Just Sayin’ Hi!

Greetings from Pagosa!

Hi, Everybody!

Well, Jason and I have both been talking an awful lot about posting, with neither of us getting around to it… This photo seems to provide the perfect opportunity to get around it doing it finally!

A friend took this pic last night, at one of the (sulphur-rich…. breathe in that gorgeous smell!) spring fountains along the San Juan river… Kinda funny – his attempt at giving me horns turned into a peace sign, and mine for him just looks like a single antenna…

I’ll just speak for myself, since I bet Jason will embellish in the comments…

We arrived a week ago today, and it has been a whirlwind since then! In fact, one of the reasons I have a chance to post is that I’ve come down with a slight cold, so clearly, Rest necessitates herself…

Housing secured – check!

Jobs secured – check for Jason! I had a nice interview on Friday, and hope for another tomorrow or Tuesday.

Mark Kimmel and Heidi Moller have introduced us both to a community of wonderful people, and their graciousness continues to warm my heart deeply. The word “Community” is deeply understood here, and I heartily look forward to sharing in the activities and coming-together that goes on here. I’m humbled and honored to be here.

I’m confident the day will arrive when I manage to post some pics of the breath-taking beauty here… Next week looks to be as hectic as this one, with moving and continued job-hunting (After all, it IS hunting season now…).

I miss you all terrifically! The mobile phone service is very spotty here, and internet access has been even more sparse… Hopefully once I get settled in, I can rejoin you all more regularly. My heart is with you all, even if there’s no “electronic” evidence… 🙂

On a Galactic front, I crave catching up on all the posts… Word around here is that there is definitely shift going on, and the world of 2013 will be quite different from now. The trick is: I got no details!

So I’ll sign off for now, and hope to be online with you more soon!

Much love and light to you all!

Leslee

  3. For me this was the icing on top of a perfect day of fishing with my sons. They caught clams, a stick, and the bottom of the lake. But we also saw 2 bald eagles, a monarch butterfly, and a snapping turtle (a big one). I also caught a smallmouth bass, but of course let him go! 🙂 Just a beautiful day. 🙂

So if you’re looking for details, well there you go! 😉 I have to say it is heart warming to see you guys so happy! Namaste, enjoy the ride…

  4. Great to hear from you, Leslee! You and Jason look very happy. Do let us know about opportunities there. Community is a good thing and it’s time… Much love,
    Elizabeth

  5. Good morning! Leslee and I have been very busy here, but as you can see happy too. My words can’t do Pagosa Springs justice. The landscape, sky, people, energy, everything is beautiful!
In Alabama I didn’t have anyone to talk to about any of this. Here, in a matter of days, I have truly found a community to share ideas and love with. Mark and Heidi have been great, and spending time with them and their friends has been an enlightening experience.
The most amazing thing I have experienced so far, is getting a job and place. Last Sunday night Tauno posted a manifestation exercise from Tom Kenyon. I could not get a hotel room that night so I read that post and immediately got to work on practicing the Sphere of Possibilities. There is a Pagosa Dining guide in the room I got the next day that had the photo of a chef on the cover I wanted to work with, so I read the article, and kept looking at the picture for a couple days, and kept up the manifestation work. Money, job, and a home for my dog Zoe, Leslee, and I were my focus. On Wednesday I put some extra effort in, and the chef I had been staring at on the magazine passed by me at the local grocery store. I stopped her and asked if she was hiring, and she asked if I had any experience. When I told her I had about 12 years in restaurants she sent me to speak with the Service Manager and I was hired! I even worked a couple hours that same day! I shared the experience with a group at Mark and Heidi’s house that night, still in awe that my efforts had actually paid off.
I figured if I could get the job that way, I better try even harder for a home because my time at the motel was running out. I put the same technique to work again with a home as my goal. I visualized a cozy place with a happy dog, and Leslee and I smiling away. This was just a day later.
After some detailed visualization, and meditation, along with one of Tom Kenyon’s amazing musical tracks in my headphones, Leslee called me. She asked if we could get together at a restaurant across the street from me. We sat and talked over a malt and a shake, watching some amazing cloud ships, and then Leslee got a call from a wonderful lady we had met at Mark and Heidi’s house. She told us a place was open next door to her and we should come see it and meet the owner. We left immediately! I was overwhelmed that this was actually happening. I can’t describe the feeling of these amazing things happening so fast after visualizing them! We got our place!
Needless to say I have been thanking everyone and everything around me or anywhere several times a day with so much joy in my heart I keep crying when I think about it. I have worked 4 days out of the 7 I have been here, taking home tips each day, and I am moving into the new place today. Leslee is soon to follow, and she will be working very soon as well.
Everything is falling in place beautifully, and I am just trying to wrap my head around all this. It just doesn’t seem real to me. Can I possibly be influencing “reality” by simply “moving” my will to where I want to be? I’m learning to accept the fact that this IS happening. People are reacting to me much more here than back in Alabama too. The joy and love I feel seems to be infectious at work, and everywhere I go.
Now, last night I was sitting with the new neighbor, who shared some great insights with me, and then I told her about all this. Her and her son both suggested that I should try this out on the lottery :). I would not use these practices for selfish means, but if I did win big I would use the money to help others, not just myself, so I decided to try it. On the way to get gas I was visualizing myself holding a winning ticket, cash bulging out of my pockets, and a huge smile on my face as I thanked the Universe for my good fortune. Gratitude is very important. It was only 10 minutes to drive, and manifestation does take some time, so I was ready to accept whatever happened. I pulled up to pump 8, so I bought a #8 ticket for $5. When I got back here to the motel I scratched the numbers and won $9! Regardless of the amount, it’s a winner! I haven’t had time to tell Leslee or my neighbors about the lottery ticket yet, but you can believe I’m going to work on this one!
I can’t explain any of this, how or why it’s working. It hasn’t really sunk in yet that it is happening. I keep getting these tingling sensations in my back, and I have a perma-smile all day every day. There are so many synchronizations, etc. every day I can’t keep track. I just acknowledge them and keep going. I give thanks to all that is several times a day, and want to share every bit of this with all of you.
I have looked through a lot of my trip photos and am marking the most interesting ones to post later. Posting should come easier once settled in here.
My phone is doing some really strange things so I can only catch up when I have an internet connection, which I won’t have for a bit after I check out of the motel today.

Peace, Love and Light to every one you beautiful souls!
    Namaste

  6. The universe is smiling along with you Dear Jason. You are open wide now and they are helping you to manifest joy and love within and around you. You are finally where you can have a Home not just a house a Home. Love and light dear brother Suzanne 🙂

    • Thank you all. I’m just starting to realize how important community is. Kind words and support from all of you, and the great people I keep meeting here are showing me how much I was missing out on in life. Connecting with like souls is better than I imagined. 😀
      Love and light to all!
