standing, there’s another part of the wall, that continues up. Our goal is, not to get to what’s on the other side, but to continue climbing. This part of the wall is narrower, and it’s also smoother. So the only way to climb it seems to be with magic!
No problem for Babajij… He climbs up ahead, gets to a notch, and reaches down to give me a hand up, smiling and encouraging. As I take his hand and start climbing again, I drop or knock an object off of the wall… I think it’s a phone or camera that belongs to one of us. I’m concerned, as I watch it tumble down, but he smiles and says, “We don’t need that anymore”. We continue climbing. It’s not impossible to do, you just have to keep going. I still cannot see the top, but that’s our destination. Then that part of the dream fades.

Here is my dream experience from last Saturday night
When I closed my eyes I got a vision….faces, shamanic faces…the eye/ an eye of a wolf, yellow in the dark/….one of the faces was half painted with the Native American shamanic colours, feathers and other shamanic items i saw…and the bird…owl…I think that OcaTawa made a contact with me
Then I expressed my intent to meet my friends in dream time the same night…
I can remember only pieces of dreams and i will try to type them here
First part- I was in the same building that I was before with Les when she was taking pictures of the snow covered trees outside. This time I was on the second floor of this building and was taking part in the preparations for a dance show. There were many children there and teens also, everybody was excited…I remember looking out of the window after the dance exercises, the spring was coming outside….
I saw a little girl/about 5 years old dressed as a ballerina and ready to dance, she was so cute little being 🙂 with blonde curly hair/
Second part – the show….it was in my hall, at home, the hall was almost dark …the teens were performing their dance….
Third part – I was in a beautiful house, on the second floor. The light was bright and beautiful, the Sun was shining through the windows and I saw a young beautiful woman with black hair coming upstairs….she was the mother of a new born baby, she was carrying the baby to its room and the baby was sleeping….Later I saw it again the baby was sleeping..I saw a young man with black hair , he was also there.
