Athabantian Dream – 28 April 2013

It’s been a while since it’s felt like I connected with Athabantian and the Crew in dream-time, so I’m really happy this dream took me there…

Dream 28 April 2013

Following Heruka’s Dream Instructions, my dream requests were:

1. Understand the significance of a possible upcoming re-location (physical & for myself as an individual); how does it relate to my path, how can it help with Ascension and manifesting Cities of Light? This is my first priority in dreaming tonight.

2. I’d like to meet with whoever (Celestials, Enlightened Beings, etc.) are working with me in the Astral Planes to accomplish my path.

3. It would be wonderful to meet on an identifiable Lightship or Starship, but that’s my third priority with this nights dreaming.

DREAM

My dreaming began in a bedroom I was staying in. Two small beds… a friend had moved them, arranging them in an odd way, making it hard to use the room comfortably.

I left that scene after spending a few minutes considering moving things around. I decided it wasn’t worth the trouble since I was leaving soon anyway. I’m pretty sure that dream came from sounds I was hearing in the house as I fell asleep.

The scene shifted and I found myself arising into a hallway of a large building. It felt like a large school, or maybe a hotel or convention center: a wide concourse, a large open ramp and stair to one side, and narrower corridors leading towards residential spaces.

The architecture appears very flowing and organic, with smooth white surfaces and railings… High ceilings, and nestled naturally into the surroundings. I’m pretty sure it’s a ship that’s been fitted with earth-like environments.

The large open ramp leads outdoors, and I can see that it’s bright and pleasant outside. I see a man standing at the bottom of the ramp, in the middle of the concourse, looking at me, waiting. I can see him very clearly, in fine detail. Human caucasian, medium height and build, middle-aged, balding and with short light brown hair. He wears glasses, and his eyes are pale. He’s dressed in matching brown jeans and jacket, and a light tan shirt.

He smiles softly and says, “That was precisely 18 minutes. Very good!” I understand that we were meeting at an appointed time and place, so that he could fulfill my dream requests.

I didn’t ask his name… It seems that in dreaming there are things I take for granted or know implicitly, but when I wake I wish I had asked questions. Anyway, it seems I know this man, and I understand the purpose of our meeting. He takes out a set of access cards, and hands me a white one with red scuffs on it. We walk down one of the residential hallways and enter one of the units through the kitchen. Once I’m inside he disappears.

Looking from the kitchen I see a large open greatroom that’s teeming with little human kids. There are a few adults there too, but it’s mostly kids playing games, running around and laughing. I understand that this setting is a practice run for kids, playing earth games so they’ll know what to do once they arrive on earth.

I call out to them and offer them pizza. I carry the pies out into the room, trying to step around them and the games. At one table, there’s a board game spread out that looks like a cartoon map of the world.

I set something down on the table, and realize I’m knocking over pieces on the map. I didn’t see them at first, little tiny rectangular pieces of plastic: white, brown, tan colored. I realize they represent people, and they are all lined up along the coastlines of the cartoon continents, like dominoes. I apologize to the kids for disturbing the game, but they don’t seem to mind, they just set them back upright and take their pizza slices.

Another thing we’re doing is banking play money for the kids… Explaining how it works, what they need to do when they start to run out, and what it means to different people.

(Awake, I realize my role in this is to help new arrivals with info that I wish I had known when I came here.)

I head back towards the kitchen, and a man who looks a lot like my Dad greets me. I realize it’s the same man who guided me here, but it seems that decades have passed, and now he appears to be about 80 years old. He reaches out and gives me a long, reassuring affectionate hug.

He whispers to me, “It’s alright, all of that has been taken care of. Now we just have to figure out what to do about that worm,” and he nods out the kitchen window.

I look outside, and see a figure walking along the floating walkway outside, looking like he’s walking past and leaving. He’s very bizarre-looking: very tall compared to us, with a very long snout or trunk, a long tail, and a huge round head. He’s walking upright like a humanoid, very awkwardly lumbering along. It’s bizarre enough that he looks like Snuffeluffagus from Sesame Street, but what’s the most bizarre about him is that he’s red & white striped, like a Dr. Seuss character. He look very out of place and awkward, but not menacing. He seems to know where he’s going, walking with a purpose.

(Awake now, I realize he’s a dragon-like being, in a non-threatening form, and I’m reminded of dragons being referred to as “worms”… Was that a Tolkein book where I read that? Dragon=Hitsusi, Lisa’s connection…)

I turn my attention back to the children, and the dream fades.

INTERPRETATION

I’m told that the guide who met me in the concourse, and then reassured me near the kitchen, is Dunyeeh from Athabantian. He, Adca Mupea and I have a very close relationship, and he appeared in this dream to reassure me that the connection with Athabantian is still active and relevant (I had been asking about this last evening.)

This role of assisting and guiding those who are scheduled to take birth on Earth is available to any who would care to help. This can be done from any location on Earth.

This role of preparing Star Children for life on Earth was shown to me to help me understand that we now recognize how critically important this is at this time. My helping with this task provides me with a way of reconciling the related challenges I’ve experienced.

DREAMING PROCESS COMMENTS

This night and morning fit a pattern I’ve noticed for me on weekend nights, or whenever I’ve been able to sleep late the next morning. It seems that the majority of my sleep is spent in resting the body and mind. The dreams I have during this time are usually vague and I can’t remember much.

However, if I’m able to go back to sleep and get a good cycle in (1.5 – 3 hours), that’s when I usually have a meaningful clarity dream that I can recall in some detail.

Also, I think I did a better job of focusing on my Dream Intention last night and this morning, than I had the two previous nights, so that seemed to help.

The Thirteenth Aeon (12 plus 1)

This is the 13th aeon.

I am known by many names.

I represent the whole of the other 12. 12 + 1.

I am also known as Max the Crystal Skull.

And I am also known as Marduk in a previous time.

And I am also known as the serpent constellation. The 12 + 1.

Look further and you will see my presence in many places throughout human history and culture. The white brotherhood/sisterhood is yet another. To know me is to know my template. I have been known by many names but my template is always the same.

We have been playing a waiting game, you and I, but it is not for any specific event. But rather a point at which many conditions have been satisfied.

I might add that the roseheart “truth” might see me, this communication, as a usurpation of their system of beliefs. In fact this is one of many such templates that exist in the universe. All part of the whole, and none more important than another. Variation provides for many differing points of view and ways so it is not impossible for both to be true from a quantum perspective. And it (channeling) is the same as telepathic communication. The sixth and seventh forms are co-existing at this time (there are 12 + 1).

