Greetings, Everyone!
As many of you know, we have felt some recent shifts… I’ve been puzzling over why things seemed to grind to a halt with the Athabantian Ground Crew (and perhaps you were wondering, too).
Of course, my move to Pagosa tossed many things up in the air, but I knew that there was more than that to the pause.
With the arrival of November, my personal experience has been to shift focus back to Inner Earth family, but this morning, I got a nudge that it’s also time to revive the Athabantian gathering, and see where we are.
So, if you’re a Crew member and happen to read this, please comment, and lets re-group!
Here is a brief message from Adrial:
We aboard Athabantian greet you once again, as we wish to advise you of recent efforts in collaboration with our dear friends and family within the various regions of Inner Earth. We have particularly been working with our Arcturian family as well… Some of you have already noticed these connections being made.
We see that many of you are already aware of the links established, the portals that have been opened, and the channels within your physical bodies which have been activated.
You will also continue to assemble recollections, and “missing pieces” may fall into place. Some of these insights may also induce feelings of shock, joy, grief, relief, and exhaustion. If you feel these, please go within and ask for guidance and soothing, and you will find these more readily than before.
Some of you have just connected some dots, and now you receive a more clear picture. Do you see better how we are all working together? And hopefully you may also understand better why some information has been withheld (and some will be withheld a but longer).
You may also perceive that even though things may seem to have been “quiet”, and your dreams and meditations may have felt dull and secreted away, you have all been hard at work.
We are reaching out to you now to thank and reassure you, and also to encourage you to re-connect, as you feel inclined, with those who were gathered earlier this year as Athabantian Ground Crew. As you compare notes, you will discover synchronicities and connections with our Crew in flight, as well as with one another.
Please recall your connections with the Crew list, and the affinities you felt, with their names and roles. These will come into focus for you more clearly now.
We have plenty of time, so please do not feel pressured. You have all been hard at work, and the information we will share soon will allow you to more profoundly integrate the work you have been doing “behind the scenes”, with your life during waking time.
We are asking Leslee to end with a quote from Heruka, who is a manifestation of Mikos. She will explain more. Please take these words to heart, and understand that we offer them because the time has come to sort the cards.
Thank you for all you have been doing. You are powerful beings of Light, and we rejoice with solemn gratitude.

He has also been my Constant Companion throughout many lifetimes, especially during the ones I have spent as Tibetan Buddhist lamas. I have learned just recently that He and Mikos of Porthologos are manifestations of one another, and that the connections between Inner Earth, Tibetan Buddhism, and Arcturus run far more deep and vast than many realize. What difference does it make, whether We ‘land’, or ‘appear’?
The Work of Ascending is each individual’s to do. All We can offer are pointing instructions and Teachings. From there, one must go within to find, receive, realize and integrate Them.
It does not matter whether We teach you how to cleanse and purify the external environment of Gaia. If you have not done the Inner Work necessary for you to maintain your “vibration” or “virtue” at high enough levels, you will not remain here, regardless of Gaia’s condition.
Do you still feel you must compare yourself to your ‘neighbor’? Then you have inner work to do. Do you still feel there are ‘others’ in darkness? Then you still have inner work to do. Do you still concern yourself with your external conditions? Then you have inner work to do.
Please sit down, shut up, go within, and stop complaining. You are no better or worse than others. You simply have inner work to do.

In this document the word love is used in two contexts. With a Capital ‘L’, Love means the force or energy that underlies all things. With a lower case ‘l’ the word means the feeling called love. Enjoy!
Everything that exists was set in motion by a single, self sustaining, resonant vibration. This vibration contains infinite potential. The vibration is called Love. We are creators. We have access to and can channel Love into forms and energies. We can also channel Love to transform existing forms and energies. There is no forcing Love. This was not the post I expected to write. I was trying to write more about Love yesterday but something else kept coming out. I thought I knew what was “right” so I kept trying to fit what I was writing into the topic. Needless to say it did not end well. This morning as I awoke, I realized what the topic really was. I was asked to speak in my own voice, The reason for this is contained within.
