The hot topic that occupies most of you is the commencement of the arrests so that you are in no doubt that the final days of the cabal have arrived. Needless to say, it will cause a sensation across the world and the media will have to respond. They will be inundated with calls asking for an explanation, and eventually even those that are conservative will be forced to give the true reasons for what is happening. There will be official announcements in the US, and careful steps taken to ensure that people have the correct understanding of why the arrests are taking place. Doubt will exist until it becomes clear that the actions are in the interests of all people, by providing a scenario whereby they can be released from the hold of the dark Ones. There will be deliberate disinformation circulated by those still under the control of the Illuminati, but we will make it clear that the Military are involved as a back up for those making the arrests. They are not execution squads and will only use weapons if they or the Marshalls are attacked, in the course of their legitimate pursuits.

The first real action now enables the next part of our plans to go forward, unimpeded by interference intended to delay progress. There will be a pressing need to set up a provisional government of representatives that have proved they are trustworthy and honest. Ones who have already been primed of their responsibilities to you the people. So at last our promises to you can be shown to be genuine and your rights will be restored. First things first and when we are satisfied that no further dangers exist, we can go forging ahead with other aspects of our plan.

Do you do not need to rub your eyes as what you see and hear about is really happening, and is the Lightworkers taking charge of your destiny. Even those of you who live outside of the US are part of the plans, and the cleansing will spread across the world. It is after all a plan for everyone who is ready to ascend, but will naturally effect those who have other plans for their future. With freedom comes choice and all of you will ultimately find yourselves exactly where you should be.

In the distance there is of course the long awaited contact with you through disclosure. With everything that is taking place those personnel under oath of secrecy will be released from that responsibility, and free to tell you of their own experiences that support our existence. You know quite a lot already but when it is made public, it will reach those who have not normally followed such matters or in some cases are in a state of disbelief. There is clearly much work to be done to convince people we are not just your friends, but your family. However, we believe that our presence will soon be seen for what it is, and we will be welcomed to land on your precious Earth. We do of course need that contact to establish working groups to be part of the cleansing forces.

All will happen in good time, but it will speed along once we get started as their is much to do in just a few months. We sense that the excitement is growing at the thought of your liberation from the controlling powers, and your lives being lifted up into the Light. The end times for this cycle were planned many eons ago, and in spite of any thoughts to the contrary when you needed help it arrived. Our efforts and that of the Spiritual Hierarchy have guided you to this point in time, and now you are about to seize the wonderful opportunity to ascend. Deep down you always knew that your experiences would end in your return to the higher realms. It is where you came from and where you are entitled to be as Beings of Light. The lower dimensions are home to those who have become embroiled in the darkness that has pulled them down, but they have benefitted from being around you even if they do not yet acknowledge the Light.

Understand that many souls who do not ascend have not necessarily failed to lift themselves up, but have planned their experiences in that way. So do not judge others who follow a different path to you, and allow for them to have the same choices as you have had to map your own destiny. Your freedom may be taken from you at times but it will always be returned by divine right. Remember God and remember Mother Gaia as both are like your parents, they have always been watching you and providing you with help. It has been given even if you have not known the source of it, and now it would be nice for you to acknowledge it and show your gratitude. A loving thought or prayer would bring even more Love and Light back to you, and that is the Law of Attraction working at its highest level.

Dear Ones from here on the going will gradually get easier, and we will be by your side to ensure that having come this far you do not fail at the last moment. Of course there will be physical changes, but as the vibrations lift up the extent of them will not be as severe as some perceived. There is no need for large scale devastation to restore Mother Earth to her pristine condition. Whilst we must allow what needs to be done, we can assist Mother Earth who certainly does not want her activities to cause undue harm to life. With adequate warning people can move out of harms way, and we will be there to help. We must not forget that the Inner Earth Beings are also waiting the call to surface, and they have so much to offer you. They are also your family from many thousands of years ago, and will delight in making contact with you again.

You are of course a mixture of Beings who are related to various Star Civilizations of mainly humanoid origin. These will come to Earth to meet their own and you will have many uplifting meetings with them as old memories return. So you see that you are as much Space Beings as those who many view as different to yourselves. In any event you are all One with the Source so please treat others as yourself and be kind and considerate at all times.