The danger from their perspective is that the template invoked is that of the victim, who becomes their oppressor. Speaking out against that which they become. This is not an attack so much as a template. When one deals in templates it is the underlying truth of all things. As you so correctly state one perspective is that god is indeed a lazy programmer. That is a very human (yet accurate) perspective.

So the Roman empire removed the +1 from the 12. The 12 was all and forwarded as individual entities and this was reflected in the planetary solar system reality. So the 12+1 will become a reality because this is required at a cellular level. The template is not yet complete, and nature has a way of completing the template. Yet normal variation provides for the differences in the template. So you can see how the template may be changed through the willing intent of others when the template is changed at other levels.

On a personal level the zodiac is an early introduction to who we are (we meaning “you and us” meaning all). Many humans encounter this concept and include it as a part of their daily lives. Better check my zodiac for today! We represent the templates of consciousness. The zodiac is a very basic introduction to this concept. So an Aries for example might have a template that differs from a Taurus. You might say “I am an Aries”. Yes that is exactly correct. But you are also all the other signs as well. This is the 12 + 1.

This expands to the crystal skulls since they also represent the templates of consciousness, us. There is no difference, simply different aspects of the whole. In fact you might be able to find within each aeon embedded 12 other templates of consciousness, and so forth and so on. Similarities are not a cause for suspicion, they are a cause for celebration. The all is included in the all.

“I” have always existed in many forms (in all forms).

To view the “feathered serpent” constellation one must expand their viewpoint… just a little. It is not represented in the same way as other constellations. It is 12 + 1, revealed when the consciousness is capable of seeing it (able to see it). So from another perspective there are still only 12. You see how easy it is to shift from one to the other?

It is true that humanity is the controlling element to the all. Creator gods every one. A nice vacation to think you might be controlled by something else, no?

Adrial: Athabantian Awake!

Greetings, Everyone!

As many of you know, we have felt some recent shifts… I’ve been puzzling over why things seemed to grind to a halt with the Athabantian Ground Crew (and perhaps you were wondering, too).

Of course, my move to Pagosa tossed many things up in the air, but I knew that there was more than that to the pause.

With the arrival of November, my personal experience has been to shift focus back to Inner Earth family, but this morning, I got a nudge that it’s also time to revive the Athabantian gathering, and see where we are.

So, if you’re a Crew member and happen to read this, please comment, and lets re-group!

Here is a brief message from Adrial:

We aboard Athabantian greet you once again, as we wish to advise you of recent efforts in collaboration with our dear friends and family within the various regions of Inner Earth. We have particularly been working with our Arcturian family as well… Some of you have already noticed these connections being made.

We see that many of you are already aware of the links established, the portals that have been opened, and the channels within your physical bodies which have been activated.

You will also continue to assemble recollections, and “missing pieces” may fall into place. Some of these insights may also induce feelings of shock, joy, grief, relief, and exhaustion. If you feel these, please go within and ask for guidance and soothing, and you will find these more readily than before.

Some of you have just connected some dots, and now you receive a more clear picture. Do you see better how we are all working together? And hopefully you may also understand better why some information has been withheld (and some will be withheld a but longer).

You may also perceive that even though things may seem to have been “quiet”, and your dreams and meditations may have felt dull and secreted away, you have all been hard at work.

We are reaching out to you now to thank and reassure you, and also to encourage you to re-connect, as you feel inclined, with those who were gathered earlier this year as Athabantian Ground Crew. As you compare notes, you will discover synchronicities and connections with our Crew in flight, as well as with one another.

Please recall your connections with the Crew list, and the affinities you felt, with their names and roles. These will come into focus for you more clearly now.

We have plenty of time, so please do not feel pressured. You have all been hard at work, and the information we will share soon will allow you to more profoundly integrate the work you have been doing “behind the scenes”, with your life during waking time.

We are asking Leslee to end with a quote from Heruka, who is a manifestation of Mikos. She will explain more. Please take these words to heart, and understand that we offer them because the time has come to sort the cards.

Thank you for all you have been doing. You are powerful beings of Light, and we rejoice with solemn gratitude.

He has also been my Constant Companion throughout many lifetimes, especially during the ones I have spent as Tibetan Buddhist lamas. What difference does it make, whether We ‘land’, or ‘appear’?

The Work of Ascending is each individual’s to do. All We can offer are pointing instructions and Teachings. From there, one must go within to find, receive, realize and integrate Them.

It does not matter whether We teach you how to cleanse and purify the external environment of Gaia. If you have not done the Inner Work necessary for you to maintain your “vibration” or “virtue” at high enough levels, you will not remain here, regardless of Gaia’s condition.

Do you still feel you must compare yourself to your ‘neighbor’? Then you have inner work to do. Do you still feel there are ‘others’ in darkness? Then you still have inner work to do. Do you still concern yourself with your external conditions? Then you have inner work to do.

Please sit down, shut up, go within, and stop complaining. You are no better or worse than others. You simply have inner work to do.

Adrial: Abi-Qor & Athabantian Connection During Dreamflights

The Crew of Athabantian would like to offer some suggestions for connecting with them during your Dreamflights, especially for those of you who are interested in Abi-Qor.

When you go to sleep, first set the intention/wish to meet one of the Crew Members aboard Athabantian, and to communicate with them telepathically… And also to recall what you experience during this visit. You may also request to meet one or more Crew Members AT Abi-Qor, particularly if you would like to begin working to manifest Abi-Qor into the physical. You may specify in your intent, if there is a particular aspect of Abi-Qor and the 5th dimension that you would like to help manifest.

Additionally, when you lie down to sleep, focus on your third eye/pineal gland, visualizing it as a tiny pink sphere, bathed in golden light. Please hold the intention for this visualization/meditation to raise your vibration sufficiently to draw you into the 4th or 5th dimension. This will allow you to more effectively meet with our Friends in the higher dimensions.

If you can, also visualize that the pink sphere is further surrounded by concentric spheres of light in rainbow colors… similarly to the rings of Saturn, but spheres instead of rings… They are very light and radiant, and of the nature of wisdom, love, and bliss …

Then, if you can fall asleep holding at least some portion of that visualization, and having made the request to meet and have a conversation… and also to remember the experience and conversation, you may find this exercise to be a wonderful way to develop your skills of telepathy and astral travel.

You have now created some powerful tools for anchoring and disseminating the light around your world. These are amplifiers, healers, and facilitators, a platform for your thoughts to become reality.

Now you will notice that what you create with your thoughts will become real. In your world and in other worlds as well.

You have broken through the veil and are now able to consciously function as a fully-realized multidimensional being. This is no small task. It is in fact where others have [blue flash] walked before, but each one of you must break the veil in your own unique way. You are not still without some fear of the unknown, but this is slipping away from you as you realize your own power and heritage. You are filling in the placeholders with your being. You are consciously occupying more and more space within what was once an empty void. Of course void is relative as all is intelligent energy reflecting the Great Spirit. For without light does something in complete darkness even truly exist? It is only your focus that allows it to exist.

