   I have had this on my watch later playlist for some time and only today got around to listening to it.

   Ties in a lot to the history our Brother Valiant, and the Star People have been giving to us…worth a listen. It gets especially interesting about 26 minutes into the video.

We’re going to be provided for, and covered, and held close….even the prodigal sons too, are welcomed back with open arms, Whole~Heartedly. So whatever happens here…I’m going to give up my life for that Greater Life to live through me, if it wants me here, here is where I’ll be.

    When Bill speaks forth and brings forth the stories….and the wisdom….from the Hour Glass….he is doing so through the Light in his being….like a Light House watching out….for those sailing their ships….some on stormy seas….with rocky jagged coastlines.     Dear friends, dear lovers of life, I am Isis. I am the bird that flies freely in the sky, enjoying both the energies of Heaven and of Earth. I am inside you all, so one day you will fly free of this body and be like a bird, traveling elsewhere in the universe.

    Wherever you go, you have two energies inside you. One is the energy of joy, which keeps you moving forward, always finding new ways of expressing yourself, always seeking life and adventure. The energy of joy is the light inside you; it is truly what Creation is made of. When you feel the energy of joy, truly feel it and become fulfilled; know there is nothing outside it that you are looking for. The energy of joy is a purpose in itself. It is the expression of life in its freest form and therefore you cannot capture it – joy is the essence of life.
    But, as I said, there are two energies which you take with you. The energy of joy is one and the energy of darkness or pain is the other. Where there is darkness or pain, there is no joy, only its absence. It is the part of you that feels stuck, separated, and lonely. Nonetheless, it has a meaningful role to play within Creation. The energy of joy and the energy of pain or darkness deeply belong together. Inside the darkness is always a craving for liberation, for life. Darkness yearns to be released, and when the energy of joy embraces it with acceptance and lightness, the darkness cannot resist and will open up. Everything that is dark, both within you and within the world, longs for life, longs for liberation.

    I ask you to now connect with your own darkness and to not see it as an enemy. It is a part of Creation, it has meaning. As the joyful part of you seeks expression during many lifetimes throughout  the universe, it crosses boundaries and discovers unknown territories. This very movement will create the energies of fear, insecurity, and ignorance, and you are then confronted with pain and suffering. Nonetheless, somewhere behind this suffering is the energy of joy. There is such a lust for life in your heart and your soul that at a deep level you are willing to engage with the suffering. Because you are so full of love, the joy enables you to explore life deeply and always go beyond boundaries and into new adventures.

    I now ask that you connect inside your body with the dark areas which cause you trouble, or where you feel a heavy energy, or where you connect with an emotion that is continually  bothering you and that you consider to be negative and blocking you. And now imagine that you see this particular area or emotion as an energy that is waiting to be released. You can look at it in this way: this dark energy inside you is a pioneer of consciousness; it is the part of you that is moving beyond what you consider safe. It is exploring something new that you do not yet understand and therefore gives you confusion and perhaps sadness or struggle. But it is because you are such an adventurous spirit that you are willing to accept the darkness and to deal with it.

    So I ask that you see the darkest part of yourself – the part that is struggling – as your most revolutionary part that is uncovering new experiential territory. I invite you to visualize this part – this difficult emotion or that physical problem – as a warrior. Visualize this part as a warrior in whatever way you like. See it as a male presence, and look at the fire in his eyes. He is wounded, but at the same time he is a deeply creative part of you.

    Now imagine or visualize the joyful part of you and see it in the shape of a female figure, a woman. She is dancing, singing, feeling free and light, but she wants to join the warrior. She has a deep yearning to be with him and to embrace him, because she knows that he is the adventurer and will open up new territories to explore. And she will follow him and embrace him with her healing powers and her spirit of joy and laughter. So imagine the two of them coming together: the hurt and wounded part of you and the joyful and free part. Imagine them embracing; you can feel that they deeply love each other.

    The words “light” and “dark” have become associated with good and bad, with judgment, but these energies are much more playful and far-reaching than such a narrow framework would allow. Both these energies are full of life and together form the essence of Creation. So imagine these energies merging and feel this in your heart and in your abdomen. The heart is the seat of love and joy, while the abdomen is the seat of passion and emotion, and, therefore, also of emotional pain. The heart desires to descend and to embrace the energy in the abdomen and this is what true healing means: that you embrace the dark emotions and desires within yourself and recognize them as your partners in Creation, and not as an energy you need to get rid of, but as an essential part of you.