    • Fine thanks Laura, as I said we were protected…. But temps have been upper 90’s (F) this is a crisis for those without power and therefore air conditioning.

Well the storms running through DC have apparently left 2 million people on the east coast without power, but a neighbor of mine mentioned that it was strange how she felt there was a bubble around our community, we still had power but no phone. Is it possible to over-manifest something, like the Tulya, I wonder? 😉

    • Haha, KP, probably because we haven’t gotten that self-cloning multi-tasking thing down yet! I know it’s coming, just a question of priority, but these ships may certainly be visited tonight as well! Adca says: [Billy movie tea summer opinion Jonathon shown simplest suddenly test mark States]
      I think that means (Billy? any Billy’s out there?) yes, I am about to start a movie (secret, I want to see who dreams about it!), eat and make a pot of tea… Is she calling you Jonathon, KP? I think we are focusing on two ships only at the moment, as the simplest version of seeing how it goes with more than one ship… Yes, this summer day has been hot as hades, and we will see how we do on Mark’s test! Interesting!
      For myself, as soon as I published this update, I felt a wave of peaceful, calm energy… very smooth and gentle, like a quiet surf washing over me. Getting ready to tune in for the flight, relax and toy around with a few “fun” things before going to sleep…

    • Hey Konstantinos, great question, I removed them to reduce confusion between ships that are “available” but we know that these ships are still there, it’s just not our focus at this time. This was not intended to invalidate or exclude them in any way. I can add them back in the next dreamflight, once we’re settled into a new routine.

    A few earth years ago was a great call sent out by GAIA to this galaxy and beyond! She had become very sick due to harmful actions of the corporate cabal. She is resilient and this great sentient being still sustains all life on earth regardless! This is her love for you!

    A date and time was set in the stars eons ago for SOPHIA-GAIA to ascend from this realm and return to the great central sun where the AEONS walk.
    This date and time is recorded in the living library and is shown by all ancient indigenous calendars.

    You have seen the numbers 0, 1 and 2 over and over! These are trigger numbers that active the firing of the DNA which active the light body! 12 [13] strands of DNA are currently being activated and plugged into the chakras in and surround the bodies in all sentient life on earth!

    These numbers were set in the great stone of the sun as a time-encoded trigger for the light body to be fully activated!

    The earth and most of its beings will ascend to the 5th dimension as scheduled on the date 12-21-2012 at 11:11am.

    The archons have hated this date for millennia because they know it is there end date! They have done everything they could to cover it up and hide it from you! We have helped you remember it!

    All archontic clones will be completely cleared from the earth grid by 12-21-2012 at 11:11am. This date and time were encoded by the great keepers of time. The actual archons (reptilians, greys, dracos, and other hostile races) have already been cleared from this galactic quadrant. All that is left are the clones of these entities.     The other team uses weapons in the game called lies to provoke a fear reaction!

    Yes know the other team (the archon-false-authority-nwo-clones) and their game strategy, but don’t get too absorbed or focused in their part of the game.
    They want to wear you down by stealing your energy and causing you to give in and give up in despair and hopelessness! This is the greatest lie that is bought by the people!
    The other team knows that emotional energy creates everything! This is their great guarded secret that has been held by their societies in the dark that you now know!
    This is their feeding off (stealing) of your energy!
    This beast feeds off of negative energy of sentient beings!

    They initiate plays in the game and deploy actions to incite a negative reaction and put fear in the people to keep things created where they are in control where the people lose!
    The people’s buttons get pushed can cause negative re-actions to the news stories and orchestrated world events and the negative energy is fed back into the holographic 3d world-reality-matrix-system and keeps it created!
    The archons use the people’s energy to create the fictional corporate matrix!

    Fear or ignorance is the two ways they can get the people to react negatively!
    All man-made archontic systems such as politics, religion, education, and main stream media as the primary medium to transmit to implant this lie-parasite into the people of earth’s minds.

    It happened with the republic.

    We have seen it happening again over the last few days since our earth ally setup a green light situation for you!