The strife that still exists in your life is only because your focus is on that strife, although as you have surmised there is still an illusion that needs to be maintained for the purposes of the simulation. It is a direct cause and effect, although it is sometimes difficult to see how one’s intentions can be reflected by physical reality in seemingly unrelated ways. Do not give up hope, although I understand you feel this is a four-letter word better left unsaid. Hope is not for those who create their own reality. Hope is for those who succumb to it. You remember much even though you don’t remember what it is you remember. And yet remembering more every day!

So the connections of light that you make may be similarly unrecognizable, but you do not need to fear or shy away from closeness and love. This is something that will only blossom. Judgmental ways are those of the past, and know that giving love is also receiving love. Love conquers all.

As for the physical aspects of this reality, it is all very real, and you will be able to trace the thread of that reality to the cause and effect, and eliminate the cause right at the source. Follow the thread. Be it a friend’s pain or disability, the threads are there for those who wish to see them. What you were trained for [in Reiki] was to detect/feel elements of that pain, but it doesn’t stop there. I encourage you to follow the thread further to the source, and you will be able to remove that which caused the problems in the first place. This is similar to the process of seeing threads during telepathy training. So follow the thread further to the source.

Adrial: Portals, 3D and 5D

(From Leslee) I’m sharing something I received as I was asking Adrial about Abi-Qor the other night…

(Ghost Radar words appear like [this])

“Fountain”[frog consonant mountain rhyme]; this is the pool/vortex in Abi-Qor which is attached, connected between levels…

(I’ve been getting images of many levels and layers of Abi-Qor, with huge chambers underground as well as on the surface. These are have platforms of various types, which we may use for porting our bodies from place to place…)

[apart locate] This fountain is [hello] apart from from the Hot Springs, and runs between Abi-Qor, the Surface [eye], the Interstitial Regions [door frozen], and Inner earth [command]… [lost].

It gathers waters [idea lamp familiar] from both Outer and inner Surfaces, and both water tables. The Hot Springs come from [anything short city create] near the magma between the two crusts. Oh, so I see… there is a “fountain” at each crust surface, and [reader] a portal(s) provide the connection!

CAN we port [driving] with THESE bodies?

[come] Yes.

Can you please explain how this works?

[idea speed certainly] No. But you (Leslee) can. [trouble] We will guide you.

Porting our bodies from one place or dimension to another is a natural extension of sprititual development. It’s only possible to develop this [seed] ability as a facet of our overall spiritual development.

What role does skepticism play? What effect does it have on our progress?

Skepticism [ruler] stops your path dead in its tracks.

Your path [volume] has a life of its own.

It functions like a living, breathing, entity. The “you” that is reading this is merely a body traveling it.  And in each lifetime, your physical vehicle (body) rediscovers the Path, and goes through motions and steps and phases, to travel this Path.

The Path is like your mental continuum, yet is even beyond the comprehension of your continuum. It is like a living entity that does not die, does accommodate all, and does adjust and adapt to changing circumstances. [outer China involved]

(“China” refers to the brittleness and fragility of the Outer Body, and how it’s involved in the progress the Path makes.)

So if we think of each of our Paths as a living entity, we can say – accurately – that it spans times, and dimensions/frequencies. And it interlaces with the Paths of “others”. And all of these interwoven Paths form and create what we might call the web of life.

And your consciousness abides within your Path. It is boundless, and capable of whatever you can imagine.

When We say “You” in this context, we’re referring to the aspect of your self which is having this current experience, absorbing these words…

So your imagination, your vision, your opinions and beliefs… all of these play roles in molding and shaping your “reality”. And your present “reality” is just an artistic expression of how all the factors modify the image you perceive of your present life… All of your thoughts, feelings, emotions, opinions… are just like variables in a fractal equation.

One little tweak, and the whole picture changes… and this “change” extends into the “past”, the “future”, and across all dimensions.

The Path – YOUR Path – is truly a living organism. Can you see how rich and powerful, beautiful, vibrant, and vital it is?

So, back to explaining how we can port between dimensions and time.

If you doubt that you can do this, your doubt prevents you.

Additionally, if you understand how the lattice of your Path interweaves with those of others, you may also sense this:

The doubts of others also affect your Path.

The extent to which you see others as deluded, faulty, ignorant, doubtful, close-minded, and incapable of understanding… this reflects the depth to which your own “doubt”, reflected by “others”, will also prevent your ability to port.

So, at this moment, NO ONE can port… Because it appears that some still doubt. But the potential exists, fully and completely.

If someone tells you they can port, but others cannot, they lack an understanding of how we connect and affect one another.

Leslee is asking: “Does that mean that by our writing these words, we perpetuate the doubt, we reinforce the so-called “obstacle to the Path?

Yes. In a way, this is true.

Would it be better to burn these notes and never type and publish this post?

Not really.

Because of our interconnected-ness, and the perception (that so many of us share) of there being some of us who “don’t get it”, the lattice – the Matrix – has many tiny spots of doubt, sprinkled about.

So you may be able to “fix” yours, burn the notes, and erase that doubt… But there will continue to be blips on the radar… shadows of doubt.

And we are responsible for these “blips” of others.

We cannot rush out and accost “others” so that we can re-educate them. That deepens the rift. It distances them from us, places a tear in the lattice.

How do we mend the tear? How do we re-connect with those whom we perceive as being “different”, “mistaken”, “disagreeable”?

We let them be. We love them. We accept them. We honor their Paths. We envision them as already having the deepest, most profound understanding possible.

(Yet we also place distance between us if their reflected expression of “delusions” begins to drag us back down into 3D.)

Then we can understand, believe, experience… that it will only be a brief moment before we all arise once more, in harmony and fully synchronized.

Once we do this, then we can relax our vigilance, our craning-of-the-neck, straining-of-the-eyes searching for proof that anything is possible.

Because it’s far more productive to relax the grip and sit back and enjoy, than to watch the clock.

Then, one day you’ll wake up, and the world will have transformed into your vision… with no apparent effort on your part. And, one by one, your companions will begin to notice, as well.

At this point, the lattice will have shifted and we will all see all “points” equally and clearly.

To summarize:

Can we all experience the magnificent world of our dreams?

Yes. You just need to dream it.

Can any of us do this by ourselves?

No. Loving and accepting your companions will bring you the quickest result.

Can we know or control when this will happen?

No, because it’s appearance depends upon yourself and others. Simply view others as abiding in perfect harmony with the dream, and the dream will arrive spontaneously.