    Darkness plays a vital role in your lives, and exploring that role is why you are here, why you have incarnated in this flesh. When the emotions – the so-called lower nature of yourself as a human – become inspired by the energy of the heart, the energy of joy and fearlessness, then true creativity arises. By that I mean you will experience a kind of creativity within you that is grounded and real and that you can truly express in your everyday life.

    Some people have a lot of loving energy in their hearts and so they are able to connect with the energy of joy at those times when they feel inspired. But because the emotions of the lower region of their abdomen feel stuck or blocked, and because they do not know how to deal with these emotions, these people are unable to fully release and express their joy and inspiration in practical ways. They start to feel disconnected from this world, from Earth, and from human society.

    The key to overcoming this lack of connection is to really address the parts of yourself that are in need of emotional healing. Inspiration alone is not enough; you need to recognize the darkness within yourself as your partner and not as a block that needs to be eliminated. It is by embracing and working with your own darkness that spiritual alchemy takes place: true transformation.

    Often when you “work on yourself” – for example, in therapy or different modes of healing – you are still struggling with your darkness, because you are very eager to find ways to get rid of it. But behind this eagerness is a disrespect for the vital role that darkness fulfills in the universe. You are not playing or dancing with these energies; instead, you are struggling with them and, in the end, this can exhaust you because it takes a lot of energy to struggle with yourself.

    TO GENUINELY START THE HEALING PROCESS, YOU NEED TO RELEASE THE NOTION OF A STRUGGLE OR A BATTLE BETWEEN LIGHT AND DARK WITHIN YOURSELF. REALLY RESPECT THE DARK PARTS; EVEN YOUR VIOLENT, AGGRESSIVE PARTS ARE NOT INTRINSICALLY BAD. IF YOU ADDRESS THESE PARTS WITH COMPASSION AND THE SINCERE YEARNING TO REACH INTO THEIR ESSENCE IN ORDER TO FULLY UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE REALLY ABOUT, THEY WILL LISTEN TO YOU; THEY WILL COME TO YOU AS WOULD A CHILD. IT IS THE ENERGY OF JUDGMENT AND RESISTANCE THAT INTENSIFIES DARKNESS, WHEREAS IT IS THE ENERGY OF ACCEPTANCE AND JOY THAT ALWAYS CREATES UNIFICATION.

    This dynamic process is something that is unfolding, not only at the level of your personal lives, you can also witness it in the world at large in which you are living. Throughout your religious traditions, there has been an immense fear of darkness, passion, creativity, and FREE SELF-EXPRESSION. OUT OF FEAR, THERE HAS DEVELOPED A NEED TO CONTROL THE HUMAN SPIRIT. AND THE SAD THING IS THAT, AS A RESULT, THERE HAS BEEN NOT ONLY A FEAR OF DARKNESS, BUT ALSO A FEAR OF JOY.THE ENERGY OF JOY HAS NOT BEEN WELCOME IN HUMAN SOCIETIES FOR A VERY LONG TIME.

    It may seem strange to say this, because everyone on Earth agrees that all human beings want to be happy, but your notions of happiness have become so restricted, so narrow, that they leave no space for the energy of joy. Joy is ever flowing, it cannot live inside rigid structures and hierarchies, or obey false authorities; joy is a truly revolutionary energy. Joy has often been expressed in the arts: in literature, poetry, and music, and most people who surrender to the flow of joy in their life will become outsiders. They will feel that they are different and do not fit in with mainstream consciousness.

    There are certain definitions of happiness in your society, but most of them are to some extent controlling. For instance, earning money is supposed to make you happy, having a successful career is supposed to make you happy, getting married and having a family is a goal that many people pursue, but as you all know and observe around you, all these things do not guarantee happiness. You can find happiness in all these things, but the essential part of that happiness is something inside you. Nothing outside you can make it happen. True happiness means that you feel you are embodying the spirit of joy; that you have become friends with the dark parts of yourself and are free to explore life.