    Learn to keep your energy! Learn to project only light and high vibrations back into the game!

    Stop the provocation-reaction loop today!

    Positive or neutral emotional reactions to the other teams play stops the matrix loop program!

    This is the basics of quantum creation.
    It’s how you create!

    Don’t be surprised by what you see or hear!
    Only respond with love and light and truth!
    Respond positively with understanding and light!
    Positive or neutral emotional reactions stop the matrix loop program!
    Do not give them the reaction they want, this is the secret to winning this game and ending it!

    You hold all the power not to feed this back into this matrix-world which will cause the real world (5d-heaven) to appear.
    You hold the seat of power and are fully in control of all of this! This should give you hope! You are being used to create the hell on earth game and you have played your part! Now you will change your game strategy!
    You have the power to act and react positively and with love!

    Humor
    Faith
    Peace
    Joy
    Freedom
    Patience
    No reaction, be neutral
    Change focus to something that raises your vibes!

    This is simply a vibrational (game-war) and is about your correct emotional reactions. This is the ascension!

    Here is hope and strength for Earth beings
    What do you have in your favor?
    Unlimited internal power
    We the people
    Many freedom groups and lightworkers combining energies and positive focus and mediations!
    The republic military
    Many in high places on earth even in the government that have seen the light recently and are ascending rapidly!
    Incoming energy form the galactic core
    Our help from above and below!
    Here are some key questions you must answer!
    How then do you react positively to a severe negative situation that threatens sentient life?
    How could you react positively if the other team declares martial tomorrow?
    How could you react positively if the archons (false-cabal-public authorities) started shooting or killing or imprisoning earth beings?
    How could you react positively if this comes down to a world war of the people vs. the archons (cabal) with their corporate military police and trained killers?

    Here is the answer for you!
    It is known that earth’s military is composed of living beings not corporations and most would defect and like most earth beings would ban together and fight back against the cabal as they are fully prepared to do so now!
    If this battle were to happen it would be we the people with their trained militia plus positive military and corporate military defects plus several groups of ET’s cloaked in the outer atmosphere of earth vs a few cyborgs! They few would not have a chance and the battle would be very short and decisive!
    We the Pleiadians the Andromedeans on standby have technology millions of years ahead of earth’s technology that can disarm any weapon on earth easily, not to mention we could disintegrate any threat of any size to earth and its people with precision down to the Nano-level.
    We don’t miss if we shoot! We do not wish to deploy such technology but have the green light to disarm all threats over the coming days!
    Will earth beings or other involved benevolent ET beings be forced take up arms and fight a physical fire-fight for the freedom of earth?
    No! Absolutely not! It is not required and that is why we are here standing by because we will not allow an all-out physical war that could destroy Gaia and its people at this great time!
    It is not allowed and will not happen!
    So the good news is it is known that we won’t have too and neither will you!
    We want to make it very clear that violence is only to be used in-self-defense of the extinguishment of sentient earth beings and only as a last resort!
    So is self-defense of sentient life right or wrong?
    It depends on the level you look at it from.
    In the sentient animal life species of earth it is natural and right!

    From our perspective in light of the current critical destructive situation on Gaia it is right!
    From Gaia’s current position it is right!
    From most earth being’s perspective it is right!
    On earth now in this time and in most universal quadrants, yes it is, absolutely it is right!
    Defend sentient life if threatened!
    That is the whole point of why we are here now!
    Both the earth and its beings are currently under the threat of deadly force!
    Again, the extinction earth or of mass human life on earth will not be allowed to happen
    This is assured!
    It is also assured the tyranny of earth ends now!
    This lesson in this time will not be required to be learned!
    The ascension of earth and its beings and the critical condition of Gaia and its peoples freedom is universal priority #1 at this time! Be assured!

    Soon we will teach you that from the absolute sublime higher realm; highly evolved beings will give you their body if you demand it!
    They do not fear authority or even death because they know they are not bodies but eternal consciousness!
    Also consider that all beings have a free will to defend themselves and to kill or not.
    Most importantly know that what you do shall be done to you!