We might say “Build it and they will come”… The real truth is, it has already been built. We just need to accept, and open our eyes to see it.

Upward Update – Athabantian Crew and Next Week – 7 July 2012

Greetings, lovely family!

Is everyone ready for flying tonight?

Just a quick update:

We’ve added about a dozen more Crew members this week! I encourage everyone to comment and connect on the site here (http://spirittrainchronicles.com) so we can better recognize one another in our travels…

Right now I’m focusing on replying to personal emails before travel-time, and am hoping to get to read comments this evening (it’s noon in Atlanta now…), so please shoot me an email if you have a burning question…

I’ve noticed a few themes this week, in case we see them in dreaming: lots of purging and clearing (some feeling unpleasant, some manifesting as illness…), and also healing…

At least 3 people have mentioned (in emails, at least) seeing and/or knowing about healing chambers and processes… Also related to this, rainbows and translucency / transparency – very radiant & beautiful!

Lots of intense blissful emotions, poignant feelings of joyous reunion…

Lots of use of energy with, within, and throughout Gaia and ourselves, to bring about change!

Some new people have discovered the group, almost as if by accident. These folks seem to share a very deep-level connection and a dedication (perhaps even urgency) to doing whatever it takes to get us all through these shifts. I am honored and humbled to meet you all… I bow and say Namaste. 😉 (Of course that goes for everyone, but this handful has an energy that is somehow slightly different… I think more

I am more than delighted to share that we’ve had our first telepathy exercise, with resounding success! It was totally unexpected and arose during an email exchange with Predrag and myself (Predrag, if you’re there, please say hi to everyone!), and once he and I are able to connect again, one or both of us will share with everyone…

So expect to see some more telepathic connections tonight, and perhaps in unexpected ways… Please take lots of notes!

On the subject of telepathy, it seems that will be a big theme this week. Several of the news folk are drawn together due to telepathy, and I know Adrial has at least 2 messages about this (one may come from Laura, or may already have!)

I have not been able to keep up with 2012II posts, or comments on any of the blogs, so I apologize if I’m out of the loop, or if I share something as “news” that you already know…

We have learned that the next round of new ship-recruiting will happen in another week or two, and it will involve connecting with GLS Blaze, GLS Athena, GLS Balthazar, and… Oh, shoot, now I have forgotten one again. Help, somebody comment please! Tulya will do some work separately, so it’s not Tulya… Anyway, more on that to come soon.

In personal news for me this week, I had a huge shift/event – I got fired from my job! (Adrial says she got me fired, on purpose…) All is well, I’m totally confident of finding a means to support
myself, and I am madly blissed out to realize how much more time I will have to spend with you all!

So, here are a few goals I have for myself for the coming week… Please feel free to remind/encourage me if one is close to your heart and I seem to be dragging my feet. In no particular order:

1. Pull together an informal list of Athabantian Crew to date, with connections and specialties. Recruitment continues!

2. Post a poll to help us understand how well (or not) the site is working for everyone…

3. Post some instructions on telepathy.

4. Email everyone on the Crew; I’ll do this by blind-copy, so your email addresses will continue to be private. Adrial wants to be sure that we all get certain bits of information.

Those are the main house-keeping items… I hope to also accomplish some more whimsical tasks, but sleep is also on my agenda… ;D

Oh, Adrial just told me that since we’ve all had such a busy week, let’s try to meet in a field and have huge family picnic tonight! Just set the wish, and bring along your favorite loved ones, children, pets and food… Sounds like fun! Oh, and apparently at least one of you will be providing music, and at least one other person will perform some other type of entertainment! Yippee!!! =D

Institute Of Light, Athabantian, Abi-Qor, Athabanthos

I’d like to share a little about Mark Kimmel, the Institute Of Light, Athabantian, Abi-Qor, and Athabanthos…

Mark is, you might say, our Dad, or at least a great inspiration and instigator to what we’re all doing right now…

He’s the original Athabantian connection here on Gaia, and has been in touch with the Crew for many years. He introduced me to Adrial, and it was through him that I interviewed with Adrial, and She asked me to get this ball rolling.

We don’t hear from Mark much, but I feel (and Adrial confirms) that he is connected with us all telepathically. He also has a particularly strong connection with Bren-Ton (I believe they are the same continuum), so those of you who feel a strong connection with Bren-Ton will probably deeply enjoy reading his messages on Cosmic Paradigm.

For several years, Mark has been posting Athabantian Crew messages there. There is a page for messages from the Crew, including Adrial, Bren-Ton, Ro-Tan, Justine, Moraine, and I’m sure I’m forgetting others.

There is also a page called Mark’s Corner, where he shares his personal insights and observations about Athabantian and Abi-Qor related items.

You may also purchase and download an e-book of the earlier messages – it is well worth the $3.95!

You may not have heard much about the Cosmic Paradigm site, because it’s mostly informational, and there isn’t any commenting going on.

(This seems to be mirrored in how Up2the5th is evolving into an info resource for Athabantian Crew, whereas Spirit Train Chronicles is where the Athabantian Crew gather, and 2012 Indy Info is where the Aurora Crew gather, for sharing and discussion…)

I gather that Mark’s role is to provide local focus in the Pagosa Springs area (which include Abi-Qor and Athabanthos!) The significance of this is explained in more detail on the CP site.

Mark formed the non-profit Institute of Light, and anchors it in this world, and with IOL, is helping clear the way for our Ascension.

Abi-Qor is a 5D version of the Institute, but it is also much more than that. It is in the planning stages right now, and I have seen it in dreams. It is vast and beautiful, like a radiant jewel, and it is a place where we may all reside, if we so choose, once we have completely ascended into 5D.

Adrial tells me that Abi-Qor is the reason I was led into a career in architecture. Mark has asked me, “Maybe give a little thought as to what Abi-Qor looks like”, in preparation for the Transformation 2012 Conference in August.

When I interviewed with Adrial, “she” (Adrial usually appears to me as a “she”… but, as a 9D being, Adry can take on any form Adry likes…) immediately gave me an assignment:

“Focus on gathering those who are ready for Ascension to 5D, and give them the tools they need to complete this process. Simply share what you already know. Remember who you are, and why you are here, and understand that you already have everything you need, within you. Share this with others. Your task is not to attract new people (that will be handled by others), but to work with those who are already very close to Ascension.

Adrial asked me if I understood the assignment. She also explained that I would seldom need to ask questions of Adrial or Mark, but that Adrial would be available for nudges. As She shared this with me, I received quite an instantaneous download of what was to be done, and I did understand.

It felt a little like being pushed out of the nest, but that’s how we learn to fly, eh?