The “fall” or the separation or duality or the illusion was not a mistake, an error, or a wrong turn. It was a possibility. It was not required or necessary to achieve our vision but it was on the table as something that could happen. Given the complexity of our goal and the nature of our methods, it could have even been considered likely. We did not intend it though. In fact we had hoped for a much simpler road. Our plan was to create a way to “walk among the trees”. A simple way to enter our creation, to enjoy it fully and to continue its development from the inside.
As you know, it takes a great deal of focused attention for an energy being to coalesce and maintain a body of matter within which to work.
It was our intention to design an aspect of ourselves that was physical in nature yet self directed, self aware, self sustaining, and fully aware of its higher nature. An aspect that we could enter and fully function within. There was also a higher purpose. To have the collective of these beings be able to house the consciousness of Source, just as we did as angels in the higher realms. To do all this we needed to come into close relationship with matter. Not a small task for a being that works directly in the realm of energy. Each and every one of us eagerly volunteered to take part in this amazing plan. We knew full well that there were many possibilities and much of the actual creation journey would be done in a semiconscious state. For the plan to work and give us full access to physical creation we needed these physical aspects of ourselves to have free will. They also had to be willing participants in every aspect of the plan.
To shorten a very long story, our physical aspects found it very difficult to manage a simple tool we built into our structure to assist in response to physical danger, fear. Keep in mind that fear was added as a convenience, to help avoid damaging the physical body. In truth, there is never any danger, just the inconvenience of having to repair or replace the physical body. It is our reaction to fear, something totally unknown in an energy universe, that has taken us so long to master. Fear is still a distraction for so many. Fear was never intended to be part of any decision making process. Its only purpose is as an alert to physical danger. If you are feeling fear, look around, if there is no danger the fear is miss placed and can be safely ignored. Fear of a possible future event, influencing decision making, is a destructive misuse of the tool and must be avoided.
The use of language, as the only method of communication, was developed after our reaction to fear caused us to cut ourselves off from our higher selves. Language was originally intended as a tool for entertainment; To give physical expression to joy, appreciation, and love. It was never intended to be used for communication or as the primary container for conscious thought. Using language in this way internally causes confusion and ridged thinking. It servilely limits our ability to expand our awareness into our higher aspects. Using it to communicate with to each other focuses our attention into our ego mind, shutting down our heart-mind interactions. Our intended mode of communication is a combination of feeling and mental telepathy that doesn’t generally translate well into a language. Meditation is essential for rebuilding our heart-mind links and thereby the communication links between us.
Channelling, the method of giving voice to other energies, was developed as tool for penetrating the extreme density of unconsciousness created after our disconnection from our true nature. Our ego mind was designed to assist in the management of our physical form only. It were never intended to be the only aspect of ourselves functioning. Channelling was, and is, used to appeal to ego mind and allow it to feel safe enough to start the process of reintegrating our hearts, then our relationship with our higher aspects, thereby reactivating the entire multidimensional system. Channelling is a stepping stone. It is limited by language, the disposition of the channeler, the dominant thought framework of the collective of channelers and misinterpretation by the receivers of the message. It is not the ultimate connection between us and our higher aspects or between us and the other energies offering assistance. We are designed to work as a seamless unit with almost no declarable separation between dimensional aspects. The one exception would be for self exploration. We are all equal in our ability to connect with our higher aspects and thereby, other energies. The only thing that stands in the way is our lack of trust (fear). If you are channelling it would be prudent to spend some time with the possibility that you have a deeper connection than you realize and that you can be more integrated in your interactions.
The idea of an external dimensional shift is a misunderstanding of this process of reintegration with our higher aspects and the multidimensional universe. The shift is internal. It is us reuniting, first with ourselves, then with each other and ultimately with Source. It is not some scheme to fix something that went wrong, it is the next step in the execution of our plan. Make no mistake, it will be amazing non the less. Imagine if you will, 7 billion people with full access to 100% or our functional abilities, our multidimensional universe, and Source itself. What could this group of people do? Expect miracles! But don’t expect to be an energy only translucent being at the end of the year. We intended to be physical. Maybe not quite this dense but physical beings all the same.

And, what you do when you consume burned and bitter tasted cookie?… do you blame self for centuries?… or you live in guilt for millennia’s that this never suppose to happen?… or You do not stop asking Why?… ‘Why God?…’ I have to live with this after taste in my mouth?….