    THE THEME OF OUR GATHERING, HERE AND NOW, is the return of Isis, and I AM WAITING FOR YOU TO OPEN UP TO MY SPIRIT AND TO FIND THE FOUNTAIN OF JOY INSIDE YOUR HEART AND, AT THE SAME TIME, TO EMBRACE THE DARKNESS WITHIN. AND THAT IS ACTUALLY ONE MOVEMENT, ONE FLOW. DANCE WITH LIFE; DANCE WITH WHATEVER LIFE IS BRINGING TO YOU. TRY NOT TO JUDGE IT, TO LABEL IT AS GOOD OR BAD; LIFE IS FAR TOO RICH AND MYSTERIOUS TO BE APPROACHED IN THAT WAY. YOU REALLY LIBERATE YOURSELF IF YOU STOP DOING THAT.

    Very briefly put, there are two ways of opening up to the Isis energy, and this is what is now happening all around the world. Either you decide to open up to this energy consciously and freely or you get so caught up in crisis and suffering that you go through a really difficult time or become ill, and then you will have to open up to the spirit of life, either in this lifetime or in another one.

    At this moment on Earth, things are intensifying. There is a huge need for liberation, for releasing the heavy energies inside people. Energies always move, they are dynamic, and there is such an accumulation of pain and suffering in humanity that this energy has to rise to the surface and express itself. It is like something explosive: it needs expression at some point. The more conscious people become, the more this healing process of release can happen in a balanced way. The more you address darkness with deep understanding, the milder its expression will be. But this will not be possible all round the world. There will be expressions of deep pain and aggression that can be really hurtful to others.

    I AM ASKING YOU, EVEN IN THE FACE OF VERY VIOLENT EXPRESSIONS OF PAIN, TO REMAIN IN THE SPACE OF COMPASSION. COMPASSION DOES NOT JUDGE, IT SIMPLY OBSERVES. YOU MAY FEEL SAD ABOUT THE LACK OF AWARENESS IN THE WORLD, THE PRESENCE OF FEAR AND MISUNDERSTANDING AND THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION; BUT I AM ASKING OF YOU: IF YOU WANT TO PRESERVE MY SPIRIT, IF YOU WANT TO PASS IT ON TO OTHERS, DO NOT JUDGE THE DARKNESS; BE STILL AND KEEP THE SPACE INSIDE YOUR HEART OPEN.

    What HOLDS YOU ALL TOGETHER as living beings is YOUR HUMANNESS. You all are made up of light and darkness, of joy and pain. And WHEN WE DEEPLY UNDERSTAND THIS ABOUT EACH OTHER, AND DARE TO COMMUNICATE FREELY ABOUT IT WITH ONE ANOTHER, THEN TRUE HEALING WILL ARISE. IT IS UNAVOIDABLE, BECAUSE THINGS CANNOT STAY AS THEY ARE.

    Please travel lightly, do not hold on to the burdens of the past. YOU ARE AN EXPLORER OF THE NEW, YOU ARE AN ADVENTURER. WORK TOGETHER WITH THE WARRIOR INSIDE YOU.     Greetings Dear Ones, I AM here to bring forth an update with the current energies at play from the celestial bodies affecting the collective, and what is to come soon within the Divine Plan. There is a great and harmonious dance occurring for some moments now with the planets surrounding our Beloved Mother Earth. Some of your astrologers are aware of such activity, providing information to assist the collective. Let us delve deeper into the energies affecting the collective and causing much change, seen and unseen. As always, Awareness transforms into Consciousness.

    Much is occurring in your solar system and beyond. This is due to Divine Plan unfolding, where all of Creation is taking part, to fulfill the Destiny of the Ascension of Mother Earth… Unity Consciousness. While many planets and other celestial bodies hold certain energies which affects the collective as a whole, our main focus will be with SATURN and MARS.     The Energies of Saturn

    The original energies of Saturn were not what most people think they are now. Originally, SATURN was responsible for the energies of Harmony and Balance… to oversee things are in a constant flow with LOVE around THE WORLD, SOCIETIES AND ENVIRONMENTS. The old controllers, TWISTED AND MANIPULATED these energies into constructs such as :

    Control,

SATURN’S role is fully REINSTATED into it’s ORIGINAL ROLE, and All that does not resonate with Love must come into harmony. Most of the lightworker community have gone through and continue to go through lessons, to have the opportunity to transform all that does not resonate with your Soul… with Love. Many have asked, “Why am I going through such hardships? Is everyone going through what I am going through? Are the old controllers feeling these effects?