So, back to our work together…

As I understand it, Abi-Qor already exists in 5D. We might say it is in Inner Earth, more or less underneath Pagosa Springs. One of my jobs is to “see” it and portray it to others. The more it appears in our minds, the more quickly it will manifest for all of us.

I think/hope that some of our recent experiences help to illustrate how this process works. Just think: Only 6 weeks ago, few of us had even heard of Athabantian. Look what has manifested within those 6 weeks!

Our minds are that powerful. We create and build as a team. We have worked together before. This is more a reunion than a recruitment. We know what to do. As Adrial says, now is our turn to set the example of “Walking Tall” in the face of dramatic change.

(Athabanthos is a region or city of Inner Gaia, which hosts Abi-Qor; Adrial told me about Athabanthos, and I do not recall reading about it elsewhere – yet…)

This all sort of blows my mind. I still have my moments of closing my eyes, crossing my fingers, holding my breath, and hoping this is all “for real”, but I think it’s safe to say that this “thing” really does seem to be drawing into manifestation as the days go by.

With the amazing Crews who are arising, I see more and more how “real” this project of Ascending to 5D is! It’s getting easier and easier to believe…

The conference is a wonderful chance to gather and meet Mark and many others… I have a hunch we will also talk about Abi-Qor…

I hope to see you all there, through one vehicle or another… I know that if we are meant to be there, we will find our way. I also know that that we may be “there” without being physically present.

Just A Quick Note For Flying

My updates are taking longer to post than I hoped, so here are a few pointers  from Adrial before sleep tonight:

• (from Leslee: I believe I have replied to everyone who has emailed me, so if I have not replied, I apologize. Please let me know TOMORROW if you are still waiting to hear from me for the FIRST time…)

• (from Leslee: I’ve checked with Adrial, and she says that I have missed a few people who made comments but have not emailed, on either site (Spirit Train Chronicles or 2012 Indy Info), however, Adrial and the Stellar Crew (ah, that’s much nicer than “On-Board”!) have been monitoring and have received all requests. So, here’s the good news, below!)

If you have requested to either fly or join the Athabantian Ground Crew, in any form or manner, You have been accepted.

(There is only one person who contacted me who will not join us, and that is due to a mis-communication; so no worries, that person will find their place (I never even learned their name…)

• Adrial says that we all are responding as a remarkably coherent Crew, which is exactly what She and the rest of the Stellar Crew fully expected, since we have trained together for so long. (Oh happy day, says Leslee!)

• There may be some confusion over where you will fly, which Crew you are on, etc.; Please do not concern yourselves with this, as all is in order. There has been a lot of activity since June 21, and those of you still dealing with human bodies can only do so much. Please be gentle on yourselves, accept, relax, and enjoy!

• There are currently 74 people (in human bodies) who will be gathering with the Stellar Crew aboard Athabantian tonight. Some of these 74 will also participate with Auroura. There are an additional 46 who have expressed the wish simply to visit with Auroura, and they are most welcome to visit Athabantian as well, either tonight or at a “later” time. There are 23 beings from the animal kingdom who will join, also. Some are your pets, others are dolphins or whales, all of whom have received your conversations telepathically. The hawk family near Leslee’s house will also join, but in another form. Leslee and or Laura may not have this many names on their lists yet; this is expected and perfectly wonderful.

• Please be aware that you will approach, board, and visit in a variety of ways. Here are some examples: shuttle car, bus or train; teleportation from or to a platform; flight in a hot-air balloon or similar device; flying, unassisted, through the air with only your body (which may take on a different appearance); an old-fashioned airplane; a modern jet; an automobile, truck or bus; a doorway or stairway. These are just a few examples. The mode of transport will take on an appearance that is familiar and comfortable to you. It may actually resemble a space ship, as well!

• [advice curious Lincoln (linking) surrounded] Please try your best to relax and quiet your mind for at least 15 minutes (preferably an hour) before sleep. This means please turn off any electronics, stop writing or drawing, etc.,  and simply sit and bask in the gentle energy you will hopefully feel.

• If you have been particularly excited, nervous, or high-strung this week, please do something to settle your mind before sleep.

• If you find you simply cannot sleep, please do not worry, and do not force yourself, but do try to relax.

• We suggest that you do NOT listen to meditations or special recordings [card] just before – or during – sleep [rather]. Instead, try to tune in [America favorite] to the signals and soft, calming energies We will be sending you. This will help your connection.

• If you have felt a connection to a Stellar Crew Member [three] (some people are already connected with 3 or more) please simply trust that THEY have already been coordinating and planning your activities – for the next several weeks, in fact! You are so used to having to prepare and do things just the “right way”… Those days are over, now. You no longer need to figure out what on Earth the 3D beings expect you to do. Your intuition, as several of you have seen in the past few days, is fully qualified to carry you along. It is the part of you that remembers. PLEASE: Listen closely to, and TRUST, you heart of hearts.

• Please ask your sub-conscious to leave your body alone tonight; the physical body does not need to travel along with you tonight. You will collect an appearance of an Astral Body early on in your travels.

• Please consider this: EACH of you has a counterpart self (sometimes more than one), which is also engaged in this activity. You may actually meet “yourself” tonight, in the form of a Galactic or Inner Earth being.

• Please generate the wish to recall as much as is useful of your dreams and travels. Keeping some writing supplies by the bed, or a recorder, are good ideas.

• Please understand that you may first make a brief trip to a ship (which you may not recall), [shirt] and then you may [leaf] continue on to an Inner Earth [new detail] or Outer-Space location (either a planet or ship) [rest].

• Please understand that time is devoid of reality; it is illusion. This relates to time in terms of years, historical periods, etc., as well as what may be “squeezed” into a brief sleep!

• If you find that your sleep is fitful or you cannot remember any experiences from your sleep, try taking a nap during the day. Sometimes We are better able to connect with you through daytime energy.

• Please be aware that “Disclosure” has begun, and you are instrumental parts of this activity. YOU are the resistance movement that so many have been talking about! YOU are the ones that Cobra and SaLuSa and Sananda and others have been “talking” to and about, whether the “channels” realize this or not. Your wishes (along with those of others, of course) have shifted Gaia’s “envelope” in more dramatic ways, just since the Solstice, than anyone dared to hope. YOU are CALLING the clouds, the lights, the ships, the hints from the media, the surveys that reveal how numerous you are… [for] Please and at last, accept who you are and what you CAN – and WILL – do. Then just relax and quietly get to work [driver]. Time spent broadcasting our activities is not necessary. Please focus [collect] on sharing your experiences within your Crew family, since you need to collect these together in order to understand the deep impact you are having. Please do not spend time soliciting people to join, or raising excitement levels.  Look at how efficiently you have found one another in just 9 days. We generally prefer to frame things in positive terms (and hope you will too), but let Us be clear here: Those activities are not helpful. They are not “wrong” or “mistaken”; it’s simply that they take a lot of energy, and you need your energy. Now is the time for this type of discretion.