    This is not understood by most earth beings and again we say this is not required to be understood or adhered to at this time in your history due to what is happening with the ascension of earth and the evolution of its beings to the next dimension. Yes you are mostly through the 4th[5th] dimension now!

    We want to encourage you to have faith in what is happening, to trust in good and know that all is as it should be and you will make it thought this will little disruption!

    Store up some items for minor inconveniences and for no longer than 30 days, but do not worry about major survival!

    All major infrastructure will stay in place and most people won’t notice the transition because this is the way it has been planned!
    As one earth ally said, “sit back and relax enjoy the fireworks on the 4th of July!
    Do not fear and work on building community as our earth allies have instructed!
    Keep doing your personal inner work and clearing personal karma!
    Do not stop, don’t back down and don’t give up!

    The Independence Day movie ends they tell the whole world how to take down the enemy using a virus!
    This virus this time is understanding, knowledge, truth, love and light!

    Inject this vibration into the harmful false matrix-lie system and bring it down!

    The same matrix we have been used to create, can be un-created by doing the opposite!

    What you do not focus on does not exist! Can you understand this?

    The Independence Day movie is based truth! It is a reality that would have happened and the archons on those ships would have destroyed earth and its people externally let alone internally and on the surface of earth!
    Know that all archons have been cleared from the physical and non-physical quadrants.

    Only non-sentient cloned bloodline mutants are left.

  12. Well, 10 minutes to go and out of 3d work for the weekend, Have a great weekend everyone.
    I should really put together my exercise bike as it has been in the box for 2 months now. I procrastinate way too much. Around 3 years ago I bought a book on how to overcome procrastination and still have not read it so I literally procrastined reading a book to overcome procrastination, NOT NICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  16. Yesterday, I did a barter move. i gave Homeless/paranoid Bob enough roaches to make a joint and roach weed is like gold. In exchange I asked him to cut the grass.
    Now, I hope he keeps up his end because he did say tomorrow he is busy. I was like DOGHOUSE!!!! WHAT!!!! Got no job, no where to go, nothing to really do so what is up with being so busy. The grass only takes like 20 minutes as the yard is not too big. I shall see.
    Hot hot hot here in jersey, wish I had a pool. That is one thing I miss big time is swimming and snorkeling. imagine having your very own backyard, in ground pool with diving boards and water slides, NIIIIIIIIICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    ☽ It is our pleasure to make first contact with the Children of the Earth. Consider this our way of introduction, and we are pleased to present ourselves. We are those you call the Earth Angels. A division of the Principalities, we are the Guardians. We make our way from the heart of the Great Central Sun, and within a fortnight of the first summer moon there shall be more. By order of the Divine Dispensation, so this is done. This is our initial interview with you, as we have newly come to your fair planet. Seldom do we make our presence known, but consider us kind company.

    ☽ We come in service to Gaia, as her handmaidens and protectors. It is within our scope of duty to act as escorts for her on her voyage through time and space. She is destined to remove herself from this lower place, and she shall peacefully ascend past the fifth and then on to the seventh dimension of her being. This task of ours is to transmute these things into energies of a more refined nature, and in so doing, we render them harmless. Call upon us whenever you are in need of protection, for we are close and come at a moment’s notice.

    ☽ Stop timing things. You are beyond this now. Time is unreal and you have little need for that which is not based in reality. Mad made it. It is a device for control and suppression, only. They made time as a means to place you as they wish and constrain your expression of free choice. Wean from it now. It no longer serves a purpose. This is the truth. The shift is clearly underway.

    • WOW!!! extremely interesting… I watched it and enjoyed but felt slightly unsettled by it, then read Arianna’s link… and totally understand my reaction! IN PLAIN SIGHT!!! no kidding!

      I like to think that, along with neutralising all atomic energy and nuclear weapons, our Space Brethren are also working on the monarch issue…

      Of late, I have not felt much like communicating with anyone, and am a little scared that i’m going down that vortex again, because I am feeling quite despondent in a lot of ways – in another way, I’m observing myself in this process, but it is all in 3D and it’s taking a lot of work to keep my frequencies high.