    Dear Ones, ALL CHOICES ARE BEING HONORED, as there is no judgement. The concept of judgement is an illusion, created by the mind to make itself feel better… or worse. However, there is Choice. You can choose to the arduous path or the easy path. The mind will always put you on the arduous path and keep you in illusionary comfort zones. The Heart, will put you on the True Path to the Divine. Combining the mind and heart, is the most difficult of journeys, as you are keeping one foot in 3D/4D, while the other in 5D. You will be stuck transforming energies, and can not excel in your Spiritual Growth, nor fulfill your mission of Ascension. Choose wisely Dear Ones. REGARDING THE OLD CONTROLLERS, THEY ORIGINALLY HAD A SPELL IN PLACE TO NULLIFY THE AFFECTS OF KARMA. This was removed by Mother of All Creation, Great Spirit, The Holy Spirit. Once this was removed, the karmic backlash came in similar to a rubber band effect. if you think you have had difficult experiences, just imagine what the old controllers are going through in these now moments. Long have they hung on to the illusionary power of control, to only witness and experience, the only Power in All of Creation is LOVE.
     
    The Energies of Mars

    Mars is going through an intense transition. Currently, all of Planets are at the right side of the Sun, while Mars is to the left side. These are the moments of INTROSPECTION with the Mars energies on THE INDIVIDUAL AND COLLECTIVE LEVELS. The original energies of Mars is that of :

    Every year, we experience the end of July / early August as an unusually intense energetic portal. How deeply you feel this portal is a reflection of your degree of sensitivity, journey, karma, dharma and other evolutionary requirements at this time.

    However, all of this amazingness – is an annual event.

    Some of you might understand this as the window of time between the Mayan Calendar´s Day Out of Time,  the heliacal rising of Sirius, the Lion´s Gate (8:8) and so on. Here is a writeup by a dear friend of mine that beautifully weaves it all together.

    Astrologically speaking, we also see bursts of energy coming through the Leo Sun´s trine to the Great Attractor (August 6), the Galactic Center (August 20) and so on. We tend to also see Eclipses occuring in this month.
    So … really … there´s a lot that generally tends to happen in this time period.

    And the fact it happens yearly does not discount its importance.

    In this time we are urged to discover, embody and experience what truly brings us to life, what activates our capacity of Joy, connection and creative inspiration. We also look at the friendship groups and related networks which allow individuals to mutually support and celebrate each anothers´ energies, whilst developing their own.

    It´s a great time for many to come alive and/or to realize where an older understanding of Self must give way to a new one. Many realizations will unfold.

    But this year, things have felt unusually heavy.

    And there are other celestial reasons for that too – the fact that Uranus is edging itself out of Aries (2018-2019, watch out for fireworks!), the many energetic repercussions of many potent seeds of intention and action set into motion since 2012, e.g. The Uranus-Pluto squares, Grand Cardinal Crosses, Eris-Uranus conjunctions … and so on.

    Still, I wasn´t satisfied. My instinct guided me to look at more specific factors. And so I did, and finally found out what was bugging me.

    Now I have summarized all this in a video – so if you prefer that format, here´s the link:

    We currently have the following astrological bodies in a Grand Fire Trine:

    Now getting into each and every one of these combinations will be a very long write and very long read, so I´m going to summarize . . . heavily.

    WHAT ARIES SAYS IN THIS ALIGNMENT

    WE ARE ASKED TO FIND A NEW VERSION OR VISION OF THE SELF AND THE ENERGY THAT IT CARRIES.
    THIS WILL REQUIRE US TO GIVE UP OLD DEFINITIONS OF WHO YOU ARE, NO MATTER WHAT SENSE OF POWER, CONTROL OR STATUS IT MAY GIVE YOU.
    THIS WILL REQUIRE MANY OF US TO EMPTY THE CUP SO IT CAN BE FILLED ONCE MORE.

Listen to your Body and connect it to safer energetic channels of Source / Sky / Earth – and see what knowledge it contains.
If you are hyperactive, burning the midnight oil, unable to sleep – you need to give your body permission to rest and recalibrate. This will require you to Surrender to the Process.
If you´re up and at it and all feels good – then, enjoy!

