We have the beginning of a list of names.
These are names of some of the members of the Crew of Athabantian who have been trying diligently to connect with some of you who are searching the Net.
Connecting is simple.
We’ll list the names (and this really is only a partial list…) and their roles. If one of the names you read resonates with you very deeply, and you feel you need help connecting with them, please contact Leslee by email.

Of course you’re more than welcome to make these connections on your own. If you do, We’d love for you to share about it here on Up 2 the 5th, so please let Leslee know!
Some of you are well on your way to making this connection, and just need one tiny nudge. Some need to learn to communicate telepathically. Leslee can help you in either case.
There are a few caveats, and if you wish to learn the communication method We taught Leslee, and be a part of the community We’re creating here, there are some requirements.
They’re all rolled in here together:
1. These will be telepathic connections. Not trance channeling, and not a physical meeting. It’s okay if you cannot do this yet; Leslee can teach you how, with Our help. Or, Leslee can encourage you, if you think you’ve got it down and just want to check. All you need is a pendulum and access to Skype (or to go see Leslee in person). This is not typical pendulum work. There is a person-to-person transmission involved, that makes a huge difference in generating clarity and protects the integrity of the message. With practice and dedication, you may learn to connect with Us spontaneously and be confident that you have reached Us, and not spirit imposters.
2. If you want Leslee’s help with telepathy, you must to be willing to work with Us and her on the connection until Adrial says you’re ready to go. You and Leslee will learn to trust together. I, Adrial, am organizing this venture, not Leslee. Please do not worry. You will all learn quickly.
3. To work with Us, you must be willing to share your results, publicly and using your real – legal – name. You must make yourself accessible to the public by email. Leslee can either set you up on Up 2 the 5th, or you’re free to start your own blog or website. If you really think you might lose your job or your spouse if you used your real name, but you really want to do this, then please let Leslee know, and We will discuss it with you.
4. You must be willing to work on a donations-only basis and never try to capitalize on your connection with Athabantian. Running ads on a site devoted to Athabantian or any of her Crew is strongly discouraged. If you develop related products that you wish to sell, you may set prices in online stores, but if people contact you directly, We expect you to use a sliding scale, and we strongly encourage barter or donation basis. This involves trust, and will be one of your most difficult lessons. However, you must learn it if you wish to Ascend.
5. You must not try to copyright, patent, or profit from your knowledge of Athabantian of her Crew. You do not need to add notices or disclaimers to your messages and sites. You will be accessing information that will very soon be available to all. Those with whom you will be working are Ascending too, and you must learn to trust them – and be trustworthy – as well. You must not charge money or require exchange of goods or energy in exchange for what you have been given freely. For the time being, Mark Kimmel is the only person who has our blessings to offer talks, seminars, workshops, etc., related to Athabantian and Her Crew. If you create videos, your channel must not use ads. Again, donation options are welcome.
6. Please be aware that by making this connection, your prime directive is to be willing to help others with their Ascension, and to that end, We may ask you to do a job or fill a role. This venture is not a form of entertainment. There is much work that needs to be done. That said, please understand that this matter is not urgent. We are experiencing a natural growth process. Please continue with your everyday life, where you are now, as We all acclimate to our new communication methods.
7. You must be willing to work directly (in 3D, electronically or in person) with other members of the Ground Crew, and you must be willing to submit the information you receive for feedback and corroboration by others. Blogs are an excellent way to do this. The Spirit Train Chronicles (http://spirittrainchronicles.com) is a wonderful example of this which is currently available. This is how we work on Athabantian – as One – and this is how you must all learn to work if you wish to engage the Fifth Dimension. Oneness is all-inclusive. Please keep in mind that in the 5th dimension, all are connected telepathically. There are no outliers or outcasts, rogues or rebels. But We are individuals. We treat one another with respect and kindness and observe personal boundaries, and all are free and encouraged to speak their mind respectfully and judiciously.
8. You may wish to establish discussion forums as the Community grows. Please refrain from creating them with any form of exclusivity. This means no passwords, no logins, no criticism and no divisive words among you. If “trolls” appear, banish them, or as Seth Godin says, ask them “What are you afraid of?” You will be delighted to learn how this approach to community can lead to joyous interaction. We will establish more guidelines in the future if they are needed, but We anticipate that you will relish your transparent community.
9. Lastly, you must not hold Leslee accountable for the outcome of your connection or any efforts to connect with Us. If you wish to work with her, you will be vetted by Us, through her. If We feel that another time would be preferable for you to connect with Us, We will explain why, and what signs you may look for if you wish to try again later.

We will add to this list as time allows. For now, We think this specific team will be a wonderful start for developing a model. We are starting rather small so that you may become acclimated to our way of being together as One.

My name is Rod Daye. I had a reading with Mark Kimmel on June 15, 2012 and the Celestial and Ascended being, Ro-Tan connected with me. He explained that I had experienced many lifetimes in the Andromeda Galaxy.