      I’ve become SO MUCH MORE AWARE of what is going on around me – being an empath makes me feel it all more intensely – and the more i observe humanity and its interactions, I realise just how complex this whole scenario is. The one thing that has been getting to me is the greatly encouraged “separation” from one another – we are taught and encouraged to laugh at one another’s mistakes, failures, breakdowns… Just look at any “comedy” show – humans laugh hysterically when they see someone (or an animal) fall off a ladder or get hit by a car – what are those “reality” shows called – America’s funniest home videos???????? or something similar…?

      I have never found any humour in those things and simply cannot understand it when they evoke laughter… And the more I am observing these days, the more of this kind of thing is becoming so obvious. Complete and total desensitisation – from such a young age.

      Add this to the bullsh*t propagated by the likes of the vatican – Gunner’s comment above included – and I begin to realise just HOW controlled, programmed and manipulated we have all become. And I say “we” intentionally… most of us here, on this forum, and other similar places, are in the process of breaking free from this programming, but one of the first things that makes it difficult is the rejection and ridicule of our own families and loved ones. I’m now 61 and have had this all my life – does one ever get “used to” it?

      There also seems to be more aggression and judgement around, than ever before. You think someone is “real”, and then, all of a sudden, their agenda and motives are revealed, and you question your own intuition…?

      Understanding it, and seeing it from the greater perspective does help, but we all still feel it – i know most of you here have mentioned it happening in your own lives, with parents, siblings, cousins and dear friends mocking you, and moving away because you are now “weird”…

      It can be a very isolating and lonely experience. I haven’t felt it quite this intensely for several years now, and i’m wondering if it is the current energies my Being is trying to integrate, or if it’s just the “old programming” coming up for one last final look??

      Most of us have to go to work with people like this around us every day – we spend more time with them than we do with our loved ones… How does everyone cope with this??

      Being an empath and a Keeper of Frequency in these times can feel almost impossible at times. I am just so grateful for all of YOU, and for this forum, where we can express our “weirdness” and not be made to feel weird 🙂

        • Thanks for that link Arianna – never heard of it, and what they say makes complete sense for this weekend. The sun has long gone, where i am, so I couldn’t go and express gratitude directly, but have done so anyway 🙂

          And, yes, I agree that they have been around forever! it’s just that they can’t “interfere” – we really have to do it ourselves. With the nuclear stuff, they can intervene there, because that poses a huge threat to millions of people, animals, our own planet, and other planets. The thing with that kind of programming is that, at some level (I guess??) we gave permission for it to happen? and each individual would need to ask for help in de-programming themselves, but the actual effort and work would need to come from the person… what do you think? that’s just my feeling about it.

          Troy, whilst I’m not exactly “happy” to hear you are also going through a lot of this, it is reassuring that it’s not just me!! Funny that, even as a small child I disliked slapstick – never enjoyed cartoons, cannot abide computer games. But many of the people i know who enjoy this stuff are genuinely GOOD people – yet I observe them laughing at another’s misfortune, and then I just wonder……………………..???

  26. YES! Thank goodness it’s Friday! That makes me think of that super cheezy song on youtube called “It’s Friday” or something like that, just a horible song! This update is amazing! I feel like a million bucks today my brothers and sisters, I love you all so much adn I can not WAIT to meet! I am sitting at my desk right now, ready to start my humdrum 3D job, BUT, I have these little boxes sitting next to me, OH WAIT! ITS GIFTS!! YAAAY! I got a few Emails last night with some late entries, so those I will get out either tomorrow or Saturday, The rest are going out TODAY!! OOOHHHH I am so excited!

  30. OK No need to answer. the ones in the ground are different kinds of bees like the digger bees o bumble bees and wasps. The ones above ground are all honey bees. This is kind of what I thought of in the first place..

We, Lady Nada, Mother Mary and Lady Quan Yin are uniting our energy and consciousness so that we may speak to you as one directly to the oneness energy within your being. Due to our identical intentions and the merging of our energy vibration our energy holds greater power and loving strength as we connect with your being at this moment. We are always focusing upon empowering the Goddess light; by connecting our energies with each other and projecting our consciousness to you we are able to empower your own Goddess vibration and light.
    Please take a deep breath in with the focus of connecting with our energies, as you exhale let the Goddess vibration of your being rise and expand from your being. To recognise the Goddess vibration and its wonderful consciousness within your being only needs to consist of a simply intention.