    WHAT LEO SAYS IN THIS ALIGNMENT

    We are asked to plunge fearlessly into deep, potentially long-forgotten spaces within.
We seek to connect with the Inner Central Sun that gives life, hope, liberation to Being.
Some of these journeys will be joyfully welcomed by older versions of self (and those who knew way back when) to welcome you in the re-discovery of ancient spiritual technologies, memories and forms of knowledge – especially connected with Atlantis and/or Egypt (they were most certainly related)
Some of these journeys will involve the re-visitation of severe spiritual pain, trauma and wounding. In which cases many old ´gifts´ and energy technologies (as powerful as they are) may need to be surrendered – this is not an easy thing to do when one obtains power from the knowledge that is held – but that is the test at hand.
We are asked to be mindful of where tread and how strongly we do so. Whatever you choose to be, do so consciously. However, do not feel the need to make yourself feel huge, or tiny to please or measure yourself up against others. Just be what you are.

    WHAT SAGITTARIUS SAYS IN THIS ALIGNMENT

    BE HUMBLE. BE WILLING TO LEARN.
LISTEN TO YOUR INNER WISDOM.
KNOW THAT WHATEVER YOU DO KNOW IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
    SHOULD SOMEONE ATTEMPT TO BROWBEAT YOU WITH THEIR PERCEIVED ´AUTHORITY´, WALK.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO TAKE ABUSE.
SHOULD SOMEONE INTIMIDATE YOU WITH THEIR WISDOM WITHOUT EVEN TRYING.
YOU MIGHT CONSIDER LISTENING AND QUESTIONING WHY YOU RESPOND THE WAY YOU DO.
    BE OPEN TO WALKING A NEW ROAD, EVEN IF THAT MEANS GIVING UP THE PEDESTAL OF HAVING ATTAINED KNOWLEDGE.
    BECAUSE. IT. ALL. CHANGES.

    Now … that´s not all … The bodies in this Grand Fire Trine are all being activated by their complementary positions in the Air Signs. Here´s a few of them:

    Venus: 25 Gemini, Rhadamanthus: 26 Libra, Damocles & South Node 24-25 Aquarius.

    The challenge here is to avoid judging your path or another´s too harshly. Where discernment is called for, self-flagellation or self-aggrandization on the basis of a distorted sense of self-worth … is less desirable. Whatever insights you do come yp with, remember to see if the ideals or values that you use to make your judgements resonate with how you live, build relationships and simply Be at the day-to-day level. In other words:
    Your words, judgements and ideals need to meet the embodied reality you inhabit.

    The Damocles-South Node conjunction is a tricksy one. Many of you may feel like MAKING ABSOLUTE CHOICES AT THE FORK IN THE ROAD AT THIS TIME, FINDING IT INCREDIBLY PAINFUL TO DO SO (ESPECIALLY IF YOU´RE WORKING THROUGH PAST KARMIC TIES). YOU MAY WANT TO PERFORM CORD-CUTTING RITUALS THAT FOCUS ON THE BODY´S AURIC FIELD, BUT PARTICULARLY ANYTHING THAT TARGETS THE UPPER CENTERS OF PERCEPTION. YOU MAY FEEL PUSHED INTO A MORE NARROWER VIEW OF REALITY THAN YOU YOURSELF RESONATE WITH – THAT´S HOW KARMIC PRESSURE WORKS. THE … CRISIS OR FORK IN THE ROAD ITSELF MAY DISAPPEAR AS YOU ALLOW YOURSELF TO SEE THE SITUATION FROM A MORE NEUTRAL, MORE OPEN VANTAGE POINT. SUGGESTED PRACTICES ARE AT THE END OF THE ARTICLE – OTHERWISE – FIND FACILITATORS WHO HAVE THE GROUNDING, EXPERTISE AND SKILL-SETS TO HELP YOU THROUGH THIS.

    AND ALL THAT ADDS UP TO?
    A GRAND SEXTILE.

    If we are including Venus, Rhadamanthus and Damocles/South Node into the alignment, we get a Grand Sextile / Star of David combining the elements of Fire and Air.

    THE STAR OF DAVID is  … possibly the most potent symbol of manifestation there is.
    Seeing that alignment in the skies is akin to getting a blank cheque from Source with the words: Cash in whatever you like.
    And THE CHALLENGE THEN BECOMES IN KNOWING THAT MANIFESTATION COMES FROM THE DEEPER, HIDDEN ASPECTS OF THE SELF THAT THE CONSCIOUS MIND THEN HAS TO BUILD A BRIDGE TO.