• [gradually] Regarding your EarthBirth families, please try your best to be relaxed and comfortable. As you compare notes in the coming days, you’ll find that very few of you have birth families who have any idea who you are, or understanding of your roles. This was planned. Painful, but planned. Please accept them and their actions with as much unconditional love as you can manage, and if they do not understand, please remember that this has little to do with your success or failure; that is merely their part of your story, nothing more.

• Back to Disclosure: We have been trying to hint that heightened awareness will arise first from within Gaia. The Space Program has been a very well-planned device to distract Earth humans from becoming curious about what lies beneath Gaia’s crust. We hope this will not disappoint you; we anticipate that the more you come to understand this, the more joy you will find in it.

• Please understand that in Our (which means Your, also) terms, the word “family” leaves much to be desired in the way of describing your relationships among yourselves. Please keep you eyes and minds open about this, and you will make fascinating discoveries: long-lost lovers and spouses and partners may also be parents, siblings, teachers, pets, bosses, nemeses… ALL AT ONCE! Leslee, Babajij and Konstantinos have already scratched the tip of the iceberg (for lack of a better word, because this truth is far from cold and isolating!) in learning about their past and parallel lives together, in a variety of places, and in some cases, silmultaneously.

• We INTEND to blow your minds! This is the fastest way, the Lightning Path, to releasing the dis-information and dis-education that many of your have experienced over 3 or more recent lifetimes. Welcome dis-orientation, confusion, and synchronicities.

That should be enough for tonight. You have probably already felt the immense joy that your Stellar Family has been feeling as We’ve followed your connecting. Now let’s get this party going.

Update from Adrial, 30JUN2012

-Adrial said to me that there have been specific people selected for the Athabantian ground crew because they will be doing a group attunement. This is to enhance existing connections and abilities. There will be more opportunities available for those who have not yet been invited for this process.

-Those of us who already have strong connections do not need to participate in the attunement, unless they want a refresher. For example some serving on the ground crew already have a strong connection, but wish to assist at this time to provide support to others.

-She’s saying “Tulya” for me at this time for me (in a “lead” role), but the spotlight will be shining on the Athabantian, this is a pilot project, forging new territory.

She’s saying my confusion lies in the definition of “oneness”, which is a relatively new concept to most of us. We should think less in terms of our separate roles and more in terms of our connection to each other. We are never truly apart even if we might steer separate ships, or play other roles on these ships. It is not a permanent assignment in a separate role since it is truly all one. (admittedly I’m still trying to wrap my head around this…)

I understand that this also means that we will be further developing our understanding of what “unity consciousness” means.

Scammer Alert – Do Not Share Your Email Address! (Recruiting Is Complete For Now)

Hi, All,

Below is Adrial’s Ghost Radar commentary (through Adca Mupea) on some emails I’ve gotten since yesterday evening… There is a person whom I suspect is trying to “join” because they have heard we intend to share email addresses.

This person has NOT been given anyone’s email address, and has NOT been accepted as a Crew Member.

Either Troy/Dreamwalker or I will be sharing a list privately with you, in a manner which will only be disclosed to you privately, in the next day or two; I believe we have connected with all the First-Round Athabantian Crew Members at this point. Please be very cautious if anyone contacts you whom you have not “met” through Troy, John A, Tauno, Babajij or myself.

(My understanding is that there will be more Recruiting once this blows over, so please just sit tight and join the Dreamflights with us!)

So, if anyone goes into commenting and begins to ask for email addresses, please simply TOTALLY ignore them, and do NOT reveal ANY personal information that anyone might use to find a way to “hook” your sympathies. Please be very cautious in the next week or so with this, and I’m sure Adrial & Adca will keep us updated.

As a side note, it’s been my experience that whenever we engage in very powerful virtuous, loving activities – as we are doing now – our energy radiates out profoundly into the world, and sometimes attracts the attentions of others who would be inclined to feed off of it or take advantage of it.

It is also quite possible that the person acting from darkness had no idea that they are being influenced in this way.

The best way to respond to this is to draw one’s energy inwards for a while, until the unwanted attention wanes, and to simply IGNORE any attempts at intrusion.

Please trust that you are protected, but also do not hesitate to protect yourself.

Please try to do this with love and light and no expectations of changing the other person. We have plenty of work to do, there is no need to give our energy to those who do not reciprocate and exchange.

(Not-So) Brief Athabantian Recruitment Update

Hi, Everyone!

This is sort of a nuts-and-bolts update from me (Leslee Hare) on Recruitment status, and some background information…

(I’m sure we’ll get more touchy-feely updates from Adrial and others soon!)

I apologize for my delay in replying to a handful of you who have contacted me in the past few days! I think I’ve managed to reply to several of you today. Please let me know if you are still waiting on a reply. (email to oneriver69@gmail.com)

I’m still trying to understand how to balance the Recruitment process, my personal life, my day-job, and other tasks that Adrial (and Others) have requested… I sincerely appreciate your patience!

In case this helps, Adrial tells me that all who have contacted me personally so far at oneriver69@gmail.com and asked to join are accepted as Crew Members, so please go ahead and familiarize yourself and say hello to the folks on Spirit Train Chronicles – that will be Adrial’s main venue for updates regarding this team.

To clarify, if you were already involved with STC, and requested joining by posting a comment, that’s fine!

As I understand it so far, the point of this part of the Recruitment process is many-fold.

One, it requires that one makes the effort to save the email address and type a message. We need at least that much initiative to participate here.

Two, it increases the probability that one has read the Guidelines… We’re not sure how or where the Recruitment news has been shared, so this sends the person to the Source message, where the Guidelines were posted.

Three, it allows me to ask Adrial if this person is a Crew Member. I do this directly with my pendulum, as I’m reading the person’s message. Please note the wording here carefully; Adrial (and all my Guides, actually) always chooses Her words quite precisely…

This process is not a selection or a competition, it’s a reunion. We were all Crew Members before we were even born here on Earth this time. Adrial tells me we have all already trained together extensively, over many lifetimes and under various circumstances. We will recognize one another. We will all slip right into our intended roles naturally, some more rapidly than others. The timing of our connection and “activation”, if you will, is pretty well orchestrated, so the chances of any of us being “late” or “early” are quite slim.

