RECONDITIONING

bliss
bubbling
below the surface

what was happening

conditioned to fear these feelings
deny their existence
pretend

let us experience life
not knowing
what comes next

because
in darker episodes
is so much healing

shadow simply the other side
experience contains its opposite
the seed of the shadow

meet it with love

the way we think
we practice a shape
we are not ready to express

a deity with immense power

we find bliss
if we simply continue
experiencing the sensations
