Beloved Ones, we greet you today from the GLS Tulya. We are your star brothers and sisters, from the Pleiadian homeworld.
We would like to speak to you about the process that some of you are currently undergoing, namely the transition between a 3D carbon-based human to a 5D crystalline being. When you finish this process, some of you will want to rejoin friends and family who await your return to the ships and home planets. You have loved ones, husbands and wives, children, extended families and friends on the ships. They watch your progress daily as you move through these challenging times.
What should you expect when you come abroad the ships? For one, most of the starships are sentient collective beings. Crew and ship work together in a symbiotic manner, each supporting the other. The crew performs “duties” and the ship provides a living environment. Through thought and intent, the inner environment of the ship can adjust to the needs of the crew or an individual within the crew. Most of us have spent many years aboard our ship and are very close with one another. We also visit some of the neighboring ships, especially when there are council or strategy meetings to attend, although much of this work can be done telepathically. Still our people enjoy being together.
Right now, some of you are recovering from the latest onslaught of transmuting energies that your sun has sent to the planet through a huge coronal mass ejection or CME. Our scribe spent some of the past weekend taking naps to release the fatigue she was dealing with, but being an old hand at this business, she has recovered nicely. Do not fret if you are feeling under the weather a bit. The physical body is changing from a cellular (and smaller) level. Your DNA is being upgraded and reconnected. The DNA that your scientists have called “junk” is coming online and with this upgrade, you will be blessed with new gifts, deepened psychic abilities, profound awareness, stronger intuition, and perhaps clairaudience, clairsentience and clairvoyance. Again, if you do not see any evidence of this, be at ease. The changes in your consciousness level will come apparent soon enough.
One change that has been noticed by our scribe is an abiding sense of peace that she can tune into at will during the day, even in her busy work environment. It has provided her with hope and a renewed sense of balance.
The changes that will most likely be the last to occur will be the ones in your physical appearance. Before that occurs, you may suddenly feel “younger” and stronger, having more physical energy than has been the case over the last few years. Again, for our scribe this is a welcome change as her energy levels have been greatly affected during the last 25 years of the ascension cycle (1987 to 2012).
While the transmuting energies bring many satisfying changes for our lightworkers and starseeds, you may notice that other people are feeling more stressed. Those who have lived a life dedicated to serving self at the expense of others will suddenly see their actions and behaviors mirrored to them, vividly. They might undergo a startling change of heart or they might suffer a sudden heart attack or other health issues. All depends on contracts made by the individual before entering into incarnation during this time. It is important not to sit in judgment of others or even yourself now. One cannot know what is truly in the heart of another individual. Comparison of your progress to another person is also counter-productive, as each one of you is entirely unique and precious in the eyes of Creator.
We realize that these words have been presented by other sources, but it is always good to underline the value in seeking to care for you and to give space to others, as each soul undergoes their individualized dance through this transitional period.
As a starship, we can offer you a place to heal, recuperate or learn during these times. Speak your intent to visit us before going to sleep at night; we will welcome you aboard. Further details of what is available can be read about on the pages of “Spirit Train Chronicles.”
For many of you who have incarnated upon this planet from other worlds or dimensions, life on Earth has been challenging in so many ways. You have had to adapt to wearing a skin “suit”, your physical body, and living in a polluted, noisy environment. Your former abilities have been locked away and your connection to “Home” veiled from you, mostly so you would not decide to leave too soon, before completing your mission. Now, gradually so your physical body can adapt to the changes, your abilities and awareness are returning. You are waking up and remembering why you chose to be here now. Now the time has come to decide what comes next.
Some of you will want to return to the stars or your home densities / dimensions. Others will choose to remain with the planet to assist the remaining population to bring their world into a golden age of beauty and abundance. Others will decide to drop their current physical body and be re-born on the new Gaia. Still others will move on, continuing their soul journeys in 3D until it is their time to wake up and ascend. All these choices are being made now, even by those who seem deeply asleep. Remember to honor their sovereignty and to focus on the choice standing before you.
We love you deeply. Call upon us to assist you in moments of need, as well as calling upon the angels and Masters. Remember spirit cannot come to your aid unless you give your permission first. We follow the Law of One. We are One with you and honor your sovereignty to make your own choices. After all, it was to experience individuality that you came to this earthly schoolroom.

Spirit Train Chronicles 
I discovered that I could “feel” people’s emotions when I was a massage therapist. It was a little disconcerting as some people carry a lot of despair, worry, etc., and when they find out that you have a compassionate heart, they want you to never go away. I had to leave the profession. I don’t claim to be a guru for anyone. Each of us has their own unique journey and gifts. The lovely thing is, in places like this site, is seeing the beauty of those gifts and how we can all contribute our special part to the Whole. So, when I make a comment, only take that which resonates for you (not just Troy, here) and leave the rest. And make those words that resonate yours by reframing them for yourself. They’re ultimately not “mine”, merely coming through my fingers as I type. We all channel Spirit all the time.

