Hi Vanessa, great point! I feel awareness is the first step towards dismantling the system. After that, we either choose to continue the system, or disengage from that which no longer serves. There are many reasons to continue that system, and many reasons to dismantle it. Sometimes the solution is to simply stop making choices.