    So .. these energies are … preparing us for something quite powerful. And the scope of what we do with these forces are immense.
    Now – some of you may not be feeling any of this at all. And that could be for one of many reasons.
    (1) Those civilizational / past-karmic imprints do not resonate with you
(2) This is not the time for you to address this in your path
(3) You have addressed it and all is cool and you´re surfing the cosmic winds.

    BEAR IN MIND THAT WHAT YOU FEEL FROM ALL THIS DEPENDS ON YOUR LEVEL OF PSYCHIC SENSITIVITY, YOUR … PARTICULAR STAGE OR JOURNEY IN KARMIC PROCESSING … AND … WHETHER OR NOT IT IS PART OF YOUR DHARMA TO ADDRESS THIS. THOSE WHO WORK WITH OTHERS AT A DEEP ENERGETIC LEVEL WOULD BENEFIT TO BEAR THE INTENSITY OF THIS ALIGNMENT IN MIND. THINGS ARE AMPLIFIED AT THIS TIME, AND HOW!

    But not everyone is going to feel like they´ve just popped out of The Sun and are ready to take on the World. . . Some of you will feel the absolute opposite. Depressed, challenged, harrassed, unable to to have faith in the Very Thing that makes you Special, Powerful and Beautiful: You.

    If you are struggling, that does not mean you are less evolved.
And vice versa.
    
This is not the time to be making value judgements of that kind.
As … that Grand Fire Trine is all to eager to fuel the flames of pride … before the fall.
    Be Love, no matter where you are in that process, at whatever stage of the Journey you are on.

    SUGGESTED PRACTICES

    Working with THE VIOLET FLAME and the energy of ARCHANGEL MICHAEL would be of great benefit at this time for many.

    Make sure you have protective light and energy around you and a solid connection to the Earth & Source. Call in your guides, if appropriate.

    When you feel a cord, device, or simply something that shouldn´t be there visualize A VIOLET SWORD OR FLAME CUTTING IT THROUGH AND BURNING THROUGH THE HOOK. Set the intention that the cord that is cut remains cut, with healing sent to both sides (if you wish). Flame it out afterwards (in visualization) and seal/heal with golden energy. LET WHATEVER IS CUT AND RELEASED GO BACK TO SOURCE/EARTH. AND ALLOW IT TO BE DONE.

    GOOD GEMSTONE ALLIES for the process of CORD CUTTING include BLACK OBSIDIAN (IN AN ARROWHEAD SHAPE), NOVACULITE, BRANDENBERG AMETHYST AND GREEN AVENTURINE.

    GEMSTONES TO HEAL AND SEAL THE AURA (with a golden energy visualization) include LABRADORITE, AMBER, NUUMMITE, and so on. Remember that cutting is not enough, SEALING and AFTER-CARE is vitally important.

    Essential oil recommendations here (please research dosage, dilution, contraindications before use, as usual): FRANKINCENSE, BLACK PEPPER, CLARY SAGE.

    You may also want to integrate the practice of Hoʻoponopono as part of this process. Remember to give gratitude, release and thanks when you are done.
     
    The other approach is far less hands-on – but equally as potent.
     
    As a grounding, energizing, protective and stabilizing energy, I would recommend working with the Lion Goddess (Prathyangira Devi). She does not have the same energetic signature as Goddess Sekhmet and I SUSPECT they come from different ´places´ so to speak.

    I´ve also attached instructions for a guided meditation for those interested. Please do it in full as the Mantra is potent and has its own … trajectory.

    You may also want to support this meditation with ESSENTIAL OILS SUCH AS MYRRH, GERANIUM AND ROSE. Remember to check their properties before working with them, especially if pregnant and/or highly sensitive.

    Ideally, you would work through this with a facilitator who could hold that space for you to do so. I´m including it here for those who can do that for themselves.

    Not something I would indiscriminately recommend to everyone as these practices have a profound effect – and many requirements on the part of the facilitator to fulfill. This is here as a citable reference for those who at at that stage in their journeys, if they understand the process and its associated requirements and risks. Please do not push yourself to do these practices this if you feel uncertain about it or ungrounded in general.
    In which case, resting, sleeping, taking care of the basics is more than enough.