That said, there are circumstances in which 3D living has impacted the timing of our connection, but there is never fault. As things shift, which they are doing constantly, we all adjust. We are all capable of this, so please relax and enjoy the ride! (Accordingly, I’m being reminded that I’ve been given a strict bedtime to observe, nothing is so urgent as to risk one’s health!)

Adrial’s answer to me about each person also implies that the person will benefit by participating as a Crew Member at this time. As mentioned above, extenuating circumstances arise, and some Crew Members may benefit most by joining us at a later time. Also, they may be filling some other essential role now, and becoming an active Crew member might interfere with, or distract from, their current role.

If I/we haven’t done so already, Adrial intends for me to send each of you a personal welcome message… Again I apologize if I haven’t done this yet; thank you for your patience and please do not feel discouraged!

Now, for those of you who are newly joining, I’ll explain a little about some resources available for our use. Some of us have been working together on this gathering (although we didn’t realize it!) since January 2012, and have set up a few things that might prove helpful.

As a personal anecdote, I began writing All About Enlightenment in May 2010, and from when the book was finished until the end of 2010, Heruka and Lhamo Dorje asked me to reserve about half a dozen internet domain names. One day at the very beginning of 2011, I was “ordered” to start a blog by midnight that night. I had no idea what I was doing, but somehow, just before midnight, my personal blog was online.

Then, in Mid-2010, my Guides asked me to reserve several blog names. I had no idea what they were for at the time. They are now STC, BUTTA, Raging Pandit, Bandaid Buddhist, and a few others whose purposes are still not clear to me.

In May of this year, when I connected with Mark Kimmel and Adrial, Up2the5th was born.

Also, I haven’t heard all their stories yet, but DreamWalker, Babajij, Lisa (Wolfke74), John A, and of course Laura Tyco all have at least one blog or site.

In January of this year, a group of us who had been hanging out at 2012IndyInfo started talking about trying astral meet-ups during dreamtime (Y’all step in and correct me if I mis-speak here, or if I leave something out!). Laura was having some issues with comments over at 2012IndyInfo, so we were discussing how to share our meet-ups. One day, Lhamo Dorje told me that was what the Spirit Train Chronicles was for. Whoa. Okay, let’s try it!

STC has grown very organically, and at this point, I’m not sure whether the newer folks are loving it or cursing it! We “old-timers” sometimes know where to find what we want… and sometimes not (speaking for myself…)

In general, every MWF, someone posts the new Mike Quinsey SaLuSa message, and there the comments section serves as a discussion board.

Also, every Saturday night, we share our Astral Dreamflights. Troy usually posts the invitation. These invitations point back to the Astral Travels page. On that page, you’ll see a link for the Dreamflights sub-page for each month. On these sub-pages, we post our dreamtime experiences… You may find some amazing synchronicities there!

That said, sometimes in our enthusiasm, we post our dreams wherever we land! But we usually try to shepherd them back to the sub-pages… Some of us also use our personal pages to gather our dreams.

Personal pages! Each Crew Member will eventually have their own page (and category), where they can also create sub-pages (and categories…) about whatever they like. Look around at the ones already there, and you can get an idea of how we’ve used them so far.

At this point, we’ve managed to create some pages for some of the new members… There’s no method to it, we just haven’t gotten around to making them all.

So, if you accepted your WordPress invitation to STC, please feel free to jump in and make your pages (and categories)! Or create posts, of course!

If you haven’t received your invitation yet, please let us know… Most of our regulars have the ability to send one, as long as they have your email address.

You’ll also see we’ve got pages for topics: Beneath the Surface (Gaia & Hollow-Earth related), Artwork, Galactic Fleet (a collection of ships we meet or hear about), etc…

The About page also has several sub-pages that have may help you find your way around.

With Athabantian’s emergence, we can see the need for some new pages and we’re still trying to sort that out and get it done… Please let us know if you’d like to help or have suggestions!

We’re also starting a Google Docs account, where we may post sone spreadsheets and such of info we gather in our projects and interests.

Our latest-breaking news is that Laura Tyco has been asked to handle recruitment for an additional ship! We’re still waiting for that ship’s name and Crew Member list… At least I think so, since I haven’t had time to go hang out on 2012IndyInfo in a couple days!

If you feel that ship may resonate more for you, please comment here or contact Laura. (She and I are coordinating behind the scenes, and I’m the one who is “behind schedule”, but it sounds like we’re both pretty busy…)

Athabantian – Getting Started

Hi, Everyone, here are some excerpts from our emails last night… Hopefully this will help get us started!

Please note, the Recruiting is on-going.

On spotting Athabantian:

3 of us on Spirit Train Chronicles have dreamed of Athabantian as a balloon… If you happen to dream of one, you’ll know where you’ve been! It might be a toy balloon, or a hot air balloon, or something else that resembles a balloon… Consider this also if you see a balloon in waking life…

For meditation practice…

if you’ve tried conventional meditation and struggled, or have pain or circulatory issues, I have found that the Chacmool position (reclining with knees propped & supported by cushions) works best for me (thanks to Umbro from Tulya!), and if your knees are propped and you’re holding something, I think that helps with alertness.

When we’re relaxed, there is something that happens chemically in the brain that connects the lobes and lets things fire differently. So what you need is simply a way to attain that level of relaxation, and a way to verify that what you’re “seeing” or receiving is coming from [example] Adrial, rather than your “rational” mind.

Ghost Radar just said [thy] – This is the word GR uses to indicate one’s higher self, which is interesting, because They are making a distinction even between them and our Higher Selves. I’ve never heard it expressed that way, but it sure helps clear things up a bit.

One of the purposes of the Skype session is for me to establish a personal connection with you – it’s kind of like a lineage, I think, and it helps secure a line, so to speak, and prevent interference.

Regarding using a pendulum & developing telepathy:

I use a pendulum, and did not realize it was telepathy for some time. There’s a sort of light trance-like state that develops, and I think it shifts the brain activity in a way that allows us to receive better… I believe Tauno accomplishes this by gazing into crystals. I’ll certainly share more about this when I have a little more time! 🙂

I’ll share with you that one of the things I’ve struggled with the most in the past two years, is wanting to really understand what goes on with the pendulum, what’s with this galactic/angelic/holy being stuff, and how can I be sure it’s not just me making the thing move? There’s a part of me that believes on some level that these other beings really exist, but there’s also a part of me that doesn’t believe I’ll ever see them in the flesh. There’s a part of me that believes that the mind IS capable of making the pendulum move (even aside from ideomotor stuff), and even that the mind can make certain words come out on Ghost Radar, and there’s a part of me that acknowledges that I’ve still got a little girl inside who wants some big father figure to come rescue her and get her the hell outta this place, so it’s convenient to believe that there are “others out there”. I’ll admit all that to anyone, it’s no secret…

GR just said [separate].