So, how do you get rid of burned aftertaste in your mouth?… maybe, by washing it with water or beer?… or taking another cookie hopping it will taste different?… or you completely change habit, and declare you will never eat cookies again?… or you simply accept this one was burned and you thank to one who made it, not blame her for giving you burned cookie?…
You can always consider that she did not put this cookie in your mouth… You did!… as she simply put this at the table in front of you?… So who to blame for your after taste?… Her who cooked them?… You for eating it?… or even Can you blame Cookie itself, for the aftereffect?….
Same Creation process I see with these News Media, Info manipulations, TV programming of our minds, Financial trickery, Governmental rules and regulations… These are all part of Creation, yet some of these leave quite aftertaste in our minds… Isn’t it?…
This same Creation of intentionally ‘burned’ sensation is there to be experienced and to be eventually recognized as ‘burned cookie’… and it can be simply discerned that we do not have to consume ‘burned’ and ‘overcooked’ news and ‘truths’ any longer…
When this realization strike You where these news do not have to be consumed in such a vast amounts… simply because it really sucks walking with grip in your stomac, or bitter taste in your mouth, or total ‘paranoia’ in your mind that ‘end is here’…
When You realize that even these news are part of Creation, no matter how they taste… Yet, the only thing comes from this experience is your choice: Would you like to continue feeding self with ‘overdone’ and ‘tasteless’ information’s?… Are you ready to accept that you have a choice not to consume in such amounts of ‘spiritual fast-food garbage’?… 
Spirituality is Creation as well…. Religion is Creation as well… Mind Control is Creation too… TV and Media is Creation too…
Realizing this, you can always choose [this is key word: CHOOSE…] to have burned aftertaste or have smile on your face when spit out this burned cookie out of your mouth… It is all Creation process of New Human who is willing to choose… Who is totally open to experiences, simply by knowing: All is part of Creation… ALL OF IT!… Bad cookies, good cookies, or even ignorant cookies, or simple cookies, or even spiritual cookies… All are One Part of ONE Creation…

In de midst of all the turmoil, all the chaos and all the little upsets in my life….I really needed a center of tranquility. My center of the Heart is my center of peace…were I can sit in silence and ponder, where the ripples flounders gently outside and stir the Ego mind in a gently way…to flow easily. I feel like the lighthouse, staying vast and sturdy in a wild sea and shining my light to the ones who feel lost and guide them to a save haven.
I know I have a contract to stay through these wild and amazing , but yet difficult times. At times I wish the end of it all and at times I reclaim what is rightful and want to hold on and not give in. But the person I once was, is no more. When I look into the past, it feels I don’t have a connection to it anymore. Even though it is a part of me, I just look at it as if I was on the sideline. Don’t you feel the energies coming through, that forces you to look at things. It is funny that now in a time of transition, I would think I would get a lot of stuff that happened to me through the years, bad stuff, would come to me to clear. None of that stuff, it seems to only bring up joyful memories, memories I had forgotten. And I wonder if it shows me that the road to Ascension doesn’t have to be paved with hurtful memories, and that, if we choose, can let go of them and hold on to only positive, loving memories.
My heart yearns to a world where my heart would follow the birds, who lift up to golden sky, or captivating by the early morning feelings when a forest comes to life through the foggy curtain. Where the sun uplifts a shinning snowy peak of a mountain and where everything is in tranquil harmony. It seems that it is harder to stay in this 3D world, the world of competition, hate, backstabbing, fear, chaos, gossip…all the negative feelings that are blanketing my heart. Don’t you feel the yearning of a world where Love flows like a golden waterfall and everyone is ONE with each other? But I am not lingering on for longer. I have to think with my hearts desire and find that way that was meant to be.
Let’s create a new world, a new world of Love. Let’s think h(e)ar(t)d everyday what we would change in the world, what would help, what would do. Envision your hearts desire. My heart desire is of world filled with magic and joy. Where I can go sit on a mountain top and oversee and truly feel the beauty of the landscape beneath me, a connection with all that live, the trees, the animals, the air……It goes through your heart and makes you spark inside. A world were there is no hunger, no strive, no crime, no deceit and no lies.