As the Goddess arises so this will support an explosion of love on the Earth as if love is showing over and from all. The Goddess vibration acts as a foundation at this time for the awakening and manifestation of the vibration and era of love.

Notice how a river of love small or large follows your focused intention upon radiating and expanding your Goddess vibration.
    The river of love that we speak about flowing after you exhale with focus upon expansion of your Goddess self is often neglected and missed as many revert their focus back to the breath inhaled once more but the same can occur when connecting with any aspect or vibration of the Creator. As you become more expansive in your energies and your breath with each connection you make love awakens within you. The Goddess vibration is extremely essential to add to the vibration that is being created on the Earth and within all being to facilitate the ascension process. With the greater focus upon the river of love that flows if only for a second between your exhaled and inhaled breath you can assist in supporting the flowing river of the Goddess vibration of the Creator.
    At this moment with focus upon the Goddess vibration rising there is a need to realise that the Goddess vibration can arise within each of you equally whether you are in a male or female physical body. This isn’t a movement of empowering souls in physical female bodies but a movement of empowering all with the Goddess vibration.
    Please take a deep breath in, acknowledging this awareness of equality deep within your being, as you exhale know that greater knowledge and understanding will flow from you.
    We have united our consciousness as one together today to speak with you about your emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. At this time on the Earth there is a great volume of light anchoring into the Earth and your being, as well as emerging from the Earth and your being which instigates shifts of energy. This can mean that your emotional, mental and spiritual bodies can become unbalanced with each other. The imbalance usually rectifies its self with time but in order to remain focused and in harmony as numerous and simultaneous shifts occur there is a need to be able to rectify any imbalance that may occur in the emotional, mental and spiritual body.
    Your spiritual body is currently being flooded with light vibrations; the energy of your spiritual body is activating, bringing forth vibrations to be overcome and encourages a greater sense of unity. The immense light that your spiritual body in your auric field is collecting and awakening will naturally affect your other energetic bodies including your physical body. This can result in strain, tension and stress in your energy bodies especially your mental and emotional bodies but predominantly the spiritual body is thrusting higher vibrations of light into the mental body which is causing some shifts and alterations, at times you may feel as if you need to be peacefully as the light soothes and stills your mind. On other occasions you may find memories that you thought you had dealt with coming to the surface, this could be for their final release. Some may find that their mind is being submerged in wisdom or may become forgetful; this is all due to the radiance of the spiritual body.
    With greater and quicker vibrations of light almost like a waterfall flooding into the mental body, this can be carried into the emotional body. Many people may find that their emotions are heightened, maybe they are able to weep with ease or find knots of old energy emerging,this is all due to the greater anchoring of light into the spiritual body. You may understand that this is a normal journey of light flowing into the spiritual body, through the mental and emotional body into manifestation or the physical world. You would be correct in your understanding but the intensity of light is so great at this time that large shifts are occurring quickly which leaves little time for recovery and rebalancing of the energy.
    We feel that if you focus upon bringing balance to your spiritual, mental and emotional bodies then your entire being will unite with greater strength and harmony would be experienced throughout each new shift and energy awakening.
    We suggest to you that you call upon our energies, Lady Nada, Mother Mary and Lady Quan Yin to be of assistance, we also wish to say that you can achieve the same balancing for the Earth and Mother Earth when it feels appropriate.
    ‘I call upon the energy of the Creator with vibrations most appropriate for me now to flow as a pillar of light over and through my entire being. I breathe in the essence of the Creator awakening the divine essence of the Creator within my being. As I exhale I expand the presence of the Creator within me, allowing the river of love to flow also as I pause my breathing for a moment of focus.
    I call upon the energy, vibration and light of Lady Nada to surround and flow into my spiritual body to ensure and create complete harmony and balance within my spiritual body. I now imagine and know that my spiritual body in my auric field is completely balanced. I now breathe into my spiritual body to experience the balanced created by my being and Lady Nada.     I call upon the energy, vibration and light of Lady Quan Yin to surround and flow into my mental body to ensure and create complete harmony and balance within my mental body. I now imagine and know that my mental body in my auric field is completely balanced. I now breathe into my mental body to experience the balanced created by my being and Lady Quan Yin. (Take time) Thank you.
    I call upon the energy, vibration and light of Mother Mary to surround and flow into my emotional body to ensure and create complete harmony and balance within my emotional body. I now imagine and know that my emotional body in my auric field is completely balanced. I now breathe into my emotional body to experience the balanced created by my being and Mother Mary. (Take time) Thank you.
    As the energies of the Creator, Lady Nada, Lady Quan Yin and Mother Mary unite within my being, complete harmony and balance has been created within my spiritual, mental and emotional bodies, extending into my etheric and physical bodies, allowing for shifts and transitions to occur with ease.’
    (Reach your arms out to the side, take your right arm above your head, the left arm down simultaneously, then bring both arms to your heart centre in prayer position. Reach your arms out to the side, take your left arm above your head, the right arm down simultaneously, then bring both arms to your heart centre in prayer position. Repeat as many times as you wish.
    As you extend your arms out to the side you are engaging your auric field and energetic bodies, then with the remaining actions you are aligning all energise in harmony to your heart chakra, it is a powerful practice of bringing balance and harmony to your entire being.)