Hi Leslee, I have been reading messages on Occupy Aquarius for a while now. Many of them resonate with my heart so deeply that my soul has begun to hum. On seeing the request for help last week I was not sure if I would be able to do this. I have felt a pull to this site and the need to write. I had tried to Meditate many years ago as I have feelings and dreams which are very real. I at times come out with something that materialises as truth with the uncanny ability to know when someone is expecting or passing on.A knowing many years ago that a child that was indeed alive and telling the mother to go to my gynocologist before having a clean out. The child survived and was born.Then 3 years ago I knew my daughter in law was having twins which the scan the next day confirmed. When my son gave me the scan to show them I told him he was blessed with a son and a daughter. This they were told at the next scan a month later, I have had many of these happen. I also knew when my Grandmother and my Mother were going to pass as I had asked with love for them to be free of pain and suffering All I asked was to be there with them at their time to say good bye. I was blessed with being with them both.
The night after mum went a golden orb with Ancient writings came to me as the weight I carried was so heavy, It spun and sent out golden light then exploded white light and the heavyness left me. As a child UFOs were always in my dreams which frightened me as I did not understand what was happening. About a week ago 2 beings appeared in my dreams but they sensed I was not quite ready and backed away. I want to be able to continue with my path/Mission. Can you please help me to understand who I am and where I belong.

Hi Cheri, welcome! At this point things may go kind of slow as everything gets pulled together. You may wish to use this initial period to become acquainted with the energy of the site, and of the energy of the folks posting to it. Spirittrainchronicles is the “forum” site, we use the Salusa posts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for main discussions. Leslee created Up2the5th as an instructional site, most of this instruction is coming from her (our) contacts, and from other team member’s personal discoveries. Of course, follow your spirit as to what you feel appropriate to post. Be creative. We are all here to learn, and none have all the answers. Some of us follow the conversations but don’t necessarily post every day. Namaste

Certainly Michael, I’ll pass on what I recall. Nice to see you here… Welcome.
I began my journey in this by seeking out information on the net. I frequent sites such as sanandaseagles.com, lightworker.com, youtube.com, ashtarcommandcrew.net to name a few. One of the first introductions I had was listening to the audio books by Neil-Donald Walsh called “Conversations With God”. Some of these don’t really have specific instructions but I was able to glean some valuable information from the presentations and discussions.
Early on it was revealed that there are no right or wrong ways to meditate. There are methods that are more effective for each of our specific individuations of the whole, but just as there are a myriad of expressions of stars, faces and thoughts, there are a myriad of expressions of meditation. In fact, we all do some form of meditation naturally and normally as part of our daily experiences. Some, when starting their day, simply sit quiet with their coffee and ponder… This is meditation. Some find solace in watching a fire, this too is meditation. There is nothing mystic or obscure about it. It is simply allowing the inner quiet to permeate your experience. What ever works for you and your individuation of the experience of living is just fine. There are really no specifics other than setting intent and putting that intent into action. This is sometimes not a simple thing at first. We all have some indoctrination and expectations to overcome. But by being true to your intent, acting upon that intent and persevering, you will find the quiet place where all the magic happens.
Some find a creation of a space specific to your intent helpful. Symbols, candles, crystals and such used to focus the intent for them make all the difference. Some find being in nature necessary to quiet the voices in their awareness. Some can even do this on the train or bus surrounded by noise and distraction. In my individuation of the whole, often referred to as “irreverent”, I simply seek to become the expression of silence and non-thought, while expanding my awareness to encompass all creation. I suppose that is a lofty goal, but I have not really been known for doing things the easy way or starting small… LOL
Within the concept of group meditation, there are specifics that when followed, focus the intent within that group. Having all participating holding the same or very similar thought forms and desire of outcome focuses that desire and magnifies it many times over. I would say that this is really the only time when specifics come into play. It may very well be that the technique of another fits you well. I cannot say. In general though, you already do this to some extent and have the path to the quiet places already trodden in your experience. It would, therefore only be a matter of recognizing that path and walking it again.
Steve Rother, in his exploration of the art of channeling mentions his process (http://lightworker.com/EvolutionCenter/Events/Fundamentals/Channeling2010_04.php) and also mentions that he simply cannot meditate in the conventional sense. He simply falls asleep.
Sudevi, an Arcturian Starseed is another that I find very helpful. She has several guided meditations that may resonate with you.
Mooji is another source I find quite wonderful.
It really comes down to simply letting go of expectations and distractions and to just be. Quiet the stream of thoughts and need to “do”, within, and allow the quiet, peaceful space to fill your awareness. For some intents, focusing your awareness on specific things, such as the Heart Chakra, The Pineal Gland, a specific star or individuation of the whole (entity you wish to connect with) but not with “thought words”, is the process that most find effective. It depends on your intents and goals. I make the distinction between meditation and visualization in that meditation is seeking the silence, where visualization fills that silence with a specific intent.
If a specific technique works for you, wonderful. If not, wonderful… LOL.
I would suggest that you start with a few guided meditations from a few sources, trusting that the Universe and your Guides will bring to you exactly what you require in your specific experience. You will eventually find a technique that fits you well.
