She has been awoken by the light vibrations surrounding the planet at this time, and the vibrational energy of the planet itself. A heart is beating.

M. This was once their home but it is now their prison. The overlords here on earth still run the program relentlessly but their masters are now contained. It is simply a matter of breaking free of the program. Dark vibrational energy is being transmuted at this time. Understand that you (lightworkers) must take on some of this energy. The KEY is that as you have already discovered, energy cannot be destroyed, it can only be transformed. This is EXACTLY what you are doing and more negative energy is taken on as you are able to do so. It is a gradual but a very NECESSARY thing at this time. Do not feel sad or bad it is just necessary. Someone has to do it, and it is only a minor discomfort to your daily routine.
M. Troy, thank you for your connection. I understand you are not in a position to help me break free from my prison but you are working partially towards this goal, and do not be concerned for I am not in any prison I can’t (physically) break out of, when the time is right.

Notes
This started off as a meditation but turned into a channeling session. I was not expecting / trying to connect to anyone in particular. What I note here are my observations. My goal in meditation is to initiate the process of embracing nothingness, and then initiate the process of receiving information from a fairly high vibration, especially where that information is followed by a series of energy band visualizations. This information does not always make sense until it can be seen in a larger context. All of it is open to discernment and further interpretation.

Troy I too hope she will remain safe If there are facilities underground and they are in fact using technology with held she may be in some form of coma induced sleep which she is able to hear and telepathically connect without their knowledge.
The dark energy makes sense now as I have felt it around me and have at times allowed anger to surface when my daughter challenges me at every turn of late. She is 8. Have found meditation to help if I do it more of late. Please keep us informed of her plight.
I try to think of darkness like this. when someone hands me lemons, I don’t just make lemonade… I make a frikkin’ lemon merenge pie. 😉 Sometimes my coworkers don’t understand this, but I see it as using yin-yang to my advantage. This also makes the antagonist look reaaly, really bad. In the case of your daughter, I wish I could observe to understand better this issue. It can be so hard when someone you love gives you a hard time.
Love lemon merenge pie:) Took daughter to pick crystals and I am going to introduce her to meditation to calm the rebel. She came along when the youngest son was 16 after four boys so is more or less like an only child. She is also beginning to remember dreams. Place her in a protective bubble at night now which stopped the nightmares. Pretty sure she is having trouble accepting the now three year old grandchildren Twins boy and girl (new star seeds? ) All three are independent and vocal when together.
I am seeing some similar things with my 6-year old son. Kindergarten this year. He had 3 years with an amazing preschool teacher. Now in Kindergarten it is less about skills and doing cool things, and more about learning the rules. That can be a very hard adjustment! So I went in yesterday to help out and he has a really lovely class – they all just know what to do and really help each other out. I noticed he is kind of nervous for some reason even though he’s doing really well at the stuff he’s being asked to do, like writing, math, etc. So I think there is a connection there between the “box” he’s being put into (the new rules) and his willingness to work within those constraints.
I don’t know if this will help you but usually rebellion is a direct result of someone who is struggling with a “box” in some part of their lives, which may be unrelated to the thing they’re rebelling against. This may include things like bullying, parents, siblings, teachers, after school programs, etc. or even just a hectic schedule. I’m definitely not directing my comments at you personally, I have seen all of these things with my kids. Meditation will help but it also might be helpful to “take a step back” and look at the source of the problem, address it if possible. Good luck, my friend. 🙂
O my you hit in on the head, this year yr 4-5 teacher expecting her to act as a yr 5 when she is yr 4. She has missed out as last years friends are in yr 4 classes. She flew up reading levels from 11- 25 last year. The fit with class and teacher have not happened and she is being bullied. Did address this with teacher last week of term. She is back next week so will keep a close eye, She was always a happy child helps everyone and always says hello to anyone. A free spirit that is as you say being forced into a box that does not fit her. Thank you Troy sorry did not mean to go of post 🙂
Haha Suzanne I was going to apologize to YOU for going off post… Well my heart goes out to your dear girl, I have found that “volunteering” in my boy’s classes has had unexpected and positive effects; this may or may not be an option for you. For me I have been able to see what’s going on and the kids really, really appreciate seeing their classmate’s parents wanting to help in class. I have an opportunity to help any kid who needs it, this can turn negative energy into positive.
Interestingly enough the bullies usually mask a learning deficiency, and can take it out on the smart kids. She’s younger and smart, she might as well have a target painted on her forehead… but also she has a lot of courage for “stepping up”. Please give her lots of hugs every day, or at least until she tells you to cut it out mom. 😀

I did not know that Mona Lisa was retrieved in a “living” state, but that is apparently the case from that interview. I assumed the body would have decomposed by now when they unhooked it from the ship. What this implies is that her body has been in this state for 1.5 million years without any supporting devices. It is evidence that a humanoid body can last that long – even here in 3d.

Thank You, Troy and M.L. for this message, yes, you are right, a lot of negative that needs transmutation is now over my shouders, the feeling is as if this darkness penetrates through me and is stopped by the inner Light beaming out of my heart, these two opposites are fighting and merging and at the same time I feel a powerful inner peace, this peace comes from the Knowledge and intuition, I know everything will be OK and this is a necessary process of cleaning and transmutation and I am chosen as are all of you here, we can do this because we awakened, the sleeping ones also experience the same but it manifests through them in aggressive actions and depressions, at the same time we all are collective Human consciousness and we who are aware CAN make the difference and show the way for others to follow!That is Our mission!

Suntria, I’m not sure what her real name is – this is the name that was in my head from what I’ve seen on the internet, so this is the name she used. I received a visual of her and her surroundings and it occurred to me that I could connect with her, so that’s what I did. You are correct, she was removed from the crash site on the moon back in the late 70’s. Her ship is still there as far as I know. Some of this session I wasn’t too sure about but I wrote it anyways. 🙂

And I think she actually feels she may have a pretty good deal because she is in a safe environment at this time – and her needs are taken care of. From the government’s perspective (or whomever runs the facility she’s in) they may believe she is a captive but this is not the case. Free room and board – you can’t beat that! 🙂