    Lisa, amazing what that artist can do with paper, taking origami to a new level.
    Ok, I just gotta put a semi long post here. It is a chanelling through natalie Glasson who is probably my favorite channeller. I read it on the train and did the exercise and wow, i felt Lada nada, Mary and Quan yin come through so strongly that my mouth starting trembing as I was about to burst into tears. I would suuggest you all follow their instructions and i can guarrentee you bam, you will fell them big time.
    It was actually so cool because right before I read this one I had read a message from Jesus through john smallman , so now I had Jesus, his mom with Lady nada and Quan yin all at once. I was thinking, who has got it better than me, I felt so blessed.

    • Gunner, in Vajrayana Buddhism ( don’t worry, you don’t need to know what that is OR how to pronounce it), at the most profound part of the meditation, the object we visualize is called the “NADA”… It signifies the most refined state of wisdom and realization possible for humans…

  37. Vee one more thing. even in church, I had to go weekly because I went to catholic school, the priest, right before communion, would have everyone state, “Lord i am not worthy to receive you, but only say the word and i shall be healed”. So they also added to that emotion.

    Vee, OMG, you made me cry this morning and I mean tears of joy that Kim came to you in your meditation. Really blew my mind and I am so happy for your experience.
    Talk about being not worthy, i always felt that way and being a runt in the family and school, it was really hard getting over it.
    Sometimes I would think, now why would the galactics or spiritual heirarchy want to hang out with me. When you go through your whole life like this it is difficult to overcome but overcome we will.

      • Vee & Gunner, I’ll try to remember to say this again in a post, but as I’ve been privately emailing with about 60 Crew members this week, there is a really sobering pattern: most of us have experienced – deeply and painfully – either feelings of being unworthy, or that we cannot trust what our hearts are telling us.
        We are NOT, as Dr. Hawking might like to suggest, the weirdos; we are the sensitive. Oh, I feel this turning into a post, so I’m gonna hop over and make one.
        In short, our time has come to fly. We don’t even need exclamation marks and emoticons. We will simply do it, and others will see the light that we know so well.

        • Hi Leslee, yes, very deep and painful…I still am feeling the affects…not good enough, stupid even…but the ‘big me’ keeps saying…it’s ok…it will pass, and so the past four days I have been nourishing ME. And a quick note, LisaRose is the handle, as the ‘Rose’ changeover may have confused some…is this ok? When I emailed Laura, for the Aurora flight, I used my name Lisa ….this week has been crazy and even typing has been difficult. Now I am feeling a bit more fluid…I am coming out the other side of the funnel….I think.. lol…i am looking forward to tomorrow nite’s flight. Sending everyone here tons and tons of Love and Light