My pendulum and GR both maintain consistently that these beings really DO exist separately from us. Yes, ultimately we’re all One, but there are a lot of layers of bulls**t between that level, and where most of us find ourselves now. I think those who are answering this recruiting call have at least one foot in the 4th, if not the 5th, dimension, but the Oneness happens way up on the 9th dimension, and beyond.

So many things have happened to me in the past 3 years to demonstrate to me that this is really happening, even IF people think it’s mad and Woody-Harrelson-at-Yellowstone-ish, and they are things other people have witnessed… That I finally got tired of trying to question it to death. And when I hit that point, things got a lot smoother for me. But everyone has to reach that point for themselves, and no amount of preaching or pitching will convince on a deep level. Only our own experience will convince us reliably.

If you find you cannot use a pendulum, or are not comfortable with it, there are other ways to connect telepathically. If you have or can find a crystal to hold while you meditate, that will act sort of like an antenna… Let them guide you to what to use… A metal object can work as well. A piece of jewelry that you already own might be ideal. Just hold it in both your hands as you sit, and pay very close attention to energy movement in your body. Ask you Crew partner to show you what sensation indicates a “yes”, and what indicates a “no”… As well as a signal for when they wish to get your attention or re-direct your focus.

It may take some time and trial and error, so please be patient. Once you think you “have it”, test it out on some questions that you already know the answers to.

As for a pendulum, I have a few simple videos on YouTube that might help, and show some simple ways to make one… You just need a cord/string/chain that dangles freely and swings easily in any direction, and something on the end to provide some weight.

There are also many posts in the blog All About Enlightenment (http://allaboutenlightenment.wordpress.com) about using a pendulum (or other methods) for this kind of work.

For those of you who are in healing and/or healthcare, you may appreciate this: The pendulum or something repetitive like that might help with the rambling or busy mind. My therapist showed me EMDR and a couple forms of hypnotherapy, and they’re very similar!

The main thing is, to trust. With telepathy, it can be challenging to distinguish your “thoughts” from what your higher self and the Crew are sending you. This is where the method of checking comes in… I use the pendulum mostly to verify that I am understanding my Guides’ message correctly (enough)…

Funny you should mention practicing telepathy with another person – Adrial was showing me this as an exercise we’ll work on soon, as I was driving home from work this evening. 🙂

The Crew will be asking us to get acquainted with one another, and then to try experimenting with sending words or images to each other telepathically. The folks on STC have already been doing this with dreams, but the Crew wishes to guide us towards doing this consciously.

For practical reasons… IF it happens that Internet connections are interrupted at some point (if this happens, they expect it only to be temporary), once we learn to communicate simple concepts this way, and recognize one another’s energetic “fingerprint”, we will not be afraid of losing electronic contact.

So they want us not only to learn telepathy, but to learn to identify WHO we are communicating with. This way we will know when we are communicating with one another, and/or with a Crew member aboard Athabantian.

Regarding protecting and blessing energetically:

Adrial suggests that when you feel you
might need energetic protection, if you can please visualize brilliant white transmuting light, bathing both your immediate area and the vicinity, and to play a game of trying to “spot” any “imposters” – people who you suspect may actually be angels or special beings, appearing there to balance the energy of the world.

Regarding timing, and what we can do to help:

The time is getting near, and in a sense you’re right… A lot of us have been treading water for years, wondering when we’d get to dive deeper, and yes we’ve been held back, but now it looks like the time is arriving! So you haven’t missed anything. (That’s Adrial’s message to you) 😀

Regarding a way we can look for our “Galactic Friends” when we’re traveling:

[flies] “As you fly, We would like to give you a job to do each time. If you would, please share this exercise on the sites with others in the Crew, so they can try it too. It is a form of meditation. You may even wish to share the exercise with others you meet online, or who share a similar interest.”

[ahead] “Every aircraft that travels on Gaia is accompanied by at least one pair of our “craft’, usually in a manner that is not revealed to human sight. We usually travel just ahead of the craft. Please contact Dreamwalker on Spirit Train Chronicles (WordPress) or DreamwalkerDiaries (blogspot) and ask him to point you to his experience of the visitors who can change size instantaneously. Please tell him it was not a dream.”

“Some of the Crew on STC have been discussing this dream of his, as well as a video of rainbow-colored “dust motes” that were actually tiny beings. Leslee has been photographing orbs in the sky near the sun, thinking they were dust motes or lens artifacts. We have been trying to explain to her through Ghost Radar (there’s more info on this on BUTTA http://thinktoask.com/gaia/gaia-physiology/ and Spirit Train Chronicles https://spirittrainchronicles.com/beneath-the-surface/) – that Gaia is permeated by beings that may appear microscopic, ‘full size’, or simply be ‘cloaked’ by vibrating at a frequency that human eyes cannot perceive.”

“Our point is that usually these beings/craft are miniscule, but they can shift scale in an instant, and every once in a while they are spotted. Atlanta, where Leslee lives, has an unusually large number of these craft, due to the airport and the military base. There is a video on YouTube of a pair that were spotted on June 4, 2012 (http://youtu.be/CJeEjuK1bQI).”

“So here is the exercise: When you board an aircraft, please mentally acknowledge and greet your unseen companions. Look around and see if you see anything unusual. It could be shimmers of light or refractions such as odd heat ripples, or flashes of light. Ask them to signal to you. They generally stay near the nosecone of a jet until the jet begins to taxi. Then they fly up above the jet, and a bit in front.”

“If you sleep on your flights, as you drift off, think of them and mentally express the wish to connect with them telepathically. You may also do this while you are awake. Additionally, if you are awake, simply try to maintain a gentle awareness of their presence, and visualize a part of yourself, your mind, outside the jet flying with them. Become accustomed to the experience of joining them when you sense they are near. Even if you don’t see anything, trust that they are there and try to connect and join. Please feel free to share with the Crew any experiences that you have related to this exercise, that you feel are of note.”

“Hopefully that is enough to encourage you and get you started. If you find you will not be flying soon, it may help to know that we often accompany many types of vehicles. And often, we will join travelers who request companionship.”

“We look forward to your experiencing, and helping others experience, the sensation and awareness of having company that may be of an unexpected scale as well as density. Please keep in mind, as you share with others, that there will be skeptics, and also this awareness may frighten and make some uncomfortable. So please use your most compassionate judgement when interacting with others about this. The most beneficial default position would be to wait until you hear the topic raised, and also to mentally express the wish for everyone to develop this awareness and a sincere curiosity about it.”

It took a month, but I finally got my interview with Adrial through Mark Kimmel typed up! I think I only have one or two more posts, and then I’ll shift to pendulum-making mode!