Hi Troy,
Love is the connecting force of the Universe; it is what binds us together. Your increasing light is going to bring up unresolved issues for your sleepy former buddies, making them feel uncomfortable around you. Others will be drawn to you. It’s all a matter of being comfortable with your gifts as you develop them. Your calm and patient demeanor will go far to defusing situations. If someone begins to act out, you can choose to remove yourself.
I haven’t tried to connect telepathically with people who appear to be sleeping, but often know what they’re going to say before they open their mouth.
Haven’t experienced the white noise phenomena; interesting observation. Focus on connecting via the heart when attempting to connect telepathically over distance. I know when someone close is thinking of me or writing an email to me, through the warmth in my heart. There is no time and space that can separate hearts that beat as One.

Thank you Elizabeth, I appreciate your advice. Connecting to others who are asleep is something I think I did before I was aware of all this. So it was not something I did “on purpose”, it was something I think I may have been doing “on instinct”.
Elizabeth, there are a few observations I’ve had. As I develop these abilities, I notice that others around me who are clearly “asleep” have an increasingly negative attitude towards me.
For those who are friends, I notice that a telepathic connection “feels” similar to love. When I accidentally connect to someone, they misinterpret this, and things can get a little awkward…
I am not trying to “do” anything about these things other than to understand them better. I agree that we are already “there”.
Another observation is that, recently, when I try to connect to others, there is a lot of “white noise” babble of everyone on the planet, and it’s hard to hear others over long distances on the surface. I find it’s easier to connect to those inside the planet.

Thanks for the article, I enjoyed reading it. I have three diaries full of happenings that I had. I only started really recording in 2005-2006 and from then till now I am still writing down my experiences and dreams. Now I notice that the dream I had during the night, some elements of the dream comes up during the day. Like I was dreaming that I gave up my daughter for adoption, then during the day I saw on the tv something about adoption, and it happens frequently now. I don’t know how to call this, also synchronization?

Never really thought I had any of these just a gut feeling instinct for things. I can now say I have clairscognisence. and a little clairvoyance. I did at times when younger hear voices and have heard a male and a female voice just recently but nothing since. I also love the feeling of peace I am beginning to feel. Thanks for your wonderful comments, everyone. I think we’ve touched on a subject or subjects that could be further explored. I would encourage everyone to write something about their experiences with intuition, clairaudience and other “psychic” abilities. These really are our native abilities, our birthright as humans, being returned to us. No worries, Babajij. Thank you. ^v^ Yes, it is my right shoulder (which I always thought was odd since I was thrown against the driver’s side door- my left -in that accident). I’m actually not sure how to answer your second question really… I’ve been unemployed for a few years, leaving me with meager access to certain things… but I’m fed, clothed, and sheltered and I have the opportunity to look after my ailing mum… along with the opportunity to focus on my artwork. For that, I’m grateful. There is a bit of pressure from her husband that feels I’m not “contributing” (which his idea of contribution is simply money) But she and I both know I contribute plenty in many ways that don’t require currency…
Perhaps it is my desire to see my mum restored to a healthy condition, free from all the pharmaceuticals they’ve prescribed her… the doctors have told her that she suffers from fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, and sjogrens… they treat her, but she does not get better or find comfort… yet she is on eight different medications that are supposed to give her relief… I look for ways to help her but my skills and talents are in art, not healing… it bothers me at times, but this I’ve felt for some time and only late monday nite did the pain begin…

While I had heard of clairvoyance and clairaudience before, I hadn’t heard of clairsentience. (Give me too many words with the same prefix and I tend to confuse the individual meanings lol) Well, upon reading the definition of clairsentience, I realised that this is what I’d been referring to as
feeling “vibes” or strong empathy. But the definition for clairsentience describes my experiences far more accurately… and all this time, I hadn’t the slightest clue- well… I suppose knowing about clairvoyance and clairaudience could be considered a clue…
I also experience claircognizance (saw it listed under clairsentience) on what might actually be a daily basis. I did not know this word before typing this paragraph… I usually assumed such occurrences to simply be a “good guess” or something “I must have read somewhere before.” Nothing profound or prophetic though, just random bits info like the meaning of words or the origin of things like places or names. And for whatever reason, I don’t second-guess it. I did a few times, some time ago… but discovered my “guess” was spot on and never questioned it again.

Think you got that correct. Those of us who choose to remain behind to assist the ones remaining in 3D, will have to work as guides, unseen, from the spirit planes. There might be other options, as well, such as embodying as a bodhisattva, but that’s something I would have to ask my guides…
I find doing these messages as exercises in practicing telepathy. I would encourage everyone reading here to write their own “thoughts” and inner conversations down. It’s good practice in the way we will be communicating all the time soon! And I find myself having inner conversations most of the day. Nice to know that we’re never alone, especially now, as we go through the catepillar to butterfly stage (thanks S. Beckow!).

Very true, I was going to mention the Bodhisattva, and deleted it – spot on tazjima! I find it kind of a tricky definition because if all are enlightened, then everyone would technically fit this definition, we are simply forgetting and then remembering all over again. I believe we are all Bodhisattva, helping each other remember, playing one role or another to benefit each other’s spiritual progression. ♥
Nice message, Elizabeth, thank you. I love hearing from our family on the Tulya. And so the ascension candidate, as I understand it, would not be able to continue in 3D other than as a guide for those willing to reach out as we have done telepathically. The choices in this respect would be more limited, and as I understand it that path is somewhat pre-determined.
